Were new here and the home is beautiful and well maintained so many cabinets and the kids can finally run around ill like to say it did have a few kinks and Becca and maintenance helped and fixed the issue immediately I was surprised as of now I have no complaints at all.

I have lived here a little over a year and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. Any time I have had an issue Tony from the maintenance team has always been so easy to deal with. He is so polite and cleans up after himself. Always lets me know whats going on and if they will need to come back. For the first time in a rental- I dont mind having to call or deal with maintenance. Its good to know things are getting g fixed quickly AND ACCURATELY!!

Hands down the best place to live! They are so professional here. Maintenance is amazing. Becca Jones has been very helpful throughout this whole process. If you’re looking for a place to live this is the place.

All the new homes coming in are really making the community look wonderful! Management is very friendly and eager to help. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner. Thanks for making such great difference during this horrible pandemic!

Woke up Saturday morning to smoke and loud noise coming from the Air Unit in side. I called the call service and the young man said he would come in a hour. Well Tony came knocking at my door less than a hour. He was polite and ready to serve us. Apparently the motor is out on the unit.But Tony went and got us 2 windows units with a blow fan. It helped keep somewhat cool, but he did say first thing Monday morning the A/C lady would be at my home. Tony was GREAT I!!!

My experience to date has been satisfactory, I have lived here for almost 3 years, and everything seems good to me, the treatment in the office is excellent, my neighbors are very respectful and friendly, we have never had problems with water services, collection garbage etc. I really recommend them to invest and achieve wealth for their family. 😀😀👴👵👨👨‍🎓👼🚵‍♀️⛹️‍♂️🤽‍♀️
