Morgan and Amber have been so extremely helpful and helping us get corporate housing for our business and providing everything that we need to be able to move in and get comfortable working and living in Odessa. Super professional, friendly, and efficient! The property is lovely, I especially love the pool and 24 hours a day access to the weight room! I especially love that it’s located close to everything we need

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes, and the Windmill Ranch has the highest standards by far. The staff is clear, friendly and Welcoming. The Complex common area is Beautifully Designed, and the Apartment is Comfortably Modern. Definitely looking forward to my stay here!

Our process was quick and easy to move in. We even got a gift card that same day!Amber is so sweet and walked us through every step of the way. We moved in the following day!The apartments are beautiful and modern. As someone who works night shift. I have no complaints! Would recommend to anyone looking! Close to everything!

I love my new apartment! Application process was easy and quick! Ms. Morgan guided me through the whole process as we are new renters and made our move in experience very welcoming! Excited to start our new journey here and make this our home. ❤️ So far, office staff seem very nice and helpful, complex is beautiful and new, and very calm and quiet area. 🤗

If you need help please ask for Morgan and/or Amber! Both are so knowledgeable and polite! They take the time and effort to make sure you leave happy and not rushed out the door.

Let me tell you how it goes from my experience. You going to pay roughly $350 to the administrative fee and get a background check etc etc to even see if you qualify. (Which is oof because the nicer complex a couple blocks down only charged $50 to see if you qualify, as a resident I dont meet the money requirements). Then you going to have to pay another fee which I paid about $450 to move in. I dont know if thats going to be considered my first month of rent Ill have to update this post later. But Im guessing its not. Ive heard complains of there being a lot of towed vehicles that are unnecessary and mixed reviews about the staff. So far I have had neither encounters update on that later.Looking at the rooms and I only have a one bedroom apartment. Honestly theyre not bad. Every everything looks pretty new. So far everything works that comes with the apartment. So I cant complain but Im new so well see how it goes.All in all it seems okay from my standpoint. A little to pricey at the beginning Ill have to admit compared to other places.

Valerie is amazing!! She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered every question I had. I will be relocating back to West Texas and Valerie took so much stress off of my shoulders and made me feel at home. I havent made my decision yet but the exceptional customer service that I was provided definitely deserves to be commended! Thank you!

Been living here for about 9 months. The leasing office staff is really great and helpful.Pros:-Some units have yards and its really convenient if you have a dog.-New appliances.-A good number of the residents are TTUHSC students/employees or UTPB students.-The leasing office has computers for you to use as well as a conference room to study in.-Valet trash (Sunday-Thursday)-24/7 gym. Not the biggest gym, but it has alot of the basics and the equipment is new.-Water pressure and temperature is great. I like really hot showers and water temperature has always been great.-Outdoor dog bath. I havent used it yet since its been a bit cold every time I plan on using it. There is no dryer so you will have to bring your own. But there is a place to plug the dryer in.-The leasing office holds almost monthly events to get some money off rent. (door decorating contests, guess how much candy is in the jar, etc)-Leasing office also holds food events (free pizza, tacos, etc) at least once a month.Cons:-The water that comes out of the kitchen sink is a bit cloudy (even after wiring it through a filtration system).-Dishwasher doesnt dry the dishes properly (had put in two service request when I first moved in and was told that I didnt know how to use a dishwasher/wasnt using it properly...🙃) so now I just live with white dried water spots on all of my dishes and utensils.-Dog poop everywhere throughout the complex. This isnt really managements fault, as they have sent numerous emails out about it. Some residents just dont care to pick up after their dogs even though management has installed numerous doggy waste stations. (Dog park is also full of poop). Some residents also dont walk their dogs on leashes, so be wary when you walk your dog. I have had my dog charged at multiple times by irresponsible owners.-The building I live in (Building 1) right next to San Antonio St. and sometimes at night, people speed down the street in their cars really loudly. Again, nothing management can do, just something to keep in mind.Have yet to use the pool so I cant say much but it looks really nice.

Nice apartments. Expensive. Big walk in showers and soaking tubs. Walk in closets. Pet friendly. Paid $1550 ish for a two bed two bath and two car port spots. Staff were overall friendly and helpful.
