    I contacted multiple banks for an auto loan quote. Texell was the only bank where I spoke to a human being rather than an automated system. Calder was efficient with timely responses. My first call was at 10:00 AM, I was pre-approved within 30 minutes and purchased the car within a couple hours....easy peasy.

    Just used Texell for an auto loan, the rates were the best in the business and the experience working with them was fantastic.     Great bank and even better customer service. Texall goes above and beyond to assist their customers. Mike Gonzalez help me with my car loan, we texted back and forth and he was always on top of it. He did not pressure me in anyway. The Nissan finance department kept trying to get me to get the warranty through them, just like the car loan. He wanted to talk to Mike and get numbers from him be able to match the warranty. I totally back up Mike, that is information between Texall and their customers. I would rate Texall higher than 5 stars if we were able to.

    I have been using Texell since 2005 for all my banking needs. I have had several loans with them. I like the automatic paymentsfor my loans. The application for a loan is easy. They listen and care about serving their customers. I also enjoy using their app on the cell phone for managing my accounts and keeping track of all my money.     I cannot express how Great it is to work with Alyssa Kerr and Texell Credit Union! We recently moved from our community bank to the Credit Union! We brought over 3 loans with us, condensed into 1 loan and lowered interest rate without extending term, and it only took 24 hours to complete the process! Then we turned around and bought a new vehicle, process took literally 7 hours and we bought the vehicle out of Texas. I recommend Alyssa to anyone!     I had a very good experience opening my acct and setting up the app, as well as bill pay. So far, Im very happy. One recommendation is on the app. It is VERY difficult to put your bday in since you have to click back (in my case 55 years) and 12 months for each year. The app timed out on me the first time and I had to start over. Other than that, the app works great, once you get it set up!
