The Morgan Group operates a community out in San Antonio called Caroline at Longhorn Quarry - Simply put this community is not only gorgeous but also well maintained. Their attention to detail and the amenities chosen help foster a community amongst residents but also makes it feel like home. The property staff are kind and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. If you are searching for a place to live in San Antonio I can only recommend the best and that would be CLQ!

Recently I attended an event hosted by The Morgan Group. This organization created a welcoming environment for everyone during the Fine Arts and Wine event at The Carter. With food and drinks, live music and an entertaining raffle. It was definitely a night to remember. I would highly recommend connecting with The Morgan Group to anyone and everyone I come across.

My daughter live at the Memorial city property this owner took over this property...as a mom with a daughter here...couldnt be more pleased...this management team promptly introduced themselves and greeted new tenants...hope they continue the great intro

We lived at the Pearl Residences City Centre for almost 3 years. Hicham is the epitome of professionalism and service. My husband and I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. He was always available to help and always went the extra mile. One of the major reasons we continued to stay at the pearl was his excellent service. Thank you, Hicham!

Mr steve has been such a blessing, I am a 100% disabled Veteran and was living in conditions so poor it was making me sick physically. Mr steve bought the property and once he was aware of the situation moved me to a much nicer propertyIve had to have help from easter seals and ms caroline has helped above and beyond. I will forever be greatful.
