Thank you so much Premier America Credit Union for having Ms. Porsha Kimble go on the radio podcast at Magic 102.1 FM radio station recently, and share the information about the Premier America Credit Union and the services that it offers. The general public, myself included had no idea that such incredible Financial Institution existed. It was so refreshing, and blessing to hear Ms. Porsha Kimble talk about the different types of services that Premier America Credit Union has to offer. And because of Ms. Porsha Kimble presentation, attitude, knowledge, compassion, and professionalism, I will definitely be doing business with Premier America Credit Union, and encouraging several friends, and family to do the same.If it had not been for Ms. Porsha Kimble being on that radio station podcast, and advertising sort of speak, I and so many others would not have known about such a wonderful Credit Union, nor be doing business, and opening up accounts there.Again, thank you so much for informing the public and the community about Premier America Credit Union through Ms. Porshe Kimble via radio.

The support and transparency of Premier America Credit Union is unmatched!!! The staff members have strong relationships, great people skills and care about helping people establish a foundation for their financial endeavors. I would just like to say overall I rate them a 10/10. I came in requesting to set up a new checking account. Calina L. was such a HUGE help!!! Not only did she open my account, she also educated me regarding the many products & services they have to offer (which I will be utilizing soon). Just a bonus: they print out your debit card at the branch no need to wait in the mail.End result: I left out feeling welcomed, and well educated.CEO of premier - she deserves a raise!!!! Her customer service skills were extraordinary, she was very knowledgeable & overall the branch was a welcoming experience!10/10 service. Will recommend to friends & family. Thanks again !

I haven’t been with Premier America long but what I will say is between Porche and Shawqi they did an awesome job of communicating with me in my car buying Journey. Those two ladies were there to answer every question I had about my auto loan. I didn’t know where to start. After finding my new car I was getting upset because I didn’t understand some stuff. They reassured me to calm down and breathe. And if I had any questions they would be a phone call away. If Shawqi wasn’t available Porche would assist. Great Job ladies if you are considering this bank for your loan need or just an account be sure to ask for either of them and you will be in good hands. Thanks ladies ❤️

One morning I needed quarters to wash and tried 3 different stores in the area that denied me quarters in exchange for a 10 dollar bill. Someone told me there’s a bank they should be able to exchange it for you. It was Premier America I was greeted by Calina very nice and understanding to the current dilemma and said sure I can help you. The next week I switched banks. Everyday I enter I’m always greeted with great energy and smiles the entire staff is wonderful I love it best bank ever😍

Everyone was very friendly and helpful....they introduced to me what a credit union is and how they work....which is better than banks...they dont charge to open an account or have an account....which is a big plus....the interest rate is better than banks....they have personnel that specializes in providing beneficial services which banks do not have....yes...this is a much better place to do your banking as it is geared toward the individual and their own circumstance......getting a loan is so much easier than all the paper work and hoops that the banks want you to jump through....I highly recommend using a credit union than a bank....

Premier America Credit Union took care of our banking needs in a very professional manner and I was very impressed with the attitude of the tellers and the professionalism of the personal banker that started our account, Ms. Porche Kimble. I feel that we will be very happy with the choice we have made and look forward to building a long-lasting relationship. We look forward to our next visit.

She helped me to the best of her abilities and gave me information. Thank you, Porsha!Previous review:This isnt a review about the branch itself, but about their ATM. Dont use it! Went to go make a deposit. After it took my money, it said it couldnt complete the transaction and it kept my money! It also kept my card. The branch should probably see whats wrong with it and fix it immediately.
