I have leased commercial buildings all over the US over the last 40 plus years. We were leasing our vet clinic and preparing for an expansion to 240% of our size. As that was happening, the building was sold and I was asked to review the previous management company. I said they were terrible. I had little hope that the new company, Z3, would be any better.Over the years I had learned that the only thing that mattered to Property managers was the lease check and otherwise not to be bothered by tenants with issues.We began a massive expansion and I began to deal with Weathers at Z3. At first I was apprehensive and then time and again he came through with a solution in an EXTREMELY timely way. The biggest thing is he starts with asking questions! That is just good communication. Our latest problem he said it would take a few days and the next day two gentlemen were here to fix it. We had a plumbing problem that could have been blamed on the new contractor, but he did the research, got all the data, and solved the problem.I now rate Z3 as the 2nd best property management firm I have ever dealt with. We have only had them for a year, but they have truly engaged in the spirit of making it right.The company I rate number one I leased from for 5 years so I cant yet let Z3 take over that rank. But, if you are considering leasing and they are the property managers, know that they will do their best to take care of you and make your stay work for you and your business. That is just fantastic.

As a business owner with couple locations around Austin, I can strongly say that Z-THREE REAL ESTATE is the best property management company in the market. Their professionalism and costumer services is outstanding. I wish they could service us as the property management company for my other locations.
