I have lived here 2 years.I have no problem.Is quite and peaceful Everyone working at office. Also, the maintenance, they are friendly and respectful.I have no issues with maintenance.Theyre always on time. I feel very safe here.

I actually like it here its very calm and clean kept .. Yes they get on to you with a note in your door when you have other than patio furniture outside (mop, broom etc.) BUT thats why the apartments look and stay as neat as they are . Maintenance was very nice never waited more than a day to get something fixed .. They have and emergency after hrs line which serves its purpose when I got locked out because I lost my keys ! Over all management was very nice I dont understand what all the fuzz is about. I wanted to move back except they didnt have what I was looking for.

Daniella, the bilingual representative at Willow brook crossing is possibly the best apartment representative I have ever seen, she genuinely care about helping you with your rent process and will call back if she promised, there’s no much I can say to describe how good she is at her job.Thank you Daniella for your hard work.

I just moved over here and I like it cuz its quiet and its peaceful the people are respectful and most of all the managers crew is wonderful... I pray to be here for a while more like years... Yours truly happy occupant

I called to ask about their availability & they were so helpful through out this virus. Jessica was so nice & patient to me! I got to speak to the property manager Reena, she was so helpful! Hopefully i make willowbrook crossing my home!!!!!

I took my friend to view an apt and the Customer services was Excellent!she ended up taking an application, Jessica and the staff are friendly and professional there grounds and pool are clean and neat, makes you want to move to this Community.
