    Hands down the best Hanover property in Houston (and Iā€™ve lived in a few, so I say this with experience). The level of service here is unmatched. Elyssa was my leasing agent and extremely helpful ironing out details for my lease, and very kind.The valet Amin always has a positive attitude and smile on his face even early in the morning! Honestly all of the valet guys are so kind and helpful. Always open the doors, help unloading, etc.The concierge Nooreddin & Raed are very helpful too. Theyā€™ve assisted me with packages, moving, etc and always have a respectful tone.The units and amenities are top notch which truly makes the price tag worth it. Overall so happy with my decision to live here!

    I lived here for around or about 3 years, and this is the most professional and safe building you will find in the 77056 the Beverly Hills of houston we like to call it. The manager M K is so sweet and always helped me with questions and responded with~in 24-48 hours. Front desk makes it a priority to remember names and faces and really makes you feel welcomed. The building is kept clean, hallways are air conditioned. Amenities are beautiful. I lived In 3 to 4 different units during my time here to fit my needs if I was going to be in town or out. Each unit although different really was cohesive to each other in terms of style. The walls are thick I could never hear my next door people. I seen some comments about elevators being down, and to that I will say this. I have lived in high rises for over 10 years and elevators needing maintenance will happen because they are being used alot. The elevators here were never down more then 2 days that I noticed. Itā€™s part of high rise living.Storms and HurricanesDuring my time here several storms and hurricanes came and the building kept its power on and was safe. The building did not sway.I found the residents to be respectful and peaceful and being apart of the LGBTQIA plus community I was treated like everyone else.I do not have any dogs. From what I see many people here do. So I can not comment on dog park or pet washing station. Although I know itā€™s there I never seen it since I did not venture that way.My leasing agent was Mona. And any and all leasing questions and tours were fabulous.The pool PH balanced was always kept up. The pool deck is a great place to get a tan. Or read a book.

    Exceptional living experience! From the moment I stepped into this apartment building, I knew it was special. The amenities are top-notch, from the stunning rooftop terrace to the state-of-the-art fitness center. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to transportation and all the best restaurants and shops nearby. The units themselves are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I couldnt be happier with my decision to call this place home. 5 stars all the way!

    Andre did a fantastic job selling me on moving to Hanover BLVD. His humor and enthusiasm made the experience enjoyable and engaging. I was genuinely impressed by his presentation, but unfortunately, there was no availability in the building at the time. Iā€™m looking forward to the next opportunity to work with him.

    I recently toured Hanover Blvd. Place with Andre as my leasing agent, and I couldnt be more impressed! Andre did an exceptional job showing me around the property and highlighting all the fantastic features. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.     This is a Beautiful property! Daphanie did my tour. Her welcome was warm and and the tour informative. I was definitely impressed by the entire experience from beginning to the end when I had a chance to speak with Raed who was such a pleasant soul! Not only are the property and amenities gorgeous but the people who live and work their seem happy. Ill be back in a couple of days!!

    Iā€™ve been called Hanover Blvd place my home for almost 2 years and I have never regretted once the choice I made. The building is modern and well located, the amenities are great, always functioning and kept in good condition, the staff is nice and welcoming. The management often spoils the residents with events and food catering, which are very appreciated. Keep up the good work Hanover BLVD!

    This is by far the best high rise in Houston. Hanover does an absolute stellar job with their property managementā€¦. All the employees are absolutely the most welcoming and friendly people and their work culture is amazing! This trait is lacking in a lot of high rises! I look forward to seeing everyone that works their from Valet to upper management.

    I had a tour with the Hanover and I had a really good experience. The concierge was amazing and the leasing agent Andres gave me a wonderful tour. The building was spectacular and very inviting. I plan to move in about eight months and I will definitely this place is mind and at the top of my list.

    What an amazing property. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I had the opportunity to tour the facility with Ms. Daphanie and she was everything. Not only was her personality genuine, but her knowledge of the property was very impressive. I didnā€™t have to ask anything. Any question I could think of asking was addressed in conversation during the tour. I highly recommend this property itā€™s a must see and very beautiful.     We recently held a catered event in the 32nd floor amenity area. Every single staff employee, from the valets to Property Manager Mary Tillery, were beyond compare with their courteous attention to requests and a true desire to help and provide the best experience possible.And the property itself - GORGEOUS! The pool with its incredible view is just the best and I am in LOVE with the huge hanging lounger chairs!!!

    Mr. Gerard and the Hanover staff was amazing!!! Mr. Gerard was very knowledgeable of the property and just didnā€™t show us the property but gave my daughter and I an Experience we will never forget. He treated us with respect and answered majority of our questions as I only had one towards the end of our tour. I would highly recommend this property and Mr. Gerard surely has our vote as he was outstanding!!! He definitely deserves a promotion!!!The property was amazing as well as its residents & the aesthetics. The concierge was very professional and pleasant. The gentlemen in the valet area was also very helpful and friendly. The whole experience made us feel safe and right at home.     Amazing property. I have had the opportunity to live in this beautiful building for 4 years. Everything has been exceptional. The human team is a 10, always ready to help when needed. The amenities are above a 5-star hotel. The pool and gym are spectacular. Everything is super well-maintained, organized, and clean. I hope to return at some point in the future.     Update: I moved in 14 months ago, and I just renewed for another 13 months. This place is incredible, the staff is wonderful, the amenities are top of the line, and I couldnt ask for a better place to live!I move in next Monday, but all I can say so far is that my pre-move experience has been the best hands down. Tyrus showed me around the building, and he was so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed me everything, and followed up regularly. Michele has also gone above and beyond, and I can see why people rave about her in these reviews. The valet guy already remembers me and is so nice and friendly when I come visit. And I just came in the other day to book the service elevator, and another person in the office, maybe Gregory (Iā€™m so bad with names), helped me and he was just as awesome as everyone else. Iā€™m really excited to move in and to call this place home!

    I recently flew in from out of town to visit a relative here at Hanover Boulevard place. The staff was exceptional on welcoming me in, and I was really glad to see that they call ahead to make sure that the person coming through the doors which was me are the people that belong there to see family or friends and the property manager Michel Koss is always there to help out .

    Scheduled a tour about a week back to tour. A day or so before the tour I got a call about confirming the tour, which is usual, however I was also asked about what Id want my next home to be like.     I just renewed my lease for the Third time. The staff and valet personals have been incredible my entire stay , very accommodating , and always make sure us tenants feel appreciated . When and if a problem arise they have a fast resolution at hand.     This is one of the best, if not THE best luxury apartments in Houston. Iā€™ve spent months searching for the safest and best locations in Houston, the highest customer satisfaction ratings (real ratings not bought ones), and the best price range and the Hanover stood out like a sore thumb for all three! The amenities make me feel like Iā€™m at a 5 star hotel and the class of the place won everything over for me. All the staff are some of the most committed employees Iā€™ve ever seen at any business and they all look Denmark-level happy to be there and be of service to their guests. Truly outstanding and an actual gem for the likes of Houston.

    What an AMAZING property! I did a walk-through tour with Tyrus, who was very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. I told him my budget during our sit down, and he knew exactly which spaces to show me where I could get the most bang for my bucks. The amenities are wonderful and just at your fingertips, the rooftop pool (OMG) is absolutely stunning, and with a few minutes of driving distance to the Galleria, you cant beat the location.Thank you Tyrus for your EXCEPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have known Michele since we first moved to Hanover post oak in 2017 due to my husbandā€™s surgery for only a short stay of one month but stayed to date. I have seen Blvd place built right across my apartment window. Canā€™t wait to move to Blvd place. I love luxury and with care from Michele and hear team of amazing concierge, valet, leasing staff you are in the best hands in H-town.

    My wife and I are considering purchasing, but we decided to explore a rental opportunity and reside for awhile before we finalize our new home purchase.We visited Hanover BLVD Place on the recommendation of a colleague, and fell in love with the beautiful property, and with Kylen, who gave us an immaculate tour of the property and itā€™s facilities. Kylen was funny, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. Despite her being new to Houston, she welcomed us as warmly as a local, and showed us options and amenities patiently and politely. Kylen also gave us some great food recommendations nearby. Overall, her hospitality was smooth like butter. :)What a great gal! And what a lovely property. If we donā€™t purchase, Hanover is where weā€™ll choose!

    I never write reviews but this time I had take a minute and let the community know my thoughts. The property was amazing and gorgeous and the staff was out of this World kind! I could tell the minute I walked in and was greeted that this is the place for me. I watched the staff interact with the residents and how pleasant they treated them. This is not something that you see often in todays society. The property is well maintained and if I land the job that I want here I will be moving in!!! Keep up the good work!

    Hanover BLVD Place is the definition of luxurious living. The building is beautiful with exclusive views of downtown Houston and proximity to all one needs by foot -- Whole Foods, restaurants, and entertainment. Plus the management, concierge, valet, and maintenance staff are top notch responding to request and issues with expediency and a great attitude. I love this place!!

    I recently toured this property and it is beautiful, functional and the views are spectacular. I can only imagine what the views are like at night. The pool is really nice and the way it is set up is perfect for lounging. It has a great gym, media room and pretty much anything else you need they have it. The one bedroom I saw was also very nice . A good size. I would be working from home so this place has a lot to offer. The location is in a good area with access to all kinds of stores. The staff is really friendly. Corey showed be around and was a lot of help. I recommend you check it out.

    Hanover Blvd was such a beautiful building. I went to visit some friends and stayed in their amazing apartment. The views from the rooftop pool are breathtaking. I was not disappointed! The building is beautiful and offers all the amenities I need. It is centrally located, which is awesome for someone new to town. I especially enjoyed my tour with the Property Manager, Cory. He was so welcoming, helpful, and professional. He not only helped with the apartment, but gave me info and tips about Houston in general. I feel more comfortable moving to a new city now that I have found the perfect apartment!     I had the BEST experience just touring this property! Lets start with the Valet Amin th manager, he provided me service from the car to the door very good communication, very polite, respectable and everything a valet service should provide on a constant basis, it was very refreshing this experience. Thank you Amin Fayyad for staying red carpet ready.Let me repeat just TOURING the place provided me with the best experience Ive had in Houston and that is not an over statement. Diana, thank you,šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø Cory thank youšŸ‘šŸ¾ you guys impressed me!! I dont even want to tour any more properties. The thrill for that is gone!     I canā€™t say enough great things about Kate and Amber who have helped me every step of the way. Picking out a new apartment home can be challenging when youā€™re having to choose based off floorplans and finishes until tours begin but not at Hanover BLVD Place. They truly have went above and beyond and are constantly in communication with me so Iā€™m up to date on everything they get to see first hand. If that wasnā€™t enough the building, finishes, and views are all stunning.

He is always prompt, thorough, and effective. He solves my problems with knowledge and diligence. One weekend when my oven would not work, he came in to help me. Pablo sets an example of excellence that is exceptional.

    Relocating to Houston for work and deciding on a new place to call home was intimidating. I found Hanover Blvd Place on google and the building looks amazing. I did a FaceTime tour with Michael and was very impressed by his professionalism and passion to make sure we found the right home that would make moving a lot less stressful. The property location was perfect given that you can walk to a number of restaurants, shops and even Whole Foods. I canā€™t wait to move in next month.

    We love living at Hanover Blvd place. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Rarely do we need to call maintenance to repair something, but when we do Pablo Cotrina always gets the job quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate promptness.

    In considering our move to Houston, we decided to give this building a look. First off, we really appreciated working with Keith. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with! He is great and the building is too. Unfortunately, COVID19 hit, but we will revisit when the time is right.
