Love living here! Very quiet neighbors that all mind their own business. Very clean complex even with most having pets it’s always clean and well kept. It is true that the walls are thick can hardly ever to never hear your neighbors. I like that the parking is patrolled by tow trucks at times because that only offers security for myself that no one who doesnt belong in here is here and may prevent theft or other crime. Also no pests at all and offers pest control to keep it that way. Management is helpful and respectful . Coming from California and made this place my home with no regrets. Extremely ideal and perfect has all and everything one can want in a home. I live in a loft and I’m in love. Units have washer and dryers and fireplaces if requested. The reviews don’t lie on this site, that’s how I decided to make this place home now you can do the same and not regret it!

I appreciated all the hard work from Bertha and illana. I started looking for an apartment 6 months in advance. With all the kindness, customer service, attentive and professionalism, illana treated me as though I was moving in that exact day. Then Bertha took over for her and without missing a beat continued with the most patience, helpfulness and respect. There were some confusions in the process but with heist it was resolved. Ive seen negative reviews about Maria but I actually had a pleasant experience with her as well. And Jonathan his made sure that whenever Bertha isnt available he promptly tries to find a solution to my problem. Only negative I have to say is the maintenance left quite a mess after repair things and didnt bother to clean and someone urinated in my toliet with my knowledge because they seat was still up (I, a female, live alone with my daughter). Otherwise amenities are amazing, no problem complimentary covered parking, and i feel safe.

Have experienced several inevitable inconveniences while moving in and the staff has been nothing but helpful and understanding. This is a huge contrast to other places i’ve lived in the area and i’d definitely recommend it based on how management handles issues. I’ve interacted mostly with Jonathan but all the staff has been polite.

Ive lived here almost a year and I love this community! I have no complaints whatsoever, and thats definitely a compliment coming from someone as OCD as I am lol. There are no pest issues, the maintenance team is great, and the office staff is kind and helpful! Im a single young woman and Ive never felt safer. The whole community is nice and family oriented. There is alot of diversity. Honestly Im not sure why they have bad reviews but take it from someone who lives here..this is a great community.

My husband and I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it! It is in the perfect location. Its so close to a ton of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and honestly anything you could ever want.The staff has always been so kind and accommodating to us. Any time there was a maintenance issue, they always responded quickly. Ere is such a great property manager and always looks out for her residents.We always felt safe here, the residents are very kind. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

If you’re looking for an affordable, safe, community that is close to a bus stop and also convenient to the tollway, 635, etc., then this is a great option for you to check out! The unit I have is a loft - style so you don’t feel like you’re in a 1 BR apartment. The kitchen and living rooms are downstairs and the bathroom & bedroom area is upstairs so I feel like I can retreat to my bed in the evening.It is an older complex so the walls are thick and you do not hear your neighbors hardly ever.It’s a community full of hard - working people who mind their business and keep their spaces clean.There are no problems with pests, etc bc people here are clean.Every time I’ve called maintenance they’ve responded quickly & we’re efficient.It is not fancy and doesn’t have the amenities of a lot of other places, but if you’re looking to keep your cost of living down, then this is a great option!I’m very happy with my choice to live here.

I’m so glad I chose to live at Windridge. The complex is peaceful and a very family friendly environment with lots of kids.But, my favorite part is how efficient the management and maintenance teams are. I swear, if I place a maintenance request in the morning they come in the afternoon or the next day the latest. Also, I see the pools getting cleaned in a daily basis, even during winter which is crazy in a positive way.Thank you Jonathan, Bertha, Ere, and Maria for taking care of our community like it’s your own home. I’ll continue referring Windridge to my friends and family if the complex continues being managed the way it is nowadays.

Been here almost 2 months now and love it. Shortly after moving in I had an issue with some A/C condensate leaking overnight and maintenance was out to repair and clean up next day. The property is clean and quiet. Have not had a chance to take a dip in the pool yet but always looks clean and inviting when I pass by to get my mail.

My wife and I lived here from 2016 to 2021 and only moved when we purchased a home. WE LOVED IT HERE. Literally the BEST apartment we ever had. We think about our times there quite often. The staff was amazing and the complex is super nice. Picture don’t do it justice. We never had a bad neighbor. We would ABSOLUTELY still be there had we not purchased a home. Forever grateful!

I have been a resident here for over 2 years with Windridge on the Parkway and I highly recommend making this place your home. I dragged my three suitcases and a backpack up the ramp to the leasing office in the hot Texas heat. Sweat dripping and after receiving a warm welcome, I was offered a bottle of water. That was the start of something awesome. I love that this is a pet friendly community, the grounds are well maintained (special place to throw pet waste). Maintenance is available to help and they are responsive to your needs! You dont get that a lot from other properties. Its VERY quiet at night and there are plenty of places to walk if you enjoy a morning walk inside or outside the community. Assigned parking available. While there isnt a gym on site Planet Fitness is literally down the street as are many eateries, the Comedy Club and parks. But the pool makes up for that especially during the summer time. I know that sometimes customer service may dwindle for some when you have been a resident for a long time but even during the time of hardship Windridge has worked with me and been patient. Still I receive an outgoing positivity that makes you feel welcome and lucky to call this place home. Thanks to Maria and the wonderful staff here. Keep up the amazing work!

Ive lived at this complex for 3 years and I absolutely love it here. The area is nice and theres so many restaurants and stores nearby so you dont have to go very far for anything. I can honestly say I feel safe here and have never had any issues.

I lived in the windridge apartment complex for a little over 2 years. The place is affordable and decent. All my maintenance requests were handled promptly the same day. The leasing office team is great! Erendira, Johnathan and Maria have been very kind and a pleasure to speak to. They greet my dog happily and have always been helpful with anything I needed.

Alright alright! Ive waited long enough! Lol, WOTP is a very nice starting apartment. Cozy and tucked off in the center of a very nice, nice part of Addison. Youre close to grocery, close to entertainment and ofc close to eating. The mall is walking distance. They are casual looking apartments,nothing fancy ... But its next to the toll way and all that other stuff, so I guess one cant complain, thats why Id say its great for first apartment, singles, or someone who wont be home often. Wonderful front staff, especially sweet Jonathan he has such great customer service but the Ladies represent well!Thank you WOTP for being my first ever apartment. Ive enjoyed it... But this little baby resident has grown up now. Lol 😊...Oh and PS please PET owners pick up after your pets, I dont have pets, but dont mess it up for everyone else! WOTP is a CLEAN PLACE.

I am obsessed with living here at Windridge Apartment. Seneida and the whole Leasing staff has been phenomenal from day one. The Ladies in the office are so humble and knowledgeable. Freddy and the Maintenance crew are always on point, taking care of all the working orders not only on time but also as fast as they get the memo. The location is perfect, most of the major freeway and nice restaurants are all close around. Been living here safe for 6 years now, i have never had any issues. Neighbors are so nice, the areas are always clean and environment is family oriented. Good job y`all. Keep it up!!!

I lived at Windridge for two years and have nothing but great things to say about this complex. The office staff are extremely helpful, quick to respond, and incredibly sweet. The maintenance staff would arrive within the next day of placing a maintenance request. The apartments are older but their staff is always doing something to make the complex better such as repaving the parking lot or planting new grass. Completely recommend living at Windridge!

Weve lived here for almost two years and have had a wonderful experience. After reading through some of the negative reviews, Id like to respond with my own experiences with some of the issues presented.- Our rent hasnt increased (yet); Im aware that can happen, as we live in Dallas and cost of living is increasing dramatically in almost all areas. I have friends in other apartment complexes whose rent went up $200-300 last year while ours did not change. Again, Im aware that that may not be the case if we renew our lease, but I am grateful for the same rate while weve got it.- Insulation is admittedly pretty weak around the windows and sliding doors. We are pretty stubborn with turning on the heat or AC, though, and can personally bear the cold or heat from outside fairly well. We dont run our HVAC during the day to save on that bill. Insulation around windows and sliding doors could definitely be improved.- We have never been towed on this property. My sister has been towed, and that is because we failed to remember to register her car; that is our fault, and now we ensure all guests are registered upon arrival. Check for signs around the property for guest car registration instructions.- The appliances are dated. We have a white fridge and oven with no front window (check out the kitchen on the virtual tour of the D5 unit on Windridges website). Guess what? They work perfectly fine! You can find apartments all around Addison with modern and updated finishes, and youll pay a pretty penny for those. Its all about whats important to you.- We have thankfully never dealt with a faulty HVAC system. At the beginning of winter 2021, we realized our heat wouldnt turn on. Maintenance came that same day and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Our heat works wonderfully.- Maintenance is quick and kind. They come in, do their job, and head out.- The women at the front office have been short with me before, but we all have our days. Ive had more good experiences than bad with them.- While parking can be slim on weekends, we always manage to find a spot near our apartment.- We have never experienced roaches or other bugs. I havent seen the property bring any extermination companies out to spray around the buildings, but Im sure they would do so if asked.All in all, I have really enjoyed my experience with Windridge. Im a big believer in the fact that we get what we pay for. In all honesty, I think I get a little more than I pay for :) This has been a fantastic first apartment and Im happy to have made my home here.UPDATE: today Windridge had people come by to better insulate the windows and doors in the apartments here. I feel like my review was genuinely taken into account.

These apartments are great! The maintenance will immediately go and fix an issue when there is one. They are very professional. Sandy assisted me in getting into my apt made me feel very welcomed into these apartments. She was very helpful and nice and professional. I currently live here and im loving every minute of it. A HIDDEN SURPRISE!I just signed my lease renewal for a year! After 6 months, I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and believe you can never judge a book by its cover. Despite some of the negative reviews, the community is quiet, strives for excellent customer service and maintenance is the fastest I have ever seen! Work orders are cleared within 24 business hours and the guys are trustworthy. The office staff is AWESOME! Very family oriented, friendly and truly respect your privacy as a resident. I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Seneida throughout my stay and couldnt be happier! All the ladies are true gems and each of them go above and beyond there job description to give you personalized service regardless of your requests. I have only witnessed 1 incident while living here but you cant control everything all the time. Management is also in the process of giving the property a face life since it is an older property and the grounds are always clean. Overall, my choice to move here has been extremely cost effective and convenient (8 mins to work). Also close to a ton of restaurants, bars and shopping. I have to express the service from the Leasing Team is EXCEPTIONAL and they all deserve a raise! If you are in need of a place to live, give this place a try.

Maintenance is dependable and quick. I would definitely recommend to anyone. If I move back to this side of town in the future Ill definitely look into moving back to Windridge.

Been living here for about 2 years, and we love it. Its very quiet never had any complaints. Property has been updated and it looks really nice. Valet trash is something new, and i absolutely love it since we get home late in the evening is very convenient. Sandy and Erendira are awesome they are really nice and helpful. I have never had any issues with them. Maintenance Wilfredo hands down on him. Very hard working man. Maintenance requests gets done very quick. Food trucks have been coming around and thats a plus. Property is always kept clean. Definitely recommend this property.UPDATE: 6/25/202Still living here at Windridge the apartments have been renovated from the outside. The colors looks awesome. Parking has gotten better for me. Looking foward for the food trucks to come around.

This is a good apartment complex to live in, they keep it very clean all the time, and they great care of lawn, they come every week to mow it, its safe no burglaries in the 1 year ive been here, only a few things that suck are that if you dont have a permit for your visitors they will tow cars with no permit after 10pm, and also the pool is clean most of the time, they just need to take of it 100% of the time, but its just normal leaves from tress that fall so its understandable. maintenance comes almost same day of request.Good experience overall

Best apartment we have ever stayed in! They worked with us to get better rates for our lease and also worked with my husband with our reasonable accommodations needs. The rent prices also don’t jump to a crazy amount when it’s time to renew. We have already decided that we will be here until we become homeowners! 3 plus years here and we love it!

Last Edit: Ive moved out after a few years here. The rent barely went up and they definitely were making improvements around the property where you could see where the money was going. New paint, great landscaping, great workers around the property. I only left to move into a home, but will always tell people how great Windridge was, and the management staff was awesome, especially Seneida who worked with me on my move out to make sure it went smoothly.Ive lived here for almost a year and love it.The staff is very friendly and will help with anything very quickly.The parking isnt as bad as people make it seem. They explain the rules clearly when you move in. They will give you guest passes as often as you need them.They recently repaved the parking lot, repainted things around the complex, got new signage, its always being updated.My neighbors are quiet, but friendly.Its very close to Addison, so there are parks, food, and drinks really close. The AMC theater is literally 5 minutes away.Edit: Renewed my lease, rent didnt go up much at all considering the amount of improvements they did over the year. Theyve also informed us that they are going to do work on the porches and other stuff around the property. Its nice to be somewhere thats always improving the property.

We just moved in a week ago and the staff have done a great job at helping us get in quickly. These apartments are older buildings and have normal wear and tear for their age, so if you come in expecting to see that everything is perfect then you should go buy a house or set your expectations a little lower, its an apartment. They have done a great job at getting the buildings restored and keeping them updated. So far I can highly recommend Windridge, we were in a pinch and needed a place quickly and they provided!

I have been living at Windridge for 7 months.Overall, it is a nice place for the price. I have a 1 bedroom/1 den rental and have genuinely enjoyed living here. The staff is friendly and typically available to answer any questions or address concerns quickly.Before COVID my maintenance requests were responded to promptly. I have not needed maintenance since the pandemic (non urgent requests were suspended). I appreciate the maintenance staff and their hard work.I like the covered parking.The apartments are a bit older, but well maintained. I live toward the interior of the complex, so I do not hear much highway noise. I can hear chatter from the sidewalk outside pretty clearly from my bedroom, but the community is usually quiet in the evenings when I am trying to sleep. A noise cancelling machine or fan work well to drown out any outside noise. Ikea sells adjustable curtain rods and light blocking curtains help insulate the glass patio doors. I would love to see energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors installed for future residents. But I realize that would be quite an investment for the company.Two things that attracted me to the Apartments were that there is no pet rent (only the fee and deposit) and no valet trash fees.They started valet trash this year. I have not seen an added fee. It’s usually something I don’t need and therefore avoid communities that have it. I would rather walk my trash to the dumpster and save the added cost to rent. I take advantage of it now since it was added after I moved in. It’s convenient. They work hard to keep the property neat and clean.I like the recycling service that was added. I used to drive to drop off recycling, now I do not have to.I do not hear too much noise from neighbors. The walls seem pretty soundproof (or I have quiet neighbors).I love being able to choose my own electric provider and internet service. Some places add those to the rent and inflate the cost. Windridge lets you choose.The location is near restaurants and Vitruvian Park.I have not used the pool because of COVID closures. There is also a small playground for kids that looks like it would be nice when the pandemic lifts.There is a washer and dryer in my unit which is always a nice amenity.My cat loves the large porch and sits outside during the day to watch squirrels. The view from my office has a pretty tree with pink blooms.Good experience overall. I am very grateful for the find. I would recommend these apartments to a friend.

My girlfriend and I are about to sign our third lease with Windridge. After taking over a lease, weve been here for almost two years now.Pros: Its in a great location near Addison, Richardson, UT Dallas, and the Galleria without the usual Addison/North Dallas price. Management is friendly and helpful, and maintenance issues are handled QUICK. In fact, we once had the maintenance guy show up within half an hour, though same-afternoon turnaround is much more typical, and thats far better than other units weve lived at.Cons: Features are a bit spartan...its not a luxury complex. Our one-bedroom unit could really use some more windows...but who can fault management for architectural features?All in all, the complex is great for what it is...perfect for folks looking to live in a good neighborhood on a tight budget. Highly recommended.

My leasing agent Erendira was SUPERB! Prompt, replied to messages immediately and so very kind! Im from out of state and needed a place close to my job in Plano and she stayed consistent and had me moved in within 1.5 weeks of applying! The apartment itself didnt have all the apartment amenities I wanted, but was clean, in a great location , and quiet! I move in 8-15 will update after month 1!

I moved here from the Davenport Apartments on Dallas Parkway. Wind ridge is like Night and Day. The leasing crews, The maintenance, the community has been a huge improvement from my last apartment complex. The Maintenance staff comes fixes issues faster than Amazon prime. Sandy the lease agent that I worked with. She was so helps and got us in at the price i wanted and the space :)

There are a lot of pros and hardly any cons to this place. Its probably one of the cheapest places for the area, especially for everything you get by living here. It is a gated complex, neighbors are really nice. I have lived here almost a year and have never had a problem with either the other people living here or the staff. Trustworthy people, I left town for a weekend once after I first moved here, I didnt realize until I got home that I had left the keys to my motorcycle in the ignition of my motorcycle!! But it was still there when I got back, nobody had messed with it at all. Its very conveniently located, everything you could possibly want is within a mile of this place. The only con is that there isnt much room for guest parking. You get a thing you hang from your rear view mirror for your own personal space (and Ive never had a problem with someone parking in my spot) it just can be hard for your guest to find a spot to park sometimes, but that is literally the only con I can think of, other than that this place is great.

It makes me very sad to see negative comments about parking on these reviews. I have now lived in Windridge Apartments for over a year and just resigned my lease. There has never been any issues with parking for my fiance and I and sometimes we even have guests who need to park.The front office is amazing and are always willing to help when they can. I consider myself a needy tenant and they never have given me any issues when I call.Maintenance is on site most of the time and are always there willing to help when needed. Even on Sundays they have come out to my apartment to fix an issue. If your looking for a quite and nice neighborhood Come to Windridge!

At the beginning of COVID I was searching for an apartment and I had specific requirements when finding my next home. Although these apartments didnt have everything I was looking for the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating and did everything they could to assure me this is the place I wanted to be. Due to the staff I gave up a lot of my requirements and I compromised and I dont regret my decision at all. The only con is that the parking isnt great for when guest want to come visit.

This complex is very well kept and maintenance are very kind and complete my work orders very quickly. It’s funny to see reviews from people that don’t follow the rules and get towed. I understand parking is limited in the dfw area these days and don’t see a reason to complain about parking when this complex provides each resident with their own assigned COVERED parking spot at no extra charge. Great complex and great area! 👍

If you live here be careful. The apartments are good apartments however I think outsiders come over here to check peoples cars to see if they leave car doors open and take stuff. Been living here for almost year now since moving to Texas and been happy with Windridge!! They have a friendly office staff, and awesome maintenance team that comes right away to fix the problem. Very spacious and affordable rent cant beat that!! Can get a bit nosy some nights but its apartment complex what do you expect....

It was wonderful stay for us here. Office staff is very friendly and they always keen to listen to our maintanance request and fix them promplty. Apartment is clean and easy to reach being near toll road.I highly recommend Windridge.

I step feet in just last month. Windridge is a Safe,cleaning and living place .staff office do good job on trash,grass, trees ,and very cool there are two cleaning pools. One of the staff sandy help me greatly, she was really nice help me throughout the process of moving to windridge Ask for Sandy she will help you too... thanks Sandy

I love The ladies in the office they are so sweet and on their game. Maintenance always gets the job done. Only thing I dont love is the lack of parking. It’s a quiet complex and it’s in the perfect area, you literally have everything you need around you. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ive only been here almost month, but they really take care of you! Special shout out to Ms. Erendira she is absolutely the best and everyone there tries to help as much as possible. Ive had a few issues but all you have to do is let them know and they will fix it a quickly as they can. The work orders get done quickly as well and they do it right the first time.

I stopped by to tour the apartments with Seneida and she was great. The leasing office was clean and organized. I was extremely please knowing that I can get free reserve parking spot at no cost.

I lived at Windridge for just under a year and a half. Nice community. Move out was a bit rough with some miscommunication and confusion, but Seneida stuck with it and worked hard to get it straightened out. I really appreciate her patience, dedication, and attention to detail!Erendira was also great while I was there if I had any questions.Thank you!

I want to tear up when I think about how wonderful my experience has been here at Windridge on the Parkway thanks exclusively to the fantastic management team lead by Seneida Fredde.Windridge offers high quality apartments at affordable prices in a great location, and they have a friendly staff (Erendira & Sandy) and maintenance is prompt and experienced to fix things quickly and efficiently.
