    I’m definitely shocked by all the one star reviews. I have rented from AIM since 2021. I haven’t had ANY issues with them. The repair line does go to a voicemail but I leave detailed message of my issue and I have always gotten a call back within 24 hours. The call back is always from person they are sending out to make an appt. I have had to get a hot water heater replace, leaking toilet, a garbage disposal repaired and ac thermostat replaced. All were done in a timely matter. I did have to pay a deductible for them to come out but that was also listed in my lease. I have had the most contact with Ms. Rose she is a sweetheart and very professional. I have never stepped foot in the actual office and I have never had issues with getting in touch with someone via phone or email. I will continue to recommend this company as they have been the easiest to deal will Compared to prior companies.

    Updating my experience since we moved out. We had a great experience! AIM made the whole experience easy for me. I was a first time renter and they were so patient with me. If we had any issues they took care of them in a timely manner. Everyone was very kind! They guided me through the move out process and made everything easy to understand. I would definitely use them again if they will have me!

    I have had Aim manage 3 of my rental properties in Houston and I highly recommend the company. Aim has the staff that takes care of your HOA violations, your evictions, your new leases, lease renewals, your statements, and your repairs. They give you excellent service. I believe all owners should be proactive to check, inspect and upgrade their properties and Aim is the company that can do it all. This company has given me a peace of mind. And the staff are beyond helpful and caring. Thats why in the past I have moved away from other management companies and turned to AIM. I am loyal to Aim Realty and will always be.     I used AIM Realty for 20 years as my property manager and have only positive things to say about their professionalism and keeping my property nearly full for two decades. I also used them to list my property and my duplex sold in just 2 weeks...so a high-quality organization from top to bottom.I would highly recommend AIM Realty for property management or selling a property.

    Rose Botto was my realtor and she probably looked at over 100 houses with us. While we didnt go with one of the houses that is part of the Aim team, Rose helped us get into the house of our dreams. She worked tirelessly to make sure we were happy. 10/10 will use Aim Realty services again.

    I have been renting a property managed by AIM Realty for almost 4 years now. The service is straightforward and clearly outlined by the lease documents. They have followed up with me regarding all of my questions in typically less than an hour, including after-hours maintenance when the air conditioner stopped working and when the toilet was leaking into the wall. Its difficult to be a renter because there is so much out of my control, but they have been a great company to rent from.Im not sure what other tenants experiences have been like, but my best advice is ask questions and be straightforward. Communicate clearly via email - follow up with a phone call if needed. Typically, theyll get you straightened out before the end of business.Special shout out to Barbara, Rose, and Noe!

    My familys first experience with AIM was 12 years ago and weve just recently had the pleasure of working with them again. They are just as reliable, professional, and trustworthy as they were in 2010. The current housing market is the worst Ive ever seen. The team at AIM helped us navigate a difficult situation with efficiency and genuine concern. I highly recommend AIM Realty to homeowners for representation as well as renters for their housing needs. We love the team at AIM!!

There were times when I had emergent situations and they were there with understanding and helped me through those times. They work with you through any and all situations.     Lived in a property managed by Aim for 2 years and never had an issue. They were always very responsive to requests and inquiries. Moved out only to downgrade to an apartment. I had no issues with receiving my deposit back. Now that I am back in the market for a larger home, I will definitely shop with them first.

    They have been my property managers since 2006 for both of my rental homes. I have continued to use them as the gold standard compared to other companies in other states Ive used. Everything from bookkeeping (which is really Important), to renewals, new leases, and maintenance has been top notch! Everyone has always been very polite and helpful.

    I just want to say how happy I am to have worked with AIM reality in leasing my new property. I did A LOT of research on the perfect property with the best school district in the best area for me. I had a few places picked out but this one really stood out to me, I fell in love and THANKS TO NORMA JEAN AT AIM REALITY TODAY IS ONE OF THE HAPPIEST DAYS OF MY YEAR! There were some kinks getting my application in but she really put her best foot forward in helping me get everything resolved as quickly as possible, processed my application before I could even believe it and today I get my keys!!Aim reality, you guys definitely have a gem on your team with Ms. Norma and my littles and I are so grateful!!

    My realtor was Ross Klingberg. He was very detailed oriented, reviewed all of the disclosures with me that I had to sign, and made sure the transaction closed on time. He was always available if we needed to communicate and he kept me apprised of the status of the transaction as it progressed to closing. I would highly recommend Ross to anyone looking for a realtor.

    Hello My name is Kathryn. S,I have been a tenant with Aim reality for ten years. These people are very kind and always professional. I have stuggled financially over the years do to my own illnesses ,and Ms. Theresa hasbeen so kind,patient, and so easy to work it. Everytime something went wrong ,my repairs was no problem..They even have a 24 hour help line after hours.. They have even followed up to see if my needs was met. Everyone in the front has always been nothing but kind and helpful. Ms. Barbara greets you with a smile. My mother and a couple of members in my family recently had serious medical problems, plus the death of a family member has really hit my family and I financially hard.. Aim handled it fairly to all parties when I failed to pay my rent..They havebeen very patient.. I sent my family member with the funds I had and they showed nothing but kindness..I am working with them to hopefully do business with them another ten years. They have really made the house Im renting feel like my home for ten years ... I personally recommend this company to anyone. They are professional and the care about their business with people.I hope this helps someone...❤👍

    EXCELLENT!!! I love the office staff and the maintenance people! They are FAST, FRIENDLY, and very CONCERNED!!! I am pleased beyond words! THANK YOU Corrie, Brandon, and Joe! Thank you so very much!I called after hours late on a Friday evening. I got home from work and realized my air conditioner was not working. I received a response from Corrie within 20 minutes and Brandon was at my home within 30 minutes! AMAZING!!! I had some floor damage due to the AC leaking and Joe and his crew arrived bright and early Saturday morning. I could not be more please!!!! 10 million star review!!!

    Ive done business with Aim for appx. 34 Yrs. They are a great Mgmt Co & have treated my clients very well. If the tenant pays the rent on time & takes care of the home as they should there will be no problems.I feel any negative feedback Mgmt Companies get are from Tenants who dont pay rent on time , then blame the Mgmt co. when they get evicted.Anyway all my experiences with Aim Realty are 10++.     Contacted Aim Realty, Inc. regarding air conditioner not working properly around 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning. It was nearly 100 degrees in Texas. I was extremely concerned for my family because the temperature inside the house were already hot throughout the night. Since Covid19 has effected Houston I just knew we were not going to get anyone to come fix this issues. Thank God we received a call within 3 hours that someone would be there and yes he was there before the scheduled time. Very professional and with his mask on. He fixed the problem within minutes and was on his way. My family and I want to truly THANK Aim Realty, Inc. for all their help and especially getting this matter taking care of in a timely manner.
