Ive been a member of First Service Credit Union for over 20 years, but I just visited the Galleria branch for the first time on February 20th. Amy helped my wife and me with our banking needs, and I have to say—she was fantastic! She took the time to thoroughly explain the credit union’s small business account offerings, which gave us more financial flexibility than we’ve seen with larger banks. If you’re looking for personalized service and smarter banking options, I highly recommend stopping by to see Amy and her team! -

Hello,Digital Banking can sometimes present a challenge. However Ms.Jenna was assisting at the Bastrop location in Houston and after several attempts we weren’t able to make any progress. She kicked into overdrive and that’s when we got positive results !Kind courtesy and never without a vibrant smile even when adversity was present. Been coming to this branch since they opened and staff has come and gone but Amy and Sheyla I pray are here to stay. I have gone to other branches and banked at other banks but their customer service cannot be matched. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Just started here, and have already noticed a world of difference, quite positively, from the previous credit union I was at. Certain banking policies and procedures here are much more in favor of customers and easier to manage (in my experience at least), and every time I visit this branch the staff are always really friendly, and willing to help.
