Highly recommend this lovely community ! It was spotless, filled with everything you could possibly need from a pool to a safe kids park. Neighbors were extremely nice. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to see what the future holds in this place. The whole process was amazing, quick and super professional. Cora was amazing, efficient, I was so scared through our whole process and she was quick and efficient and extremely thorough.She made the whole process simple by reaffirming and being direct in all. All of the staff is great, if I need any help or any work order they are so quick and efficient to get it done as soon as they receive it. The community is so peaceful and quiet, and this is extremely important to me as I work from home and I am in need of that tranquility. We could not have made a better choice and I’m happy we did, Thank you Cora for all you did for my family.Also did I say I have an amazing home, that I am completely in love with. 😃

Everything needed was repaired and maintenance went above and beyond to upgrade other things in our home- I truly appreciate this community management (Ms Becca) team so much. I’ve only been here for 2 months so I’m giving this place great reviews for them addressing a safety issue immediately. My priority is having a safe roof over my family’s head so I will allow them time to correct the one remaining minor thing needed. Otherwise I’m more than pleased to let you know the truth about the situation. I’m truly happy to to have found a true place to call home.

The office staff is easy to work with. The move in process is real simple.Christina helped us look at some homes, always answered every question, answerd the phone every time, and essentially managed to get us in a spot quickly.So far, as for the leasing process goes, its a 5star from me.-Alexander

The homes here are very NICE and the staff are friendly, very helpful. Octavia is really awesome, she was on point and very understanding about what i was looking for in a home. I just wanna say thank you for this wonderful experience.

I have been here on this property for what will be 4 years in March .This week I met a new Mantinace guy named David WOW! he was great he genuinely listened to what I had to say gave suggestions and made promises on his repairs I have been here three years and my dishwasher never work I now have a new dishwasher I know thats not a big thing to most but it is a very big deal to me thanks David.

I’m having such a nice time living here the staff is very friendly. Ms.Cora gave me a wonderful tour of the property when I came by. Each year they have better homes and cleanliness looks even more wonderful.

Willow Springs provides an affordable choice to apartment or overly expensive site built housing. The roads are paved and lined with trees. It is located within minutes of major highways allowing access to downtown Ft Worth in 15 minutes and downtown Dallas in 30 to 40 minutes.

Ive been here at Willow Springs 3 yrs in feb I can say as of last year the community is getting better and better the new staff are personable and the maintenance staff are on it the community that I live in is quite clean and well kept I love that office staff care
