I’ve been staying here for 3 months. Nantzin did an excellent job with getting me into my unit. She had great communication and made sure the unit was nice before move in. My stay here has been pretty good overall. It’s an older complex, but they do a great job of keeping it up. I’ve had to put in several work orders, but maintenance does a good job with getting it done. In my opinion, the best part of this complex is the price. It is an affordable, clean, and solid option, especially in this economy. If you’re looking for luxury or alot of amenities, then these are not the apartments for you. There are several of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 45 & the Beltway are also very close.

Ive been shopping around. Nice sized apartments for the price. A good deal not sacrificing quality and safety. The complex and apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff very friendly and helpful. Friendly neighbors. I like the townhome style apartments. Close to a lot of shopping on 45.

I just moved out a few days ago, only because I needed a bigger space for my family. The neighbors are quiet and respectable. The office workers are very nice and helpful. Since management has changed there has been less strangers walking the complex and they even hired a security guard to watch the parking lot at night. I like how they contact you when you have a delivery. My only issue is the apartment rate is too high and not worth the look and aging complex. Amenities are decent such as the 4 & 5 feet pool, washer & dryer included, plenty of guest parking, computer and printing services availble to the residents, no bug problems & you can pay your rent online. Things that I didnt like; all residents are forced to have large rental insurance policies upon signing a lease, having a 50 to 60 water bill due on the first with your already high rent, no security cameras and the 3 month maintenance inspection they come into your apartment and look (read your lease). Overall my experience was comfortable but Im paying less for a newer looking apartment with more rooms & amenities. So i give the rating a 4 star I hope this review helps perspective residents looking.

As the picture shows. The pool water is really 👁️ eye 👀 friendly. Mr. Raymond & Mr. Leroy do a wonderful job as building maintenance of the facility. Christina Cantu is eye friendly to look at, but she knows how to manage the apartment. The new management team member did not mind to try to resolve an issue.

Lived here for a year now, not a bad place fair pricing. Other than the bad dog owners that wont pick up the dog poop there is not many issues with the neighbors. Only reason i wont give 5 stars is because when i tried to move to a 2 bedroom even now with my lease expiring the office staff gave me the run around and never came over for an inspection. Now its been 2 months since i initially told them and im stuck looking for a place to live with only 2 weeks left on my lease. I just hope they dont penalize me for giving a move out notice with only 2 weeks when i was practically begging them to get me a unit so they could keep me as a tenant.

This is a real review of my personal expierence and stay at this apartment complex. I actually really really enjoy living here i think the staff, and management is super friendly and so kind! They even know everyone by name which makes you feel like they care about their residents. They are really family oriantated and have worked very hard to do various gatherings and get togethers to bring the almonte resident community together and i love that about this place! Ive referred a few friends here already that have actually moved here because the staff truly cares about their residents. I have been living here for more than 2years and it really feels like home my lease is almost done i certainly plan on renewing it. Thank you almonte management and staff for being so awesome and for all of the hard work yall do to make it enjoyable to live here.

I love everything about these apts. The manager is awesome! She is extremely helpful unlike some of the other places Ive visited where the manager just sits in the office with an attitude! The assistant manager Susie ( I think thats her name) actually came out of her office and introduced herself to me and let me know that if I had any questions about rent she is willing to make me feel better about it lol... she was so nice. The man in the office was very professional. It was nice to know they appreciate me and my hard earned $$$. So far I love it. Especially yesterday when I went to ask about my rent they offered me a taco. lol They won me over completely! haha

ALTMONTE Apartments is just an amazing place to live! The maintenance staff goes over and Beyond to make sure that the property is clean and up-to-date. In the office the manager Michelle and Susie and the front desk Personnel James are incredible people. For the time that I have been living there they have always made improvements every year and have made me feel like a part of their family. For anyone that is looking for an apartment in the Southeast Houston area I would recommend ALTMONTE Apartments.

Been living here for 3 months now. I can honestly say I love it here. Its quiet, no drama, nice neighbors. Id recommend living here. This is probably the first good review Ive made about an apartment. Thats saying a lot.

Im staying at this location for 8 years it a wonderful place to stay the management is well professional and the maintenance is well professional never had problem there but due to my circumstances I had move on my own if anyone need nice and clean place to stay Altomonte Apartment is the best Im going miss everyone even mine neighbors I will never forget you all.Love Ms D
