Great place to live if you are a student going to college. however very little is done if you are an older adult. Often enough theres a maintenance problem and it takes time to get someone to address the problem, I understand that these are older prproperties and problems occur, but when you are home bound obviously you use or see the affected areas more than someone who is not at home as much. While the property is always having property wide events most of them are catering to the students who live here. Email from the company ask if we choose property because it is near the campus no I am not a college student or an educator who might teach there Shouldnt the property be mindful of company be mindful of its older residents as well ?

Just really wondering why Flex is being done away with at The Reserve at Westwood. This system works perfectly and helps to insure rent is paid. Why would you not want to have that available for your tenants?

Been with Asset now for 3 years. Ive never seen the corporate office unresponsive. In fact they have training for every little thing you could imagine and a support staff that responds to my property within the hour every time.

Great experience lived in 3 ACH apartments in College Station. Great customer service, awesome online portals for rent and applying initially. Lived in luxury for a college student.
