I talked to Mr. Wright before putting my house up for rent, during the initial inspection he pointed out several things were needed in a rent house that I didn’t already have. I really appreciate that. He and his staff was able to get me some quality vendors at fair prices that worked quickly. His staff helped coordinate everything. They always response to my questions or concerns promptly. Before the house rented he also made some suggestions about how on what to do to make the house more attractive without spending a lot of money. He just leased out the house and it looks like the tenants will be great. I would recommend him and his staff to my friends.
