    I had a meeting at The Bonaventure with their Operations Manager regarding SERVPRO of Carrolltons services. My battery on my van was dead when I went to leave. Angel, part of their Service Staff, offered to get their charger, brought it out in 100 degree weather, and got me on my way. That is truly good character and super service when Im just a visiting vendor. Great young man and part of the great team at The Bonaventure.

    What a huge difference using a professional, experienced management company that understands they serve the residents of the community. Ive been on several HOA boards and worked closely with management companies. After being on HOA boards for 40 years I decided to sit this one out!...Its difficult to find a management company that puts the residents first and meets the needs of the residents. Worth Ross Management is the company that understands the residents are their clients, not just the Board members. Our assigned manager is Shane Ousey, he truly understands the definition of customer service. Shane is on top of the issues, responds immediately to any and all concerns his residents might have within our community. Our community is no means a tiny community and sometimes with different personalities within the community managing some residents can be a task. However, based on what I have seen and heard Shane and Worth Ross Management is doing an outstanding job!...Keep up the GREAT service!

    I waited 6 weeks for the solution to a relatively simple issue to be resolved by the recently departed manager. Yesterday, Patrice, the receptionist at Worth Ross referred the matter to Ms. Sewell who is temporarily stepping in as manager of the Live Oak Loft HOA. Ms. Sewell took up the issue yesterday and is already taking steps to resolve the issue. I am impressed with her proactive approach and grateful for Patrice’s assistance as well.

    I love living in The House. The management and the front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Things go wrong periodically, as they do everywhere, but the very genuine efforts at communication and resolution are much appreciated.

    The 5 star rating applies to Michelles assistance in deleting my continued HOA dues due to the sale of my unit.If I were asked to rate the property manager it would 0 stars. The current manager doesnt respect the homeowners enough to respond to the emails and/or phone call If by some slim chance he responds its apparent he did not pay attention to the message. One more reason why after 25 years I have sold.
