    Kevin is a great property manager with tons of experience. His knowledge has been so helpful in guiding me to make better decisions for my property. He also has a great team supporting him.     Before going with Area I was with another property management company that was charging me a lot for small repairs. And on top of that they were adding on a surcharge for everything that was done. So far I have been happy with Area Texas and their maintenance team and contractors. Prices are much more reasonable!

I really appreciate their support through Hurricane Harvey and Winter Storm Uri. Unfortunately, we experienced damages during both natural disasters and Kevin was on site to survey the damages, which helped significantly in getting the insurance adjusters started and the overall claim process.     Amazing Service! Ive lived at this property for 3-years. As soon as AREA Texas Realty took over the property management things got much better. If I need any type of maintenance, they come to fix the problem within 24-hours. Sometimes even the same day. When I needed to renew my lease, they were there for me every step of the way. They answered any questions I might have, and then followed up with me after my lease to make sure I was still happy. I get much more personalized communication than at a much larger apartment community. I love it here!

On this day, I immediately got a call.and the crisis was averted. Above and beyond, Ms Martinez, always on behalf of her team, did follow up calls to ensure that we had water that wekend and beyond.

Travis contracting knowledge and connections in the industry are wonderful. The entire process went smoothly from make ready, repairs, listing, and leasing. We havent had any tenant changeover but have had some needed repairs or improvement that have all been handled smoothly. Were informed as soon as something happens and asked for our desires on the issues. Their fees are also very reasonable for month to month and unlike some companies we interviewed, they didnt charge an additional percent on the repairs to make a profit. They didnt start making money till they found a tenant. Their office staff is also helpful, providing itemized reports monthly and during tax season. Overall, weve been exceedingly pleased we chose to build a relationship with Travis!

    I dont leave a lot of reviews generally, but wanted to share my positive experience and recommend Kevin and his team for both property management and realtor services!I initially contacted Kevin for assistance in renting out my townhome and to manage the property whilst I had to move to a different state for work. I found AREA Texas Realty via google reviews after some research. Could not be happier with the experience!!Kevin and his team were able to find great tenants for my property (clean and paid rents on time during covid). They took care of all the maintenance requests/issues that the tenants had and I never had any nasty shocks with any maintenance or repair bills that they charged me.As my move became more permanent, I asked Kevin to help me list and sell the house when the tenants moved out. Again, could not be happier with that decision and result!I relied pretty heavily on Kevins advice and experience, which turned out were pretty spot on (though I think its always worthwhile to do your own research and test it with your realtor). As I was in a different state, Kevin and his team took care of everything including preparing the property for sale (e.g. arranging for cleaning, minor repairs and fresh paint, etc). Again, I thought the fees charged by their contractors or their own maintenance team were very reasonable. The townhome was under contract after a few days on the market at a great price that I was happy with!!Overall, super positive experience with the whole team (I know I mentioned Kevins name a lot here, but they really have a great group of staff! And Lidieth was great and super pleasant to interact with on the financial/bookkeeping side!).They really took out a lot of work and stress for me. Echoing a lot of the prior reviews, I would definitely recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a good property management team or realtor!!

    Exceptional service at a great price!!I used the company for leasing and management of my condo while I was out of the state for about 4 years.     Great company! Our fridge went out and we reported it immediately. Within the hour, they had called us and informed us that they just wanted to replace the fridge entirely so that we didnt have to deal with all of the issues we had been having anymore.     My experience with Area Texas Realty has been outstanding!Ā  In January during a cold front, I came home on aĀ FridayĀ afternoon to no heat.Ā  I checked the weather and it was going to get down into the 30s and having an ill Mother to care for, I wasnt sure what I was going to do.Ā  It was afterĀ 5:00pm so I figured I was going to be stuck with no heat for the whole weekend.Ā  I decided to put in a repair request anyway to see what would happen and to make sure they at least got it byĀ Monday.Ā  To my surprise and delight, they sent someone immediately!Ā  I was so thankful for their quick attention and I had heat for the weekend.
