We moved into a Townhouse at Woodbury Place almost two years ago, and we love it. I love the family atmosphere each set of apartments has a green space courtyard outside and I have gotten to know many of our neighbors. The apartment is spacious with a pantry, 2 linen closets a HUGE closet under the stairs and walk-in closet in the bedroom gives plenty of storage. The management is incredible and works hard to continously make living here great, including special events a couple of times per year. We rarely have any problems and when we do they are addressed rapidly.i would highly recommend this apartment complex!

Woodbury gave me life again. After relocating to Texas this was the first place Id come to. Manager is Terrific. Shes great with all. Shes realistic, compassionate, non judgmental and she cares about Tenant kids as her own. Maintenance was never an issue, if Id had a problem it was managed and fixed with proper timing. Woodbury is a great family oriented place to stay

I have lived at Woodbury Apartments for 3 years. The community is quiet , pleasant & family oriented.The management is wonderful, Tammy is a blessing. She is a bubbly warm & welcoming person that is amazing to encounter when entering the office. Overall the living experience here is great!

Great place to live. I have lived here with my wife and 2 year old about 7 months now and the the environment and people are amazing. My daughter and I spend about 2 hours a day playing outside with other kids ages from 1-13 and the big kids help the younger kids learn and grow in a positive way. The manager Tammy is amazing although I have only known her and her family a short time they already treat and respect us as if they have known us for years. The maintenance is always done in a reasonable amount of time and the maintenance man is very kind and knowledgeable. With all of the great things I have to say about the woodbury place apartments I will throw in the only bad thing I have experienced just so people don’t think this review is fake, the parking is not very good it’s hard to back out of spots because you cannot see around cars beside you, I have never wrecked though or had trouble finding a place to park. I hope my review helps with your journey on finding a new place to call home. ( ignore grammar and typos I wrote this review on my phone in the car haha)

The management is excellent. During these covid times Ive seen how the folks at the apartment complex pulled together.There were obvious delays due to the pandemic and winter storm but the management team especially Tammy checked on all of us and helped us throughout the trying times. I was there a year and if it werent for the job location change would probably be there still God bless Tammy and Jorge the maintenance guy.

Friendly place. Friendly manager.The manager Tammy is an earnest young lady.My hat is off to her.She tries to manage this aging property with only 1 maintenance man!Be patient because they are indeed trying to get things done.I dont know how she does it but Tammy manages to keep this place running.She deserves not only praise & a raise - but more support from the higher ups.As this is a very old property they should give her more maintenance staff.Oh, & the parking lot needs to have stripes repainted.

We needed a place quick and we had been looking for weeks and decided to drive around. We came upon these apartments and walked in to get information. There sat this bubbly lady who was so very welcoming. She gave us all the information we needed and showed us 2 apartments one was the flat and the other the townhome. We chose the townhome. To be honest we chose to apply and live here once approved because of Tammy and the positive reviews we saw about the property and how she managed. Also the family environment here. Tammy has by far been one of the best property managers that I have had the pleasure to encounter and get to know. She takes care of this whole property that is aged and well there are things that are falling apart. For instance the huge breaker box tranformer thing broke and 3 buildings including mine where out of power. She worked for hours trying to get a resolution and the next day she had a big generator brought in so we could have our electricity back. Nothing in our fridge or freezers went bad. We kept everything closed and it was still cool in the house that night. Every issue that we have had she responds to accordingly and the matter handled in a timely fashion. I am sad to be leaving here but we just need a bigger place with 3 growing teenage boys. Tammy is like family and she is going to be missed. She busts her butt around here to keep everything going and clean and livable. She needs a raise because its alot for one person to handle and she does it all. Thank you Tammy for being such a kind hearted , wonderful person you are. The only thing bad well its really not bad is how we have to get out of the parking lot. Im scared sometimes in gonna back up into the tree or the fence. Other than that all has been positive.

I just moved in and love the friendliness of the people around me. It is a very quiet and clean area. Be patient as they only have one maintenance but they get it done. The apartments are spacious and right off the highway and very conveniently located. Glad I moved in!

Great manager. She’s always willing to help and give great advice from local places to shop and how to manage the place. I haven enjoyed the neighborhood so far. It’s fairly quiet with kids playing outside. I am currently in a townhouse and I am very happy with the space. So far I’m very comfortable here.

Seems kinda hmmm after looking. Talked to couple residents before looking into further and maintenance isnt kept up with. Service orders fixed halfway or takes forever. Hate putting reviews like this but may help someone else in someway.Im editing my review due to it doesnt seem right I left as is when the owner took the time to reply to me within hours.That doesnt say to me that this would be a complex unkept. I might have spoken to just a couple of unhappy tenants or on a bad day. Im going back next week.Thankyou. For giving me a reason to change and edit this review. 😉

I love these apartments. I havent had any issues with things getting done and they do work with you. I havent had any issues with roaches or bed bugs . I happen to love my neighbors

Very comfortable. Living in a townhouse very cozy. Very friendly neighborhood. Management is awesome. Lots of kids playing around. Highly recommend for families.
