I love living at Allusion at West University. It’s a very peaceful and well kept building. The office team is amazing and always helpful. Their Maintenance team gets things fixed right away and are always very friendly. The pool area is very nice - great amenities and really nice location. Super nice neighbors too! I highly recommend Allusion at West University.

Allusion is one of the best apartments in Houston. Beautiful views of the city and neighborhoods during the day and peaceful at night. So far it’s safe and accommodations are satisfactory of luxurious living. Walking distance to restaurants, retail and grocery stores. Leasing management is awesome and attentive, property is modern, it looks/smells clean, and maintenance is prompt and efficient. Wonderful property, lived here for two years.

The staff here is amazing! Maintenance is very on top of work orders and very communicative. The property is well maintained and they are doing a couple new projects to the property itself. The residents I have met are very friendly and it is quiet community with families, business professionals and retired couples. I love the location it’s close to everything including my job. Our floor plan is the best floor plan I’ve lived in with lots of space and the price for in the loop is a steal.Definitely recommend checking this property out.

The management and maintenance team are very nice and helpful. I put in a maintenance request (not an urgent problem) and it was take care of the same day. The building and its grounds always look very put together. Location is unbeatable. I wake up every morning to a view of the medical center and downtown. Karina was our leasing agent and was just so welcoming and helpful. Even after we have been here a few months, she still greets us everyday and helps us with any problem. We feel extremely safe living here. The amenities are wonderful. The gym provides yoga, cycling and other classes for its residents and their guests. One of my favorite things about living here is the diversity of people in the building and the amount of dogs! So many dogs! All in all, great place to live.

Weve been here for almost a year and have loved it! I work in the medical center and its the perfect distance- close enough to avoid significant traffic, yet far enough away to feel like Im going home. The surrounding plazas have great food, groceries, and pet supplies! Melodie, the manager, and Gerardo, the head of the maintenance team, are always super sweet and caring. We have had many great interactions with them. Finally, it is very puppy-friendly (even for big dogs) with two large play areas that allow for a backyard-feel within an apartment complex.

We were looking for place and had 11 or so apartments to look at. This was the 3rd stop. Lauren, Vanessa and Erica were awesome! Based on what we had previously seen and what was available at Allusion we stopped and signed right there. Location was great, amenities were great, people friendly. Security was top driver in our selection. We were very happy with the security features. The apartment has great finish out with granite counters, nice porcelain tile, 2 blinds, stainless appliances.

I just randomly searched and visited this property last week. They make you feel at home even before you apply. Nicole kept me completely informed during the entire process of the application and the move in process. It’s a smooth process. I cannot say enough great things. Nicole was SUPER helpful and the entire look and feel of this property is amazing. I visited quite a few properties but no staff was this friendly and helpful. GREAT LOCATION if you want to be close to the city.

I have been living here for more than 3 years and And i love it. Keep up the good work.12/23/2019 sadly its our last day here. We moved out after 5 years living in this magnificent community. We will miss all of our friends we made here, the very welcoming staff, and the kind nice manager Ms.Melody. I would like to advice everyone who is looking for location, security, schools, luxury living... This is your place. I absolutely love living here! The apartment is located in a great area of town near many restaurants and grocery stores. The management team here is amazing and you truly feel welcome from the first conversation you have with them. I had a long move from TN but Alex and his team made sure they were there to make my move in to Houston as hassle free as possible. I would highly recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

I visited many apartments in the Houston area and am very glad that I chose the Allusion. Unfortunately, I left Houston before getting the chance to see the apartment in person, but from the pictures and reviews I saw I thought it would be worth calling the leasing office to get more information. Erika worked with me through the phone and was very professional, considerate, and sweet. She was also more than kind enough to send me pictures of a unit I was interested in since I didnt have the chance to swing by to see for myself. As I was making my decision that weekend, she also kept me updated on the units availability and pricing. Even though I never gave her a definite yes or no, she kept me in mind and continued to worked with me even after the phone call which I appreciated a lot. After her working with me, I was sold on the apartment and decided to make a trip to see for myself. Erika was just as helpful and kind as she was on the phone and patiently worked with me step-by-step on the computer as I filled out my application. Their staff goes above and beyond with their customer service and make you feel very welcome. You wont regret living here!

I am so happy I chose to call the Allusion at West University home! From touring the property, the move in process, and getting settled in both Marqua and Alex have helped me out tremendously and have been a joy to work with. They have taken great care of me! I toured the property with Marqua and he was so helpful when it came to selecting the right floor plan and apartment unit to fit my needs. I am so glad I trusted his opinion...I was blown away when I saw my apartment unit for the first time. It exceeded my expectations! The complex is beautiful, up to date, and has great amenities, which can be seen in the photos online and if you tour the property, but the people that work at the Allusion are what makes it the perfect place to live! Both Marqua and Alex have been so helpful during the move in process answering any questions I have had and assisting me with any requests. The maintenance team has been great and they have taken care of my requests very promptly. The Allusion team has been very welcoming and helpful. It is evident that they care about the residents and the community!

Great Community & Great Staff.If you are searching for a great place to call home, look no further!The maintenance team and management work seamlessly to expedite service requests. They provide professional service, with a personal touch. Circling back in a few hours to replace a light bulb when your 2 year old isnt taking a nap, is one of many reasons we continue to live here. Great sense of Community. Great Staff.

So Ive rented corporate apartments around the world as part of my work. Some good at best, most painful form a logistics perspective.Renting with Allusion has been my best experience. After a quick showing - every option of unit was clearly visible online - with all the rates for different lease terms clearly stated. I was able to sign a lease electronically while i was in Hong Kong - way cool.The best part has been the team at Allusion. All three have been cheerful and very helpful for any questions. The apartment is great - clean slick units newly built just outside of West U - and zoned to West U. Underground parking makes keeping your car covered a breeze - and allows for easy access to any of the units.Ive posted before about Belmont and know a few of the other locations around West U - my top choice is Allusion.

The Allusion apartments are beautiful and stocked with very nice appliances. All the staff here (from maintenance to the managers) are super friendly and are always very responsive should there be a problem. I have lived in more expensive apartments in this area, and none have been as nice as the Allusion. The staff here have done a good job of making the apartments feel like a community, where everyone is friendly

Came in to allusion to tour, I have to say it was a great experience from the property manager Melodie, Nicole the assistant manager and their leasing agent Christian was a total pleasure. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and clean as well!!By all means if you’re looking for an apartment on the west university side of town, you can’t pass up Allusion!!!!

My husband and I have lived in this apartment complex going on 3 years now without any thoughts of relocating. I would not say were expert in apartment dwelling. Were originally from Chicago and have a pretty good idea or two of what qualifies for a good apartment and what its should be from previous living spaces. Our experience with Allusion has been beyond delightful.There are plenty of reasons we have chosen to make this place our home. Not only do they house the best staff we know who work round the clock to make sure this place is up and running, but the location cannot be beat. The grounds crew work hard and non-stop to keep this place pristine. The leasing personnel of Allusion not only have smiles on their faces when entering the office but are always there to serve its residents.We love our apartment with its concrete floors and layout. There are plenty of free parking spaces but if theres one you find convenient it can be rented for a fee. I can go on and on about what we love about this place.Our complex is heartbeat away from major highways which can take you anywhere in the the vast city of HTX. Closely located to the shops of Rice Village, walking distance to Cleburnes Cafeteria (Oh MY!), a quick drive to choices of grocery stores, a sweet short walk to Tinys Milk and Cookies being a few blocks walk away. Its a quiet residential neighborhood and we love it!Granted, with every apartment complex there are things that we prefer not to encounter but these trivial cons are surpassed by the pros of living here. What we have always understood as renters is that its our responsibility as residents to follow very simple rules and regulations to help maintain the space, in our home and out. Maintenance issues are expected and are resolved in the timeliest manner. We understand that we live in a space shared with many residents and respect for your neighbors is common sense especially when you share amenities that they are also paying for. But for the most part, everyone I have encountered understand this concept, sadly there isnt much to be done for the literal handful who just dont get it. Yes, we dont live in the condos at the Four Seasons but Im sure they have the same regulations as well.On a lighter note, we have been fortunate to live among great, friendly neighbors on our floor and above. Now with a little one on the way, we feel very safe and secure here. Also, after Harvey, we know this place will not lose power or flood. That on its own is what sold us on signing another year lease.The only thing I have a problem with Allusion would be the day we have to move out. We have really enjoyed our stay here so far. Allusion has become our home away from home.

I really like Allusion. I have been here one year and everyone in the office is really nice. Especially Brandon. The maintenance team is very prompt about getting things repaired or replaced. For someone who has not lived in an apartment for 30 years, I will say this place is very nice to call home.
