This is by far the best property group in Texas. We have worked with over a dozen companies in the past 20 years and this one is by far the best. Paulina and Danielle have been extremely kind, patient and will immediately respond to any concern or need. We are moving out of the Shadow Wood Lane duplex September of 2024, anyone lucky enough to get our unit will love this home and the neighborhood.

My wife and I were changing jobs, and moving from Roswell, NM back to Texas.We just didnt have the time to come to San Antonio to seach for a home. Wright helped us virtually, and got us into a home ready for move-in.We could not have been happier!Why such high praise? Lemme tellya ...It was Easter Eve, and our compressor went out. We had the means to survive the night, but it was gonna be a miserable Easter morning.Wayne came out on Easter morning, and brought us a brand new portable AC unit until the tech could get there.Im in the service field, and even I was impressed!Their responsiveness was great using AppFolio, and we had a drama-free, worry-free residency with them.Thank you Wright Property Group.(Im an actual tenant, not compensated to say these cool things)

Wayne Marinik and his team at Wright Property Group have been managing my properties since 2009. They always provide superb, responsive and professional service. Being retired military, I needed a real estate agent and property manager I could trust to proactively manage the properties while I was deployed or assigned overseas and Wayne exceeded all my expectations. I purchased several of my rental properties through Wayne and I even hired Wayne to sell our primary residence. The listing was very professionally done and we closed quickly at an excellent price. Wayne Marinik was our Property Manager for over 7 years and we received top-notch care from him and his team. When we decided to sell our home couple months ago we contacted Wayne to be our realtor and from day one he put us at ease by explaining every detail. He scheduled the different crews to get our home market ready and that alone was a huge stress relief for us. In less than 2 months our home was on the market and within 24 hours we received an offer and sold our home. None of this could have happened without Waynes personal involvement. I have been using M&S Property Management for the past 3 years, and they have been great. They explained the whole property management process from start to finish, and have always kept me up to date with any issues with the tenant or my property. Having moved locations multiple times in these past three years, it has been challenging keeping track of everything, but I have never had to worry about my property. Lindsay is always such a pleasure to work with, and is always so quick to respond to my inquiries. I couldnt have asked for a better property management team!

When I first met Wayne (Oct 2021) at the inception of signing my lease for a property managed by WPG, i recall my first impressions of meeting a genuine guy. Over the course of the year lease my respect for Wayne and his staff grew continually. Any m&r issues were handled promptly and professionally, any questions handled in the same manner. In any e-mail correspondence, phone calls or personal visits to the property i was always impressed by his balance of looking after the homeowners interest without sacrificing the consideration or respect for our needs as tenants. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were amazingly fortunate to stumble upon the services of M&S Properties and in particular, realtor Wayne Marinik. Knowing nothing of the process, Wayne’s expertise and calm manner allowed my wife and me to feel unrushed and informed throughout the process. Wayne put our nervousness to rest with his knowledge of the market, his very accommodating personality, and availability. Wayne was always quick to answer calls, emails, and text messages.When we finally honed in on a property Wayne was quick to research similar homes in the area and give us his opinion on property value, potential rental rates, and things we’d never thought of, such as the impact of the school district on resale value. Wayne Marinik, and the team at Wright Property Management are THE absolute and consummate professionals when it comes to handling the sale or management of your property. We recently closed on our home that we tried to sell 5 times before to no avail. Wayne literally handled EVERYTHING, every inspection, repair, make ready and follow up. Living 1000 miles from the property it is comforting to know that they had everything under control. They have a good relationship with area contractors that gets the fair price when something needs to be repaired and it gets done quickly and right.
