I moved here a few weeks ago and I am pretty happy with the place. Great property, amenities, and the neighborhood. A beautiful view from the apartment. But the best part is the people who work here. Staff is a super attentive with every concern being addressed instantly. Austin has been amazing from the beginning of the process when he gave me the tour of the place. He stays on top of things, he is responsive and communicative.The only minor issue Id point out is the number of treadmills in the gym. It probably makes sense to replace one of the less used pieces of equipment (ellipticals / stationary bikes) with one more treadmill. Those two treadmills seem to be far more popular and are constantly in use as opposed to the other equipment.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hanover Post Oak Apartments during our visit to Houston, Texas.The location of Hanover Post Oak Apartments is perfect for anyone looking to explore Houston. Moreover, the security is high and staff working there are professional and accommodating.One of the highlights of our stay was interacting with the delightful concierge, Lily. From the moment we arrived, she was very welcoming & friendly making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly commendable. Lily was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered excellent recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that guests had a pleasant stay was evident throughout our time at Hanover Post Oak.Whether it was handling packages, liaising with deliveries or assisting with any queries, Lily always handled each task with efficiency and professionalism. She was always available to help and had an innate ability to anticipate the needs of guests, making the entire stay even more enjoyable.In conclusion, I recommend Hanover Post Oak Apartments for anyone seeking a safe and convenient stay in Houston. The propertys excellent location, elegant accommodations, and great amenities make it an ideal choice for both short and long-term stays. My wife, my dog and I moved into Hanover Post Oak at end of February. If you read this far, my advice is not to hesitate, sign the lease and move in today.If you need more information, every time I’ve opened a maintenance request in the app, the maintenance guy is out and has it fixed within 24hours if not sooner.I cannot walk past concierge or the office staff without someone shouting out to say hi or ask if everything’s ok.The apartment, is stunning. The appliances are great. The apartment door is heavy A F, a sign of awesome quality.Three months in I’m tremendously impressed by the personable service of the team and the upkeep of the property.The elevators work all the time. Coming from a local high rise recently, this is a surprisingly luxurious feature.There’s 3-4 resident events per month.It’s worth the money.What’s clear here is the management company, Hanover, are consistently on top of everything, from replacing a dead palm tree at the pool to communicating consistently about any issues at the property and subsequently advising when said issues will be resolved…. And shockingly, they are fixed when they say they will be.You’re paying to live here, but it’s also stunning, maintenance do everything. It’s a 2 min walk to restaurants and a 3 min walk to Whole Foods on post oak. It’s such an amazing place to live.Finally some bad bits, the pool area is incredible, but I’m Scottish, which means I expect 15 hours a day of sunshine where I cook my pale white chest in the Texas sun and thank the lord for the privilege… however; after 3pm the sun at the pool is in the shade until sunset. Most may like this, as a sun loving Scottish bloke, I don’t.I’d also love to see a little coffee station in the social and public areas? But otherwise amenities are beyond what you can imagine.In all, I’d highly recommend Hanover post oak! The views are amazing, the staff are exceptional, the maintenance team are rockstars, but the pool isn’t a furnace so… sad face.Move here, you will not regret it.

I have lived at the Hanover for 18 months. It has been a joyous time. All of the staff are wonderful. They have been a tremendous help to me with assistance whenever needed. Salam and Julia are wonderful, helpful and very beautiful. Mr. Charles and Abraham are very personable and helpful as well. All of the Valet Team are excellent, Head Valet Luis and Marvin over maintenance are encredible as well. Great stay and loved the experience!!!

The leasing office is always helpful and responsive, the concierge team is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew is quick and efficient. I moved to this building last year and love it so much! The staff has always been so nice and accommodating since the day I moved in. They keep the building so nice and clean- very well kept. I use the valet services frequently and the gentleman always greet me with a smile and warm welcome. The concierge is also made up of a phenomenal team. They help me with many matters regarding deliveries, guests, etc. and always give my dog a treat(they love to spoil him)! Charles has been exceptionally helpful during my stay; making sure all the tenants are taken care of. I highly recommend this building ! 10/10

I absolutely LOOOVE living here! I moved in this past May and it has been such an amazing experience. From the property manager Michele, down to the valet team, every single person that works here is so friendly, kind and helpful. I have never lived anywhere that even comes close to Hanover Post Oak. Amazing place to live!!! The whole team made my stay here a wonderful one. Very fur baby friendly 😊. Office staff, the concierge crew , security , valet and the environmental specialists were all always so very pleasant and helpful at all times of the day and night. Jhoseline is wonderful at what she does! Look for her she’ll work diligently to get you into your new home! Alex, that guy will go through a lot of hoops to make sure residents have what they need and are comfortable. The amazing Evelyn knows how to Lead and be apart of the team. Thank you for making Everyone in the building there feel at home. The valet crew are always helpful and full of jokes! Best part of my days were chatting with the morning clean crew and valet while walking my Boston terrier who absolutely made more friends than I did! And the sunrises and sunsets from any angle were always breathtaking. Luxury living at its finest. I would give a thousand stars if I could. Thanks for everything you all. Would recommend ten times over!!!! One of the best apartments in Texas!

Hanover is only a temporary stay for us (month stay) and I can safely say we will miss this place. Every staff member be it reception, cleaner, maintenance have been exceptional. Each morning we are always greeted no matter what and our son is always involved (and usually covered in stickers :D). For a family not yet used to city living let alone the US, Hanover has made the transition really easy in particular Salam and Gloria. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

1 year update:I still enjoy living here. Having a valet option has been one of the most pleasant services. Luis, Jorge, Lucio, and Ayoub are very professional, courteous, and reliable. I appreciate the concierge service too. It would be tough to live somewhere that didn’t offer this type of benefit. The crews make you feel welcome and are always willing to help.There has been a bit of turnover in the leasing staff, but luckily Mason, who gave me the first tour, is still there.———————The location is great obviously, but the building amenities are phenomenal. The staff is the best I’ve ever encountered. Everyone from the leasing professionals, to the concierge, to the valet - makes me feel like home. Residents are respectful and haven’t had any issues. Packages are delivered to a secure package room. The area is very safe. I walk my dog here at any time without trouble.

Hanover Post Oak is a great place to live. One of the best things about living at Hanover Post Oak is the superb maintenance team. Marvin is the head of maintenance and does a great job of making sure requests for service are filled quickly. He has a great team (Juan-Carlos & Hector) working with him and they are always courteous, professional and efficient. Under Marvins leadership, they take good care of the property, the infrastructure and especially the individual units.I absolutely love living here at Hanover Post Oak. The entire staff is superb and they do their best to make this a home and not just another apartment building. Most of the residents here are pleasant, civil and good neighbors. And, we have a fine Concierge staff including Charles, who has the responsibility for the weekend night shift. He often is called upon to deal with noise complaints, people abusing the privilege of the amenities deck, and other rude behavior.Throughout my four years here Charles has been unfailingly polite and helpful. It is in large part because of his faithfulness and dedication that HPO remains such a nice place to live.I am so impressed with Hanover Post Oak that I anticipate renewing my lease for another year, which will make 5 years here. The location is terrific and the views are gorgeous. The management team has been superb. Staff is polite, helpful and they work hard to make the Hanover Post Oak a pleasant home for all the residents. All in all, it is a great place to live.

We’ve lived at Hanover Post Oak for the past 5 years, and I couldn’t think of a better place to live in Houston. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Management exceeded our expectations and addressed all of our needs promptly and always with a great attitude. We are really sad to leave this property. We are also happy to have called Hanover Post Oak home and where we have met some many great people, great neighbors, met people that became very close friends and even made great business connections in the elevator and sometimes just hanging at the pool. In my opinion, the property has always have been spotless and clean. Maintenance always were fast, professional and cordial. We used the club room for many events, the 5 star pool has always been kept clean and well taken care of. Even the valet parking guys have always been helpful to us with our bags, boxes, etc. I’d like to recognize the staff that made our stay so enjoyable that unless we had to we wouldn’t have moved. Best manager I’ve had Michele Koss - always helped us with a great smile and exceptional attitude. Nicole, Ali, Charles, Alex, Juan Carlos, Marco and all the staff that was so nice to us. We just want to say thank you, and if we decide to lease again we will definitely come back to Hanover Post Oak. You will get what you pay for here. Overall, I give this property 5 stars. Felipe

I have especially enjoyed chatting with Ali the concierge. Michelle, the manager, runs a tight and clean building. While the entire valet staff are all good, we have gotten to know Luis who is a very special guy. When I need to leave early in the morning, my car is always there and ready for me to go. The gym is adequate and you can bring in your own personal trainer.

The leasing agent Nicole Hart has been very helpful throughout my stay here and I really appreciate her work! Knowing that you have hard workers that come to work and do their job is one thing but to be very prompt when completing requests in a timely manner is another thing!!!! I feel like I have toured every luxury building in the city and can honestly say that the Hanover Post Oak is by far the best property I have experienced in Houston or any city. My leasing experience was painless and perfectly handled by the lovely and professional ladies in the leasing office. From the time I enter the building I am greeted with a smile and pleasantries from Reggie and Cliff, the extremely courteous and accommodating concierge staff. Even my guests have commented on how wonderful this team really is. The amenities are first class resort style and simply stunning. Hanover’s location is absolutely perfect in every way with grocery stores, restaurants, and retail shopping at my doorstep. I highly recommend this building and hope to call this home for many years.

Hanover Post Oak is such a nice building with awesome amenities! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The management here is what really makes the difference. Nicole has been especially helpful and have always addressed our concerns promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for nice apartment in the Galleria.

I went with my girlfriend to tour Hanover Post Oak and was amazed by the level of customer service Nicole showed us. She was super nice and very knowledgeable of the building. She kept telling us how great their maintenance team was and that if there were any issues they would take care of them right away. I was very impressed. What a beautiful building.

The Leasing staff always is willing to help with any issues we the residents encounter. Jhoseline has been great from the very beginning!!!!!! I got to tour with Hannah and she was amazing, Evelyn was very helpful with my move in process and Mason was just amazing. I highly recommend this property !!!

I called to inquire about rates with this building, Luke answered and was very professional and courteous. He booked an appointment for me and lead me on the tour pointing out all of the great amenities the location had to offer. By the end I was excited to see what the possible availabilities each floor plan had. All of the plans were listed with prices. Awesome customer service on his behalf, the rest of the staff carried the same level of professionalism and kindness. This location was awesome!

I would like to just recognize the management team at Hanover Post Oak in Houston. I have been a resident of this building since 2016 and renter in Houston since 2009 and Michele s relationship s with renters is amazing to see. She focuses a lot of energy on making sure every resident feels like he/she matters and he is a valued part of the Hanover community. As many residents that Ive seen come and go in the building, she seems to have a rapport with every single one! Her goal is to make sure every resident has the greatest experience and living environment possible. I would strongly recommend this building to anyone. Nicole Hart, who is also a part of Michele s management team, has also been SUCH a pleasure to work with. She is very thorough, accommodating, and also has the same commitment to residents and maximizing their experience in the building. Michele s management team is the type of experience that helps renters build a loyalty to Hanover. Amazing job!

Ali and Gabriel are THE BEST leasing agents. Always a good service and a quick solution when there is a problem. They are super friendly, helpful and understanding. I recommend them 100% if you want to start a contract at HPO. Unfortunately I cant say the same for Nicole, she was nice before I moved in. Then, her attitude changed. She is always with an upset face and her actitud not of the time is not the best. She was in charge of giving me my apartment and the conditions in which I received it were very bad (dirty, etc). She never answered my emails about this situation. However, Gabriel quickly sorted everything out. He was awesome. In addition, concierges are super nice, but I must emphasize that Alex is fantastic. He is always helpful and friendly. He is always ready to help.

The property is very nice and centrally located to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The leasing staff Nicole is awesome. She was very helpful with my move in. Nicole helped set up everything for me before I even landed in Houston. All I had to do when I landed was pick up my key!!! It was a smooth and stress free process which is greatly appreciated when moving from another state. Hanover at Post Oak is lucky to have Nicole!!

I have been a resident of the fabulous Hanover Post Oak Luxury High Rise located in the affluent community of Houstons Uptown Galleria for nearly 3 Years.The moment I arrived October 2020 till current, I have been consistently greeted by the most enthusiastic people Ive ever met, which I can now label as family. Mona Javadian, Leasing Manager, Charles and Alex Concierge, Jorge valet extraordinaire just to name a few have been consistent and committed in their enthusiasm, pleasant and professional demeanor.All have genuinely made my son and I fill right at home. I have lived here for over a year and it is the absolute best place to live in Houston! Coming from Los Angeles it really made me feel like I’m back in California. Nicole Hart is my contact here and she is awesome! So is Michelle! The whole staff is truly first class. Not to mention Charles the Concierge he is a Rock Star as well! It’s easy here because you can valet or park yourself. Not to mention all of the other amenities are super clean and the staff is very respectful and professional! I am upset I may have to relocate back to Los Angeles because of the place where I live here!

I have been with the Hanover Post Oak community for years. This Uptown property is always well maintained and the amenities are very clean. The Fitness Center, Pool area, and Club room are some of my favorites, simply because of the modern décor and welcoming layouts.The Staff, Maintenance team, and Concierge group, are awesome as they are all friendly and responsive. Specifically for me, Nicole and Michelle are not only nice & friendly but are always helpful to the residents. From a simple maintenance ticket, or a phone call to the Concierge, or a simple visit to the Front Office, someone is always there to greet and assist me. In addition, it is very nice the staff follows up with any issue and tries to make sure my concern has been addressed.I love the community activities, such as the complimentary Sunday brunches and the event-driven Happy Hours. The Hanover team knows how to bring the community together and are engaging with the residents. Also its very comforting knowing they make a constant effort in addressing COVID-19 safety matters as seen by a clean & safeguarded property. A+!!!

I just want to share my experience Houston was incredible and while I was there what made it incredible was during my stay at the Hanover. First the staff beyond exceptional. I mean from Valet to the Cleaning staff to the concierge. You guys made it a point to make me feel extremely special and valued. I also did a couple of private events and my friends were always blown away. They didn’t even realize that this was a residence LOL. Thank you so much to everybody there. I’m moving back to Atlanta to be with family but I will tell you this, I loved every day staying at the Hanover Post Oak. Also I wish to send special thanks to Nicole as well for just being awesome. Miss you guys already.
