    Darryl goes far beyond what I would think he should do when taking care of service requests. I have never had a bad experience when it comes to the service he provides every time. I wish more people got it like he does. An absolute god send I tell you.

    I have lived at Coral Vista for over four years and it is a great place to live. The property Management is awesome. The maintenance crew are amazing. The apartment is roomy with lots of closet space and the walls are sound proof so I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors. I have a large balcony on a beautiful waterway. Very quiet and serene. The high school is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this rental community.

    I enjoyed living at their Cypress at Trinity Groves location so much after my first year, I signed a two-year lease to stay put. Cypress has the nicest apartment gym Ive ever seen, not to mention their friendly staff and quick maintenance turn around times. Speaking of friendly staff, there definitely are a few that have gone, and continue to go above and beyond their duties: Matthew (leasing), Benjamin (groundskeeper) and Stephen in maintenance. Im not planning on leaving any time soon. Highly recommend this apartment and company!

    This is my 5th year leasing from Lincoln Crossing 19251 Preston Rd.. I love my spacious, bright apartment with all its amenities and my private patio. The Manager, Kim, makes this place the best managed, professionally maintained complex I have ever lived in. The tenants at this complex, who are all ages and ethnicities, are quiet and friendly.Every concern I reported to Management has been addressed within a few hours and corrected within a reasonable time. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The landscaping is very well done, manicured and colorful. All of the facilities are clean and well maintained. I am looking forward to renewing my lease.

    My bf and I moved in June 2014 to the 1016 Atlanta property. We initially lived in a studio and were very happy with the option of upgrading to a bigger space 7 months after we lived there. We renewed our lease primarily because of the service of the staff and management. Everyone knows our names and they treat us like people. I have had terrible experiences with other apartment complexes and chose to renew with 1016 because all the staff are amazing people. The maintenance is always handled quickly. I feel that the staff really listens to the needs and wants of the community. And I just love the industrial look of the property as well.

    Wow!!!! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the Lincoln Discovery Square Leasing office towards end of July 2016.We were desperately looking for a decent apartment to rent since our house got sold in a short time and our new house is being built which would take few months.We had not rented in the past 25years and totally new to the rental market.We had looked at quite a lot of apartment complexes but most did not impress us much. So, with reluctance decided to stay at Extended stay, paid upfront for 4 months but we had 24hrs to change our mind. So, started our drive on the road in hunting spree for apartment. Luckily we saw the leasing sign at the Lincoln Discovery Square, we took a chance and walked in. We were very pleasantly welcomed with a pretty smile by a young beautiful lady, Danica Taylor-Wallace. She is very knowledgeable about her job, explained all rental details and took us on a tour of the facility. We totally fell in love with the complex but had to decide in few hours to cancel our payment at the Extended stay. Danica spoke to her manager and made an attractive offer and benefits which made it lot easier on us to sign the contract at Lincoln Discovery Square without losing our money at the Extended Stay. The Lincoln Property Company amenities, the cleanliness, the services and above all the courteousness of the staff is commendable. The place is well secured so the tenants can stay worry-free. The parking facility is awesome with secured direct entrance to the apartments at each of the 4 levels. Kudos and many thanks to Danica Taylor-Wallace for providing us detailed information about the apt complex and taking care of the initial move in formalities. It is like a holiday resort for us.I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to rent for any length of time, short or long, to stay worry free. It is in the best location and the schools are excellent.

    Living at one of Lincoln Properties is nothing like apartment-life I remembered prior to becoming a homeowner. However, as the years progressed, I found I no longer desired the responsibilities of maintaining a single-family home. In addition, my home was too big for just me.I couldnt believe it when the first property I visited was perfect. It was so perfect, I took the apartment. Its spacious, without being too large. Its luxurious rather than feeling like a prefab building, and it has all the creature comforts of a home. My luxury apartment home overlooks the beautifully manicured lawn and invitingly crisp water of the pool.The two bedrooms are almost equal in size and there are two full baths.The maintenance team is top notch. While I only required their services on one occasion, they practically resolved the issues prior to entering my apartment. Talk about respecting a residents time! They are polite and hold many certifications.The leasing team has to be one of the best Ive dealt with as they are naturally professional, but they are also empathetic to ones needs and always willing to work with their residents.I have to say that selecting the first apartment can be risky; however, I simply followed my gut. Its the same feeling I had when house hunting. That took a bit longer, but when the right place comes along, youll know it.Always perform due diligence in your selection, but if everything else lines up and the only thing left is viewing the apartment, go with your gut.

    UPDATE 7 /22 / 2019I ended up not renewing my lease this year due to wanting to relocate closer to work .. But things only got better from the time I wrote my Original Review.. they completely redid the exterior of the building.. they redid the pool.. added upgraded blinds.. overall an awesome living experience.. I miss living there.. but I dont miss the traffic to work..Definitely loved the years I lived at 5225 Maple Angie and her staff are awesome! Still highly recommend.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have been living at 5225 Maple Ave for 10 Months now.. it is renewal time and really it has been such a pleasure, that both my roommate and I did not even hesitate whenever we received our renewal letter. we indeed will be extending our lease for another year. Excellent Location and access to the highways, The building is always properly maintained (the grass and flowers look beautiful) we have not had any issues with any of the other residents. I Wish I could attend the community events more often but it is always so nice to see a management that is involved with their residents. Its a great community to call home. I highly recommend.

    We live at the Beach Place going on a year in May. We absolutely love it! We have lived at other rental communities in the past with large management companies leading them, so we can compare .The community is kept squeaky clean. The property’s atmosphere is serene and relaxing . Being that the beach is across the street, it’s location is perfect . My husband and I walk to the grocery’s store twice a week, it’s only a few hundred feet away! The pool is sparkling and beautiful. They even have herb garden where you can pick from. Fresh herbs ... for your meals , now that’s a classy touch .The apartments are extra large, with ample closet space. The staff are professional and uplifting, kind and courteous... always now that’s a lot to say . Mimi the property manager is doing an amazing job with the community and her staff !I 💯 percent recommend The Beach Place.MP and VP

    Lincoln at the Parks - Our Unexpected HomeIt was sunny summer day the first time my girlfriend and I saw Lincoln at the Parks. We had been looking for places to rent in the area and begun to visit different apartments that we thought would be a good fit. After a morning of disappointing tours at other properties we decided to stop by Lincoln at the Parks on a whim during a hour break we had between appointments. As we arrived the first thing we noticed was the excellent condition of the complex. The landscaping was well kept with nicely cut grass, lovely flowers, and well-maintained buildings, all of which made us feel like we were visiting a neighborhood rather than another apartment complex. The office staff was warm and welcoming as we entered the leasing office and clubhouse and though we did not have an appointment they were more than happy to show us the different types of units available and give us a tour right on the spot. The units we saw were modern, clean, and well laid out with a lot of natural light to brighten up the rooms. After our tours we returned to the clubhouse where we had the chance to ask many questions regarding the application process, lease, and general things about Lincoln at the Parks before heading out. We had seen many apartments that day and still had many more to see that day, but as soon as we saw the Lincoln at the Parks apartments my girlfriend and I both knew that this was the place we were going to live. We cancelled our other apartment appointments we had and filled out the lease application for Lincoln at the Parks that same day. A few weeks later we were able to come in, sign the lease, and begin moving into our new apartment. The office staff made the entire process a breeze and really helped us move in on quick notice which we needed as we were starting new jobs a few weeks later. We have only fallen more in love with the community since the time we have moved in and for the first time our apartment feels like a real home rather than another place that we are renting. I would recommend Lincoln at the Parks for anyone looking for nice modern apartments in the Naperville area.

    I love my apartment at Third Rail Lofts so much. Lincoln properties are great. I leased without seeing the apartment and it could not have turned out better. The apartment is so nice and the finishes are so great. Not cheap materials like most apartments. The staff is all so great, especially the maintenance crew. Rent is reasonable, especially downtown living and all the amenities you get. Would recommend living here to anyone! The best experience I have had here is how much I was able to save when moving in. The move-in deals were the best Ive ever encountered. Thank you Third Rail Lofts!!

    I arrived from Chicago over a year ago and I didnt know the area at all. I ended up living in Cookeville, commuting to Nashville everyday for work. I looked for many apartments toward the end of my lease and nothing would suffice until a friend told me about Cherry Creek apartments. I checked out the facility and fell in love with the ambiance, well kept grounds and the amiable staff. They were very accommodating with everything. From helping me pick out the best layout to fit my needs to helpful hints about the neighborhood. Valet trash is a cool feature as well, very convenient. My dog also loves it there. There are plenty of fury friends he can play with. Love this place.

    Ive been exceptionally satisfied with my experience at The Reserve at Sugarloaf! My apartment is spacious and comfortable, delivering a great quality experience for a competitive price. Ive met a handful of engaging neighbors who have been welcoming and inviting. From learning poker games at the pool to taste-testing homemade craft beer, the community seems to offer a new and exciting experience around every corner.The employees at the leasing office seem to take particular care to know their community. Whenever I see them and say hello, they not only remember my name, but also remember my apartment number and even know me well enough to ask about specific things going on in life. They make it clear that we always have a friend close by, and that they have our best interest in mind. With events like movie nights at the pool and volleyball tournaments, Ive been impressed with the efforts they make to ensure residents feel involved and at-home.For as long as I am renting, I will look to Lincoln as my first choice.

    If youre looking for a place to call home, Cherry Creek is it. The staff is so nice, its like meeting old friends each time you enter the leasing office. Ever need a pick me up? I do, and sometimes its as easy as riding through the complex and seeing one of the staff wave in my direction. Ever have an issue in the apartment? Maintenance will be there in a timely fashion to assist with whatever your need may be. Our location offers so much to us, that we have been here for almost two years and love it every day. The events they put on, or the services being offered, like a dog salon, are hard to beat. Its going to be so hard to leave when the time comes, because the apartment AND the staff at Cherry Creek will definitely be missed.

    I have been living at The Retreat at Park Meadows for going on 3 years now. Its such a wonderful community, very clean and beautifully landscaped, so many amenities, and now with a face-lift/remodel to boot! The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. All maintenance issues have been resolved within 24 hours. The community is very centrally located with a walking trail that leads to many restaurants and bars, entertainment (movies, bowling, billiards, mini golf, etc), and were literally across the street from the Lincoln Lightrail station, so getting downtown is a breeze.There is the usual apartment noise, but all of my neighbors are respectful and cordial. I have no complaints and highly recommend living here.

    I have lived at The Highlands North and South for over 2 years now, and its been great! Everyone in the front office has always been very helpful and friendly any time I have called, and any maintenance requests have always been taken care of quickly. My apartment was updated right before I moved in and I have to say, its all worth the money. The granite counters and the stainless steel appliances are so nice and they look so clean in the apartment. I would say my only complaint would be the washer and dryer. I wish those had been updated to a newer front loading style or a top load washer without the agitator, but beggars cant be choosers, and the washer and dryer work just fine for my needs. It seems like the complex is always trying to make sure the property looks nice and clean. There was a car that ran into one of the fences, and a few days later when I came home, it was already fixed. I would definitely recommend this complex!

    I recently moved to Mosaic Westshore (Tampa) from Nebraska. I was too busy to come to town for apartment hunting so I signed the lease without seeing the apartment in person. I loved living here since the first day I moved in. The management staff are super friendly and caring. Maintenance staff are very professional and responsive. The apartment is always clean. The valet trash service helps a lot in keeping the hallways clean (no trash left outside other than during the two-hour window for valet trash service).There are so many social events and the residents are also nice and friendly. Not noisy at all. An advantage of living in a small community like this is that the public facilities such as gym, pool, club room are not crowded. I havent lived long enough here to point out to other aspects (positive or negative) of living here but so far I liked everything about my apartment.

    I have only been living in Decatur Crossing (owned and managed by Lincoln Property Company) for a little over a week now, but I have to say, it has been such a wonderful experience. I want to share my story to encourage other scared, first time college student to check into these properties. I am a graduate student at Georgia State University, and wanted to live outside the city, so I started looking into surrounding areas. The process was extremely stressful, especially for someone who has never lived on her own before. Well, I decided to check out Decatur Crossing and was floored by how nice everything was. However, the best part of my experience wasnt the property but the Assistant Community Manager, Adriano Pinzon, who was extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He eased all my worries and answered all my questions while giving me helpful tips on moving, and adjusting to the property. It was because of him that I selected Decatur Crossing out of all of the apartments I was looking at. Now that I am moved in, everything is great. The staff is amazing and helpful, the property is clean and well run, and the community is great for a college student like myself, or even a large family. I recommend everyone look into Lincoln Property Company locations. They are truly worth it.

    Has anyone else noticed how low ratings are for apartment complexes when you are hunting? As such, I was extremely skeptical when I only saw one 5-star review for a Lincoln Property location in Dallas, TXAfter visiting in person and meeting the staff, I decided to take the leap of faith. Fast forward a few months, and Im really enjoying it. The location is close to:- Addison if you want night life- Next door to Plano if you are looking for a gym/ restaurants (especially good Asian food)- Bordering the highway for a quick getaway.Staff is friendly and down-to-earth and WOW maintenance is on-point. There are only two guys for the entire complex but they always come on the same day to fix things even when I note low priority. Im also amazed that they have valet trash because its a big property. I pay significantly less than I did in uptown for better staff and surroundings.The only cons I have thus far are:1. People dont necessarily pick up after their pets (problem I see everything Ive lived though).2. I dont have a problem with the thickness of the walls, but I have heard some people say they are thin.3. Not many lights at night, so hard for friends/ uber drivers to find you.I highly recommend the complex to friends even though Im relocating for work.

    I have lived at Lincoln at the Parks for several years and Im continually impressed with the level of service all staff members provide. From maintenance staff caring for the property, their prompt response to work orders, contractors making improvements or repairs and of course the terrific leasing staff. More specifically Kathy, she takes the time to get to know residents and provide personal support. I feel cared for not only as a resident but as a person. Specifically when my apartment had water damage she took the time to make sure I understood the process and ensure everything detail was taken care of.

    My boyfriend and I just moved into our new apartment at The Crossing at Denargo Market in Denver. Our apartment was originally managed by a different company when we applied for a lease. I feel the Lincoln Property Company has done a superb job at taking over and being organized. The apartments are still being built so they were taking over people already living there and the influx of people applying to move. They have been very transparent throughout our moving process. They have done an excellent job of making us feel welcome and in the loop with everything going on in the community. I would recommend this company to any friends or family looking to rent.

    We have recently moved into The Townhomes at Bluebonnet Trails and have been moved in just shy of a month now. When we signed up, there were no move in promotions or discounts offered. Unfortunately within the time span of under a month, the complex has offered a few move in promotions and discounts that as an original resident, I was not made aware of or could not take advantage of (I only found out of these discounts because I follow the property’s Facebook page). Most recently I have discovered the rent has dropped nearly $200 a month for new residents for the term of their lease! We signed a 12 month lease at the higher rate and feel even more taken advantage of. In the current environment that this pandemic has yielded, such savings would be extremely helpful. We were so excited about the property that we signed on before they even had any units available to look at, but that excitement has dwindled. We had a family member that was interested in the complex but has since become uninterested due to our experiences so far. We don’t even have an ice maker yet... I have called the regional manager and hope to have this resolved soon. I know Lincoln has a 30 day move in guarantee and I hope they will still honor it with us.**UPDATE**This is a late update by given my experience with the property management company that took over our property from Lincoln, I felt it necessary to update this one. Lincoln reached out to me after this posting and made things right. I hate that they aren’t our property management company any more.

    We have been living here for 5 years at Escalante Apartments in San Antonio,Texas. This is a wonderful place to live, with woods surrounding the area and beautiful greenery. As for the staff, so far they have been doing an excellent j,ob, from replacing rented appliances, helping with flooded bathroom. Lately they have updated my apartment and it looks fabulous!It is a great place for retirees too! They love pets and even have a dog park for them. Everyone wants to live here because the office is always full of people, I dont blame them!!

    Living at Sugarloaf Reserve Drive Duluth has been great! I’ve met the wonderful maintenance staff, but more communication with Chris and Jason. They’ve exemplified outstanding work ethic and a wonderful personality in attending to my needs!They’ve always responded to work orders in a timely manner and shows up with a great attitude, no matter what the request has been. They go above and beyond...... Jason came to connect my heat and offered up a wealth of information that has been very helpful. For the first time living in an apartment no way would I have known the information he volunteered. I’ve appreciated being informed about the home I live in. Thank You!

    I cannot say enough about Lincoln Property Company. We have lived here in Pittsburgh at The Encore for over a year and it has been one of the best experiences. The office staff, maintenance and overall community appeal have all been outstanding. If you ever have any maintenance emergency you are able to reach an on-call service at any hour of the day/night. Might I add, that I realized how wonderful of a company, that I actually started working for Lincoln a few months after living here. Amazing benefits, bonuses, overall organization of a business is the best Ive ever seen. Truly one of the most outstanding and customer-oriented companies out there. Will always recommend and refer Lincoln to anyone looking to live or work. :-)

    Lincoln at the Parks (owned by Lincoln Property Company) came up in our apartment search as being pet friendly (we were having a hard time finding a complex that would accommodate our 85 pound dog) so we stopped by the leasing office to learn more. The grounds were beautiful, the apartments were well kept, and the staff was welcoming - those things along with the generous pet policy made our decision to move in an easy one!We moved into Lincoln at the Parks back in February 2014 and are still so happy with our decision. The maintenance team is fast and efficient, the grounds are well kept, and our dog has made many pals in this pet friendly community. We love the events hosted by the Leasing Team - the Bark at the Park, Doggie Swim Day, Resident Appreciation Week, Holiday events, etc.

    We have been living at the Lodge at Lakecrest in Tampa for a little over a month now and have had a fantastic experience so far! One of the leasing agents here, Diane Dellazanna has been simply amazing. Always genuine in her interactions and very helpful with every request weve had. The property itself has been such an improvement over my previous residences and while not perfect, I do feel as though improvements are being made constantly. Lincoln Property Company seems to listen to the residents demands here, and I really havent seen a single amenity or convenience here get forgotten about. Maintenance has been responsive and the apartment itself has been kept up very nicely for being 8 years old.

    I recently moved into Laurel Green Luxury Apartments and I truly love it!! My apartment is beautiful, brand new and was thoroughly cleaned.     I recently moved to Tampa from Raleigh, NC to start medical school. Before this move, I had never lived more than 30 minutes from the house where I grew up. The Lodge at Lakecrest has made the transition so easy and enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful as I planned a multi-state move. Not only do I love the property and facilities, but I also love the people. My best friends in medical school live at the lodge. Obviously this place attracts wonderful people as well as providing a safe, exceptional living environment and hosting fun community activities. I have found my home away from home.

    I have lived at Siena Park apartments in Arlington, VA for the past two years and it is the best experience Ive ever had renting. I loved the previous property company that managed the building, but I swear it has only gotten better since switching to Lincoln Property. The staff and amenities are top-notch and cannot be beat. The concierge staff, maintenance crew, and leasing office are personable, understanding, and treat you like family without ever being too intrusive; they really have mastered the balance of providing a great service yet always making it feel like home. I am always greeted warmly and promptly and they truly go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of no matter your need. Ive noticed Lincoln Property Company taking the initiative to provide building updates and even more amenities whenever possible. I would highly recommend renting from a property managed by LPC.

    I am a widowed senior citizen and have never lived in an apartment complex. Having owned my homes for many years, I decided that I wanted to be free of all responsibilities that came with owning a home. I was very apprehensive of my latest move in April, 2016, into the Lodge at Southpoint, Durham, NC and was very worried about the decision I had made. From my first day in my apartment, I must say, I am happy as a bug in a rug!!! My apartment is open, airy, and I love the location. All my family and friends that have visited me love my apartment and assure me that they feel I have made a good choice. Administrative office has been very professional, helpful and cheerful. All issues that I have had with the apartment so far have been met in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks to your entire staff at the Lodge at Southpoint for making my life such a pleasure.

    Lincoln Property Company manages some of the best apartment complexes ever! My very first apartment was The Bend East at The Village in Dallas, TX and the whole community was immaculate. It was safe, clean and the maintenance was prompt for any need. Now 6 years, having moved to Charlotte, NC, I initially was up and down all around town searching for an apartment that suited and fit all my needs but to no avail. Days later I decided to search apartments on Lincoln Property website itself and came across an apartment complex right in the perfect area for my daily commute. I went first thing the following morning and met with Brittany. She was a great help, very friendly and provided all information that I needed no further questions. I filled out the application right then and there and she followed up with me with my approval. Now since living here at McAlpine Ridge it has been great so far, wonderful upkept property and with all the amenities that I need. I could not have asked for a better place to live.     This is my second year at Ridgeview Place Apartments, so far I am pleasantly surprised, the management is very supportive and friendly, the maintenance is almost immediate. For example on the day we moved in we had problems with the bath tub, we called the office and it was fixed on the same day. A few months later our fridge started leaking, we called and a new fridge was delivered. The ladies at the office are darlings. The office is organizing contests and community get-togethers, we are usually too busy to attend but I think it is nice. For Christmas the staff set up a gift wrapping station and everyone was invited to wrap their gifts. Sometimes they give breakfast on the go. There is a good gym, two nice pools, an awesome California kitchen. The neighbors are nice, we spent about 10 days in California last Thanksgiving during which time we received packages that were left in front of the door. The neighbor took them in so it wont get stolen. I am always checking the police reports and it is relatively safe around here. For the price you pay this is a very good apartment complex.

    I have been living at a Lincoln Property called Ridgeview Place in Colorado for a year now. It has been a wonderful experience. The rent has been reasonable, especially for the amenities included, and the ground is always well cared for whether in the summer, fall, or winter. Vanessa has been particularly helpful in answering any questions and submitting maintenance requests when I have not been able to submit my own online. Maintenance has always shown up promptly, usually within the same day, to repair any issue.

    Ive been living in the Viera Cool Springs apartment community here in Franklin, TN for about two years. Overall, its been such a great experience. From the awesome screened-in porches to the gorgeous pool areas to the exercise rooms, the amenities here are amazing. The property is beautiful and always kept very clean. Staff and maintenance are so nice. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

    I have lived in apartment buildings in several different cities in my life, but have never experienced the level of service and attentiveness that I do at Montclair Residences. Within a week of moving in, the concierge knew the names of everyone in my household and our babysitter! My maintenance requests are resolved quickly and there is never a need to clean up after work is done. The management team is very approachable and have always worked with me to resolve any issues that have arisen. I am a fan!

    We recently moved to Colorado and we blindly moved to Ridgeview Place Apartments in Colorado Springs. That alone is a scary thought! But Im glad to say that luckily its been a nice neighborhood. We take advantage of the walking trail directly behind the apartments and the playground has been great for the kids. Its near a lot of great stores and restaurants, and it seems like everything is within 15 minutes of the apartment! We also have two large dogs and there pet policy is great, two pets up to 65 lbs is not easy to come by! I have very little complaints and what ever is brought up to the property management they get it fixed as fast as they can!

    Living at Lincoln Square at Dulles Discovery is so amazing! The layouts and finishes are beautiful! The lobby is glamorous and impressive. Everyone Ive brought over has inquired about renting here too! The staff is great. Danica is so nice and supportive!! Shes been great through the entire process from showing me the model, picking a layout, and even teaching how to get my mail in the 24-hr locker system. Thanks to the entire staff and crew. Moving in has very smooth and I love my gorgeous apartment.

    My husband and I have lived at the Lakes of Bellevue in Nashville, TN for over a year now. Weve had nothing but a positive experience with the staff - shout out to Jordan who always takes care of us!The property is well-maintained and beautiful. Theyve done quite a few updates recently (including updates to the apartments themselves, a brand new leasing center, brand new gym and other upgrades around the property) and we were pleasantly surprised to see that our rent didnt skyrocket from the updates.Weve had a few maintenance issues (minor flooding from upstairs apartment, broken AC in the middle of summer, etc) over the past year, but the staff has always been quick to respond and take care of the issues.The location is ideal, the property is gorgeous and our apartment has everything we need and want. I would recommend the Lakes of Bellevue based on our experience here!

    We have been living at the Highlands North and South for almost four years. Stephanie and Kelsey know us by our first name and remember our apartment number when we go to pick up packages. We are always greeted with a smile.The maintenance people always do a good job and are quick to come to the apartment when we file a maintenance request (which we do not do very often). Landscaping is well taken care off, pools and common areas are always clean. Its a pleasure living in this community.

    I just wanted to write a quick note on my experiences living at The Haven in Cranberry TWP, PA. My main draw to the community was that it was somewhere nice for renting that was also pet friendly with very few pet restrictions. Ive been living there with my boyfriend, dog and cat for a little over a year and its fantastic. The office staff are always super helpful. We have a dog park on the property which is great for some off-leash time. There are nice walking trails along with a great pool/outdoor area. Id definitely recommend the properties to anyone looking to rent somewhere.

    I am writing my review of Decatur Crossing Apartments in Decatur, GA. My husband and I have lived here for the past 3 years, and this has been the best apartment complex weve lived in to date. The leasing office manager, Adriano, knows everyone by name, and always gives a warm hello every time I see him around the complex. Maintenance issues are usually handled the same day, which is rare for an apartment complex! the complex itself is very well maintained, and management hold a lot of social activities so neighbors can get to know one another. They even passed out Chick-fil-A one morning... what a great way to start your work day! Living in Atlanta, traffic is a major issue, and even though I work about an hour and a half away from home, everything about this complex makes the commute worth it. I love it here!

    Everything about my move in process with Riverview Landing has been exceptional. From me bombarding the manager, Connie, with emails to get all my questions answered, to Katy being super personable during the walk through, my experience has been amazing. The property is extremely well kept and the residents are all also at a high standard. The apartment itself has outstanding natural light with all of the windows, and some of the best floor plans Ive ever seen! The community is very pet friendly, and helps build comradery amongst you and your neighbors.The surroundings make you feel as though youre away from the hustle and bustle, but youre only 5 miles away from outstanding shopping and everything you could ask for and more. Its also not so bad at all to wake up to the river in your backyard! Dont hesitate to move in here - you wont regret a thing!

    My boyfriend and I moved into the 4Marq property just last month. It has been the easiest move we have ever had, and we have moved several times! Jamie in the leasing office was incredibly flexible when we had to change our move-in time by a few hours, and the concierge on duty helped us get the elevator reserved for the movers. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, and the community spaces are gorgeous. We do not have a balcony in our apartment, but the rooftop community space makes up for it!

    My wife and I moved into North Water Apartments in Streeterville, Chicago managed by Lincoln Property Company in April 2016 and its been the best move yet ! Just thinking about the 4 letter word M-O-V-E can cause a tension headache. Moves are rarely fun, and most often take blood, sweat and tears to prepare for and then even longer to transition into a new place to make it a home. I thought this would be true for the move into North Water as well. I couldnt have been more wrong ! From the first tour of the building, to applying for an apartment, to the move-in date everything was extremely easy and friendly. This property has the residents in mind and that was crystal clear from the start.Amy Cherner was our outstanding lease coordinator- I have never dealt with a more courteous and professional individual in the realty business! Not only did she and the Lincoln Property Company make the process to obtain and move into our new apartment effortless, she went the EXTRA 400 miles in making it our new HOME. Even before moving in she let us know of all the restaurants around the area that work with Lincoln Property Company as a part of Club Lincoln- a network of businesses that offer discounts to North Water residents ! For my wifes surprise birthday she helped hide all the balloons and cake in her staff office while I set up the rooftop party room. These are just a few examples of the exemplary staff at North Water. They will go out of their way to help with everyday tasks including bringing groceries up to helping arrange surprise birthday parties!The sense of community in this building is AWESOME ! All the residents are friendly and respectful. There are impromptu barbecues every weekend with neighbors sharing each others dishes and watching fireworks together.If youre looking for a place to call HOME in Chicago look no further, cant say enough great things about our experience with North Water apartments and Lincoln Property Company !

    Six years ago, I was moving back to NJ. I had lost my partner (Shawn), my dog and my job due to health problems all in the same year and I wanted to be close to my family again. I looked for apartments all over the place, but it wasnt until I visited Mt Laurel Crossing managed by Lincoln Property Company that I really felt like I was home. I use a wheelchair, so my options are limited by accessibility and not only are the first floor units accessible as required by law, but they go the extra mile. I have asked for and received accommodations without a problem and the staff is quite responsive. I am grateful to have found this place to regain my footing and start over in my new home.

    My experience with Lincoln Property has been wonderful since the beginning. Ive lived on two different communities, first City Place and now The Highlands South, and both places have been great. Helpful staff, great maintenance team, nice apartments, good quality amenities and clean environments.Here at the Highlands, I love that the apartments are very nice and affordable...everything is clean, and the gardens are always well kept and very pretty. Plus, the staff is very helpful. For instance, Stephanie and Kelsie have always been suuuper nice with me. They are ALWAYS in a good mood, super helpful and they know everything about the community. Just to give you an idea, when I was pregnant they always offered to carry my packages from the office to the car, even in the winter when we had single digit weather!!If I had to move to another city, I would definitely look for a LPC community first!

    I recently moved into ENSO in Atlanta earlier this year and this has been the best experience Ive ever had with renting an apartment. The unit is very modern with a great view and a large patio. Its super convenient with Kroger, restaurants/shops, and a gas station within footsteps which saves me lots of gas. The leasing office staff, especially Stanley, are super helpful and nice. I absolutely love the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

    My wife and I have lived in Viera Cool Springs for about 6 months now and we have had a great experience. Its out first apartment and were thankful that we got a good one. First of all, its a wonderful neighborhood. The staff are very kind and if something breaks in the apartment, the maintenance guys are on the ball and fix it quickly. Our hot water was messed up one weekend and a guy came out and fixed it within an hour. Very happy to be a part of such a great community.

    My boyfriend, two pups and I moved in to Water Tower Flats here in Arvada, Colorado in March 2016 and we are SO glad we did! Because this property is set up in more of a condo style than a typical apartment complex, we feel like we have a private home to call our own. The walls are very well insulated and sounds are really kept within our own walls (we havent ever heard our neighbors). Speaking of neighbors, everyone is SO friendly! Its a very welcoming community and we feel very safe and happy here. Did I mention Olde Town Arvada is a quick 5 minute walk from our front door? The lightrail line is about to be in full function here in a couple short months (also about a 5 minute walk from our front door). The foliage is really well kept and you can tell the maintenance staff genuinely cares about what our community looks like. The spacious gym has every piece of equipment you could want. We have a large enough pool and lounge area to accommodate all of the out-of-school kids and adults looking for a place to relax over the summer break. We never hit the pool and didnt have a place to claim which was always a very pleasant surprise. Were in the Platinum floor plan (2BR 2.5B) - we find the pricing to be more than fair considering the very generous square footage, newly installed granite counter tops and two master suites with their own bathrooms/walk in closets. Were looking forward to resigning this upcoming March! Thank you Lincoln Properties!!

    There are so many wonderful things about Lincoln Property and The Lodge at Spring Shadows that I don’t know where to begin. It is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I’ve lived in quite a few. The staff is so awesome, it is like family not tenant and I love that. The maintenance guys are wonderful, they not only are very quick in answering a call, but very helpful when you need anything. It’s just like a family here. Love this property. The grounds are alway immaculate, it’s quiet, it’s anything and everything you would want.

    I have been staying at a Lincoln Property called Mosaic Westshore in Tampa, FL for about 4 years and I (obviously) absolutely love living here! I stayed at a couple of other apartment properties and this is the best one so far. The leasing staff are very friendly and they are all attentive to their residents needs to ensure that we are completely satisfied with living here. The maintenance staff are also awesome, friendly and highly-skilled professionals. (I say that, because theres not many of them either and they all know how to do every maintenance issue there is to the apartment! lol). When I put in a service request, they will either take care of it that same day if not, the next day. I am always impressed by the work that the entire staff does! You really get to know all the staff by their first names, because they are all personable.Mosaic Westshore also has a lot of amenities and events that they do for the residents. The open floor plans are great, they have bigger balconies than any other apartments Ive ever lived in, and I never had any parking garage issues. I also like that it is a non-smoking community and the hallways to get to your apartment is indoor, so its air conditioned/heated. The community is very clean and neat at all times. Last but not least, I never had any issues with safety. It is definitely worth the price!

    My husband and I have been lived at Bellevue West for more than a year. The best thing we like here is the environment. Lots of wild animals around and we like to see them every day. Gym is convenient, and the pools are great. Although our internal decoration is not the best, the rent is pretty reasonable. In general, we enjoy living here and will stay here for another year.

    I stumbled upon Lincoln Property Company by accident. I was supposed to move into another complex, and on moving day, the apartment fell through on their end. I was in a scramble, and just happened to drive by The Highlands North and South in Overland Park, KS. I thought it looked nice, and stopped in to check. Kelsey in the front office was amazing and made something happen for me. Ive lived here for a few months, and the experience has only gotten better. From the way they handle maintenance requests to the communication they have with their residents, they exude class. I love living here!

    I have been leaving in Mt. Vernon flat in Dunwoody, Atlanta for more than 2 years extending the lease to third year. Leaving at Mt. Vernon flats is a great experience. They have different events throughout the year which helps to know your neighbors and time to have get together with your friends. All issues in my apartment have been fixed in no time. Amenities from well maintained pools, gym clean roads and community and valet waste disposal adds to the comfort.. Security have been a concern which they have improved in recent time but taking noticeable actions. Living at Mt. Vernon - Feel more than living at home

    Ive been at K2 apartments in Chicago since February of this year and am absolutely loving my experience here in Chicago, in big part because of the amazing people at Lincoln Property Company! They go above and beyond to help the tenants. They do an amazing job keeping the building immaculate, and are very responsive to the tenants issues.One amazing experience at this building has been a summer fundraiser that the people from LPC organized to benefit the Mercy House for Boys and Girls. It was awesome to see the whole community come together to support the organization, while having a great time at the pool!

    We moved into The Oaks in Vernon Hills, IL at the beginning of June and our experience here has been really great so far! The property is beautiful and makes it feel like we live at a resort! We love having the fitness center, fire pit, and pool all on site, and we havent had any issues in our unit at all. Our only wish is that the clubhouse would be open longer than just standard business hours... It seems like were never able to take advantage of having the clubhouse since we work all day during the week... Otherwise, we couldnt ask for a better place to live! You definitely get your moneys worth!

    Lincoln Properties is a great company. I have lived at the Metropolitan for a year a half and never had any major issues. Any maintenance issues are taken care of right away. Tara and Jason are the nicest people and they are very accommodating and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The property is kept clean and quiet.     I have lived at Metropolitan at Cityplace apartment for 2 going on 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience!The staff is professional, friendly and the minimal maintenance calls I have had to place have always be responded to quickly and fully.The staff really goes above and beyond. For example, one time I realized that I had forgotten to take my parking pass for the complex out of my car when I got a rental car (as my car was being fixed). I called the office as soon as I realized the problem and I knew that I couldnt make it to the office to get a replacement before they closed. Tara (who now works at a different complex same company) stayed after hours so I could get my parking pass. It absolutely saved the day for me and was something she did not have to do.The complex always goes above and beyond, it has been a wonderful home to me.I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone. :)

    I have loved my time living in the Flats at Taylor Place! Ive never loved the layout or style of an apartment so much. Everything has a place and my apartment feels so ME! Not only that, but life there is so easy. Valet trash service, the multiple workspace and entertaining areas, and of course the beautiful pool, have all added to my quality of life. As an entrepreneur, I put a high emphasis on efficiency and time management in my life, and thats been beyond possible in the Flats at Taylor Place.     Carey, in the front office at Tarpon Harbour, has been absolutely BEYOND amazing since day one.     Weve only been at the Lodge at Southpoint (Durham, NC) for a little over a month, but its been great so far! The apartment offers great value for the price, with terrific community amenities, great apartment features, and a wonderful staff thats always really attentive to our needs. Best of all, the location cant be beat--were just steps from a nice shopping center and within walking distance of one of the nicest malls in the area.The Lodge is one of the best apartments in Durham and were really looking forward to the rest of our time here.

    InmanParks Apartments in Raleigh, NC was my first apartment after college and I couldnt have asked for a better place to start my post college life. The neighborhood was idyllic and peaceful, the staff and amenities were wonderful and we never had neighbor issues even though we were on the bottom floor. My roommates and I shared an upgraded unit with beautiful wood floors in the kitchen and all new appliances etc. Any maintenance issues were solved the next day-without fail- and always by kind, professional workers who respected our space and our life routines so as not to disrupt our day to day lives. The office staff were some of the most outgoing, considerate, and enjoyable people wed ever met. They were constantly updating, adding, or improving amenities in the club house and office area and came up with some really creative and engaging activities/socials that got the whole community involved. The saltwater pool, movie theater, gym, and dog friendly play areas were just a few of the highlights of living at InmanPark. I miss it so much!!!!

    I made a decision to move to Massachusetts in January of 2015 when I learned that I would become a Grandmother for the 1st time in August of that year. I was living in Maine, where I had lived all my life. I was retired, but still worked a part time job and owned my own home. Well, time had come for me to make a life change. So, the process of relocating to a different State began. The first time I visited Village Green in Littleton, Massachusetts, my Granddaughter was just turning 3 months old. I was very impressed with the property, which was still under construction, and requested an application. In the meantime, I had a home to sell back in Maine, before I could commit to a one year lease. I was patient and persistent. I kept in close contact with Leasing Professional, Craig Wong. It was his reassuring and encouraging demeanor that kept me focused on making it possible for me to make Village Green my new home. Almost 1 year after my 1st visit to Village Green, I was actually moving into my new apartment. The date was August 15th, 2016!! I had plenty of time to explore the area and check other options, but nothing compared with what Village Green had to offer. This felt like home from day one, but I wanted to wait a month before sending my review, just in case unexpected problems cropped up. Im happy to declare that there is absolutely nothing negative to report. I couldnt be happier with this property and how professional everyone has been around here. From the Maintenance staff, to the Janitorial staff, to the Leasing Office staff, everyone has been friendly, helpful, courteous and proficient in their respective duties. Interior and exterior grounds are always clean and well maintained. The state of the art computerized system for internal communication and for lease payments is user friendly and very convenient. My apartment is very well appointed with up to date fixtures, beautiful appliances, excellent quality cabinetry, and all while being well designed to maximize use of space. I am extremely happy and content to be living here, only 3 miles from my Granddaughter, and look forward to many years ahead. I highly recommend this full service property to anyone looking for a luxurious carefree lifestyle.

    For Ridgeview Place, Colorado Springs, CO.I just renewed my year lease because I really enjoy the amenities and the location of the apartments. I have a great, quiet view in an apartment that is a perfect size for me. Not many places have the quality that this place has for the price they offer. The front office staff has answered all the questions ive had.The only issues I have had is not necessarily with the apartment complex or staff, but with some of the tenants. It is a pet friendly complex, which I have no issues with, but I have seen a number of tenants not pick up after their animals. They have great amenities, but some of the new things built have already been damaged, vandalized, and/or stolen making them almost useless (i.e new grill area had propane tanks stolen and grills bent and damaged). They have also had to change the hours of the pool due to people breaking in and vandalizing the facilities.I look forward to another year living here!

    I moved in to Keller Springs Crossing a day after Christmas last year and have adored this place ever since. Alexis in the office, along with Justin are Rockstars. They went over and beyond to get things done for me to move in earlier. They literally stayed open a little longer over the holidays just to ensure that I got moved in prior to the New Year! Currently, I am looking to upgrade to a 2 bdrm. Honestly, I cant say enough nice things about this place. Its clean, people keep their pets in line and the maintenance staff comes when called and thats what I was looking for seeing that I moved here from Wisconsin with no family. I can honestly say that this place is safe; if you are looking, look no further and if you think Im not being honest, just call them and I guarantee you will receive the same treatment. Please know that this is an honest review as I read a review prior to moving to Dallas and that review really helped a single girl make a good decision!

    I live at Wellington Place Luxury Apartments and I have to say, this place is so wonderful and the staff are so amazing that we have been living here for 7 years! I absolutely love Dan, Dan, and Hector. I walk into the office and everyone is there with a smile on their faces. My husband and I are so appreciative and feel so welcomed by them that we even invited them to our wedding! They have also watched as my 7 month old has grown up. She loves to visit them! We feel so lucky to have Dan, Dan, and Hector as our Wellington Team! They are always there for us and we feel so unbelievably grateful for all of their hard work and great attitude towards everything! Especially around the holidays and I come in to get my 100th package, they are always smiling and ready to offer help. When I was pregnant, all 3 of them would help me with my packages or holding the door (and even when I am not pregnant!).Dan, Dan, and Hector are the reason living at Wellington Place Apartments is such a wonderful experience. They truly make apartment living feel like home.

    I have been living in the Mount Vernon Flats at Perimerter , Atlanta operating under the Lincoln Property Company for about 9 months and my experience is great so far and I have no complaints since the day I moved in. The management is friendly and they don’t delay when you have any problem they are always ready to serve the residents. Living here I feel safe because there gates are accessible for only residents and a couple of Police officers live with us and patrol the apartment complex all night. There are many activities that keep the residents together creating regardless of the variety of nationalities.I will really recommend any body who is interested to move that this is the best choice to live in a peaceful and safe environment.

    YALL. Let me tell you about 5225 Maple Ave. I have lived here for about 9 months and I dont think I am ever going to leave. Ever. This place quickly became my home with the utmost friendly staff (shout out to Christina in the leasing office), the great location, the cleanliness, and the maintenance orders that are tended to in literally less than 24 hours. I am a 21 year old female and I have never felt unsafe here, which really is the best part. And, Andy and Rachel (The Cares Team) put together fun events every month that I look forward to religiously. The relationships Ive made here are irreplaceable and that is something money cannot buy.     I have been a resident of Arlo Memorial (formerly The Slate) for about 2 1/2 years and I love it. The Arlo Memorial / Lincoln Property team is beyond incredible and go far above and beyond the call of duty. Diane, Madi and all of the office team are amazing and truly make you feel like part of a community (actually, more like family). The maintenance team is the most responsive that I have ever seen in any community; not that you need the maintenance team very often because they are so proactive with their approach to preventative maintenance.The team has done so many great things to the community to make it an even more desirable place to call home from new amenities to pool side and club house renovations. If you are looking for a new home, look no further....this is it!

    I currently live in Sugar Mill Creek in Pinellas Park, FL. I have not been here long but I definitely believe I have found a home. Being in the military for 6 years and moving around a lot and always wondering where home was gonna be , the staff here have made that transition easy. Being in the military and working a lot there was not a lot of time to go through all of the research that goes into moving into a new place. But Lauren was beyond helpful staying in constant communication to help ease the process. And, unlike most other places the quality has not stopped there. Every one from the front office to the maintenance guys to the lawn company that comes to cut the grass has made our stay so far amazing and I look forward to our future here.

    I have lived in the Wellington Place complex for 6 months now and I can tell you first hand that the staff is extremely responsive, maintenance keeps you posted on every detail and is checking out the issues within 24 or less. The best part, the dog park and pool area have allowed to live in a building where we feel like we are part of the community. We have made friends, have found a dog sitter through our neighbors and enjoy sponging time with our neighbors at the grill or walking our dogs. Its a great place to call home!

    I recently moved into the Lakes of Bellevue property in Nashville. Because I originally lived far away from the area, I had set aside a weekend to find my new apartment. During this weekend we saw approximately 25 complexes, many of which were unfriendly and hurried us through showings. We decided to pull into this complex based upon curb appeal. Even though it was nearly close of day on a Saturday, the office staff was really helpful. They took the time to show us the property, answer our questions, and even offered to help with the application process even though it was long past close. The apartment complex is beautiful. The buildings arent the newest, but are well maintained with upgraded interiors. There are lots of mature trees and greenspace. I even have a hummingbird feeder on my patio. After moving in there was a bit of miscommunication about some move-in fees that should have been added to my account. They were completely professional about the matter, and accepted responsibility. Ive never heard of a complex being fair in a monetary matter without some sort of fight and was pleasantly surprised. Im really happy as a resident here, and love my home. It definitely feels like an oasis in the middle of a big city. Shoutout to Jessie and Jordan for helping me find my new home!

    I stopped by the Brick Row Apartments this past Saturday to see if they had any one Bedroom/one Bath available in my price range. .They didnt, but they were gracious and gave me your website to check out your other locations. I am retired, living on Social Security and cant afford to live the way I used to. It is a difficult time in our lives when you have worked hard all your life, paid your taxes, and have so little to show for it. To be treated well, despite your circumstances says a lot about your staff. Thank you!Consider opening a 55 and up low-income property. There are many of us that would appreciate ii. It has been my experience, that most of those apartments have a two-year waiting list. This is why I am looking at a regular apartment community.

    I currently live at the Highlands North and South in OP, KS with my boyfriend. Prior to moving to the Highlands our life was a little chaotic. We graduated from law School in May of 2015 and decided to move to Colorado to take our bar exams and find jobs. As you can guess, the job market is tough and housing prices are just ridiculous. We moved in with a family friend of a friend who was renting a room in her home. After 3 months of unemployment, the devastating news of not passing my bar exam, and student loans looming on the horizon, we decided to throw in the towel and move home. I was absolutely devastated. It had been my dream since I was a little girl to be a lawyer and live in CO, and it seemed both dreams were crumbling around me. We still did not have jobs and money was getting tight, so we moved in with my parents. I LOVE my parents, but when youre 26, with a serious boyfriend, living at home is less than ideal. I soon found a job and the apartment hunt began! We toured the Highlands and immediately felt at home! After living with so much uncertainty for almost half a year, it feels so wonderful to finally have a place to call our own! The grounds are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for taking our dog Hank on walks. The proximity to the highway makes my morning commute to downtown very easy and the plaza/power and light are just an uber ride away! We are so grateful to have found this community!

    Weve been living at Preserve at Cantera for a little over a year now and absolutely love it! We came across Preserve while trying to get out of the horribly managed apartments we had been living in prior and were glad we did! Everyone in the office is always super nice and very helpful scheduling maintenance and so on. I could name everyone in the office because theyre all great, but Nikki (no longer at Preserve) was great bringing us into Preserve. Also, Dan (Maintenance) is just awesome. Hes polite, timely, helpful and great at what he does! We look forward to sticking around for a while.

    I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment (The Blakemore) at Lakes of Bellevue in Nashville, TN. I could not be more impressed with the staff, the property, and the apartment!The Staff:When I called to inquire about Lakes of Bellevue, Jesse explained more about the complex than I even thought to ask. I filled out an application that day, and Emily had my paperwork prepared and ready days before my move-in date (just a week after I initially called). On my actual move-in day, I realized I couldnt make it to Nashville before the office closed at 5:00pm. Jordan arranged to have my apartment and keys ready for me around 9:00pm that night instead. This was probably the best customer service Ive ever had at an apartment complex!The Property:The property is surrounded by hills and trees, and there are three gorgeous lakes/ponds with fountains right in your backyard! There are also three pools with free pool-side wifi! My favorite pool overlooks one of the lakes and is surrounded by trees. There is also a new 24 hr fitness center, and my favorite addition is the yoga equipment! The complex is dog and cat-approved, and there is a dog park on the property. Not to mention, there is a 5.5 mile hiking trail on the property if you or your dog wants a little extra exercise. I could not have imagined having so much nature so close to the city! Theres also a car washing station on the property, which encourages me to wash my car more often :)The Apartment:My apartment itself is gorgeous! There are brand new gray carpets, new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, sleek black stainless steel kitchen appliances, new laminate flooring (that looks like hardwood), a new washer and dryer in the laundry room, a walk-in closet, and gorgeous light fixtures in every room (including a new ceiling fan in my bedroom)! My balcony is also much larger than I expected, and I have a great view of the common barbecue area in the center of the complex. The best part: there are no bugs!!! With all of the nature, I expected to find little critters roaming around, but I havent so far!I honestly have no complaints about Lakes of Bellevue, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who moved to the Nashville area!

    I have loved living in the Jefferson at Bellingham complex in Massachusetts for the last two years. The amenities are good, dog park, courtyard space to sit and chat, seasonal pool, computer room, movie theater, workout rooms and some gathering spaces. I am only surprised with the number of families in the place that there isnt a playground! The office staff are amazing, welcoming and helpful. They have been a big part of what has made our time here meaningful. They care about my dog, know her by name and greet her as excited as we do. They love to see our daughter and watch her grow making it feel like visiting with aunts. It feels like an extended family.

    Sugar hill Overlook is great,my family couldnt be happier! We have been here since February before this place was fully occupied. It was quiet when we got here and it is still quiet,clean and safe now. The leasing team is very helpful,caring,friendly and attentive. If there is an issue with anything they are right on it. Aside from this community being safe and quiet,the homes are brand new! You just cant go wrong here.. :)

    My fiance and I moved into The Lakes of Bellevue Apartments in TN after living in a HORRIBLE apartment complex in Bellevue and we were very untrusting of any company, nervous that we would get burned again. From the very begining, Jordan at The Lakes of Bellevue Apartments made sure that we were matched with the perfect apartment for us. She explained everything in detail before we signed anything.We moved in to one of the newly renovated apartments and it is gorgeous!The place was renovated on time and the move in was super easy. The pools are great and clean, they gym is completely updated and has everything you could ever need. Rent is expensive all around in Nashville, but here, you actually get a great price for quality living! This place even has a car wash and vacuum station - no charge!If we ever need anything, the staff handles it right away! We will live at the Lakes of Bellevue for quite some time :)

    Before moving into Via Las Colinas, I lived a few blocks away and often passed the beautiful eye-appealing liveable structure when driving to/from work. When I decided to learn more about spaces available, I met a warm & friendly staff member by the name of Rachel. During the tour, I learned she had resided on the property for many years. This fact instilled a stronger level of confidence about my decision to seriously consider moving here, plus the well groomed landscape and accessibility to lake were nice features. After viewing the vacant apartment, I was convinced blemish-free granite countertops, Hollywood-esque track lighting system, and stainless steel/black color appliances in addition to sunlight seating area would be fitting. Initially, when I moved in, a special rate was offered to new renters in June/July 2014, I nearly missed the deadline. I kept missing associates’ phone calls due to my schedule; however, she proactively emailed me to ensure I could sign lease docs, etc. before end date for participation. My top 3 favorite things I love about Via Las Colinas are: welcoming, informative staff team; quick maintenance request fulfillment (notes are left behind to kindly inform you of each visit for repair), AND monthly community events to meet neighbors.I am pressing into my third year staying here. It’s hard to think of being anywhere else. MacArthur Boulevard is nearby for convenient grocery and retail shopping including trendy eateries to grab a delicious bite. My twin recently moved away from me and I have yet to determine if I’ll follow suit and evacuate the premise of Via Las Colinas. An added bonus is the business area is moderately quite on weekends, meaning significantly less traffic. Truthfully, this property is a great place to call home; great amenities, location, and people!

    I have been living at Pavilions at Pebble View since April 27 of this year. Recently the apartments was taken over by Lincoln Property Company in the past few months. It was a fast transition for online payments since its much more convenient for me. Since taken over they have been fixing all the roofs on the property and fixing the gate more quickly than it use to be fixed.One downside is the parking situation is HORRIBLE. I have such a nice place, but cannot have visitors come over since visitor parking is usually all taken up by 6 pm! One day I came home around 5:30 looking for a visitors spot since my boyfriend was coming over and there was NONE and this is at 5:30 pm on Friday. I called the office asking where else can we park since everything is taken up. I do not remember the individuals name (I wish I had took note) but she really did not give me a good answer other than the uncovered parking was where visitors park. I told her everything was taken up even at the front office. She said that there was spots open at the office so I drove back up and told her there wasnt. She then said she would move her car so that I could park. I very much appreciated the fact that she was willing to move her car so I could park. Hopefully the parking situation gets better, but its a great thing to know that the representatives in the office are willing to go above and beyond to help with this situation.I gave a 5 star review since my experience with the new property managers have been quite well.

    My name is Steve Laird; my girlfriend is Savanna & we live in Nashville/Hermitage TN. We are proudly apart of the Cherry Creek apartment community! It has taken me far to long to share this, mainly because I didnt feel as though my one little comment rating would be that effective. Ive sense had a change of heart. I want to take this time and share with the Lincoln Property company, the Cherry creek community here in Hermitage TN, & the rest of the google world about our life sense living here. We have had a season full of new-We moved into Cherry Creek apartments in late April. From the management and office staff, all the way through to the Maintance crew are all operating as ONE family unit. It is very impressive to be quite honest with you. It isnt normal to see a corporate company with the stature and size of Lincoln Properties operate in such a sincere way. We feel as though we are living/renting from family-oddly enough. The family vibe travels through to the residence as well. We were welcomed for almost three months after moving in! The people in the leasing office have spent time being genuine, and getting to know us. They are never cold or give off negative energy. We have felt the warmth of community here, in more ways than I can express. One main thing I do want to highlight before submitting this rating is that it has continued to amaze us at the staple Cherry creek is within the community of Hermitage and all across the greater Nashville area. You see, between both Savanna and myself we have had A TON of people ask us where it is we live (because Nashville is a hub for people all over the united states and everyone wants a piece of what Nashville TN has to offer) and I kid you not, 8 times out of 10, this is how the conversation goes... We live on the outskirts of the city in an area called Hermitage. We decided to plant ourselves in an apartment community called Cherry Creek. The response is usually Oh yea, Cherry Creek! That is the apartments right off the freeway, across from the hospital right?. Shockingly time and time again people have told us different stories about how they are familiar with my apartment community and it still amazes me, I mean Nashville is a BIG CITY.My hat goes off to you all! Thank you for the unique and genuine affection Cherry Creek, its good to be home :)

    I am soon moving out of Ibis Walk in St. Petersburg FL because my job is moving me out to Arkansas. This has been my BEST apartment experience so far. Management here gives more of a friend/family feel. The parking garage was the best idea ever. Our unit is beautiful and we will miss this place. The appliances (washer/dryer/kitchen etc) are top notch! I love the flooring. I have only ever heard the above neighbors when they had kids visiting and running around. Valet trash is awesome. Maintenance staff is so friendly/professional/trustworthy. Water pressure was good. Least bugs I have ever seen for a FL apt. I love the colors of the doors and walls, most apts choose the tan/brown/yellow/white theme that im so tired of already! The terraces are beautiful. Clean gym and pool area. Love the dog park. I could go on and on about how clean and wonderful this place has been.. Im sad to leave! My recommendations for upper management would be to have more social gatherings by the pool - they were so much fun, but far and few! I hate the sink water spouts. Theyre water conserving I think because it comes out like a shower head. My last apt had food trucks park outside once weekly - I liked that very much.

    We have been living at Aspire Lenox Park for a while now and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff is extremely helpful and it is always so pleasant to deal with them. Compared to other apartment complexes where I have felt that the staff really doesnt care about your problems, the folks at Aspire Lenox Park do such a great job! It is nice to feel like we have found a semi permanent forever home until we buy a house. We do not plan on moving anytime soon!

    Northgate Crossing/Wheeling, IL is undoubtedly the pot of gold at the end of my rainbow! Heres why:)Several months ago, the home I was a tenant in flooded. I woke up to a big dirty sewage nightmare & was immediately distressed & displaced. The following day, amidst the smelly mess and deciding how to manage the unfortunate circumstances, I found out I was hired for a new job I had been interviewing for. I was to start the following week. At the time, I was working two jobs... which left me only Sunday to find a place to move before my new job began! The heat was on to scout a fabulous apartment.My dear sister volunteered to help me apartment hunt on a freezing, sleeting Sunday--but after searching all day--we found nothing...absolutely nothing that I could imagine wanting to come home to at the end of a workday. I went to my final day of work (at my old job) the next day feeling discouraged--but hopeful I could still find a great place to live if I kept up the search. While at work, my sister texted me one word: BINGO! I called her first chance I could to see what the excitement was. She told me that she happened to be driving in the opposite direction from our previous days search...and was sure she had just found my next apartment! Northgate Crossing! She said, not only would I love the new construction, but the saleswoman was so sincere and helpful too. I couldnt wait to leave work and get to Northgate Crossing to see for myself.From the moment I drove up, I hoped that this clean, bright, classy & safe community could my future Home Sweet Home. First came the saleswoman who patiently answered my questions, took me for an upbeat tour and offered apartment suggestions based on my needs. The next few days, we kept closely in touch as I had started my new job, had to arrange movers and the like. She explained the contract process, clearly laid out the next steps and ...before I knew it... I had selected a beautiful 1 bedroom overlooking the pond and fountain. The building crew had not finished installing the cabinets in the apartment I chose, but they worked double time to complete the installation so that I could move in right away.The apartment building is clean, quiet and tastefully appointed. I loved knowing that there was a built in security system right in the foyer of the entry so no one could gain admittance without a key fob. As well, the clubhouse is safe. full of gorgeous decor and an overall clean and welcoming feeling. Events have been hosted in the clubhouse to encourage residents to relax, mingle and meet one another. The gym amenities are an added bonus...state of the art and clean as a whistle, including the free towel service.My next encounter was with Jorge, the maintenance man. He was friendly, courteous, thorough and professional as he reviewed my punch list and completed all tasks promptly. My experiences with Jillion Volz, Business Manager, as well as Taylor & Wendy in the front office remain unparalleled. Every concern has been managed quickly and kindly. The online resident portal makes bill payment and communication a breeze.The building is clean, quiet and comfortable. I find great serenity from my new apartments balcony pond view and respectful, quality management here at Northgate Crossing. I wouldnt change a thing and am most grateful I secured a spot in this wonderful area that is quickly growing and gaining in popularity!Thank you from the bottom of my storage unit!Shea

    I live at Lumiere Apartments in Medford, MA - The staff and maintenance personnel are great (especially Hennisse and Jesus)! They are very happy, helpful, and they will work with you. Im sure there can be customer service frustrations at times based on random experiences and personality types, but we have never had anything but helpful interactions.We have had some issues with our hot water heater, and cold showers arent fun for anyone, but whenever I called in the problem they were very prompt with responding, taking a look and/or fixing it. While I dont like having on going issues or problems, I feel safe and confident that the staff will respond quickly day or night if something is not right with our apartment. It took a couple of tries to figure out our hot water heater issues, and we werent the only ones having them, but the maintenance team was always very responsive whenever I reported a problem. We havent had one in awhile, so it looks like whatever it was should be fixed!Finally, the garage parking is HUGE when its snowy/icey/single-digit temps! No warming up the car, shoveling it out, scraping the windshield, getting frostbite bringing groceries in, or slipping and sliding over to your car.... It is an insanely fabulous perk to have during winters in Boston!

    I love this company. Every property I have ever lived at has had really nice staff members who care about you. Moving to Florida was difficult and finding an apartment was a disaster. someone referred me to this company because of their amazing experience and I am soo happy I did. The office staff made me feel extremely happy asking about my needs for a unit. Any issue I have ever had was addressed right away. too many times there are a lot of complaints and not enough good jobs given. Lincoln property company you rock!!!!!!!

    I saw all of the negative reviews, which seems like they are individual properties who have issues and not the property management company as a whole, I have lived at the new apartments at Salisbury Beach for nearly a year and I am about to renew my lease for another year. Being a brand new property it has hiccups such as the elevator breaking down a lot, and some hiccups from construction, my balcony needs to be replaced as they collect puddles when it rains so being able to put much on the balcony to enjoy sitting outside has been a little challenging. Overall Im really happy living here and I couldnt ask for a better location, Im within walking distance of the beach, and shopping and many other events are nearby and our leasing office sends out notices of what events are happening locally. Any time I need maintenance they are here almost instantly, even if it was just for me not knowing how to correct the circuit breaker. The staff in the office here are wonderful, I couldnt ask for a nicer or more understanding group of people. The amenities on the property are really great too, they just installed a fire pit and BBQ area next to the pool (I do wish the pool hours were longer than 10-8 though), I havent been able to check them out yet but its a great set up and the gym is never full and has a lot of equipment to use anytime you want.

    I live at the Century380 Apartments in Aubrey, Texas. I absolutely love this place. The management staff is the best. They are very friendly, caring, helpful, and professional. I love my 4th floor apartment with the best view in the complex. The amenities are great, and I appreciate the covered parking. The entire complex is very well maintained. I also love the fact that it is very pet friendly.

    I got a job in the Warrenville/Naperville area last December and am so happy to have found a great apartment at Preserve at Cantera!!! I have lived here now for 9 months and couldnt be happier. The grounds are beautiful. Great amenities including a large pool, tennis, gym, racquetball, and community lounge area. The office staff is very helpful and attentive with answering questions and service requests.The location couldnt be any better! Right next to Route 88 and Butterfield Road, close to restaurants, and grocery stores. And I can get Downtown Naperville in 7 minutes.The apartment itself is very nice. While the square footage may seem low, the space is used very wisely and it feels very homey! The upgrades give the apartment a fresh, modern look. Updated appliances would be nice and I occasionally hear neighbors which are a few downsides, but overall, I have enjoyed this apartment & would highly recommend living here!

    This review is for Park at Monterey Oaks. Literally the best communities Ive stayed at. This is the first community Ive stayed more than 1 year. Ive moved every year because of either terrible staff, slow maintenance response, poor apartment quality, etc. The Park does not have ANY problems. The staff are great, Sally at management is great, response time for maintenance is super fast, neighbors are friendly, safe neighborhood. I literally could not ask for more.I would recommend this community to everyone, especially those with pets. Super. Dog. Friendly. Check out the units with garages and yards attached!

    My experience with Lincoln Properties has been amazing. One of the best rental experiences Ive had...and Ive had a lot. Management and staff are amazing and very accommodating. Ashley, the Assistant Manager at the Monarch Medical Apartments here in Houston is the best yet. Most definitely an asset to the company, she has excellent customer service, stellar receptability to apartment issues and always available to assist the tenants. Rizza, the leasing agent is always greeting current and perspective tenants with a stylish edge that appeals to the trendy and younger populations. She is always pleasant and egar to address any concerns. The landscaping is beautiful and always up to par, very clean, nice respectful neighbors and safe.Id definitely recommend Lincoln Properties to anyone looking for a great apartment leasing experience.One of the best!!!!!!Pierre Harges.....current tenant :)

    We were at the Heights on Park Ln. The dog park was terrible only about half the residents would pick up after their dogs. The elevators were always down. The real problem was the lack of leadership at the management level. They were great at sending emails with all the rules but never enforced the rules.No follow up on maintenance issues to see if something had been fixed. JUST CLOSE IT OUT AND THE PROBLEM WILL GO AWAY.Here at The Caruth it’s the complete opposite. Maintenance issues get fixed quickly.Management actually calls and confirms that you’re satisfied with the repairs. It’s quiet, traffic is extremely light and no late night parties.Is like living in a small village where everyone is considerate and respectful of the other residents.Wish we would of moved here two years ago.

    I feel blessed everyday, having my perfect home at The Oaks of Vernon Hills, IL after long turbulent years of my life. This home makes my family come together to rebuild our love and dream. Professionally maintained greens and lakes within the property attract birds and waterfowls. Seasonal pool parties with wine tasting and the mystical oak-tree dog park (it creates cool breeze in hot summer days) are special treats for residents and their pets. The apartment management is flawless, so we can focus on our own life. The Oaks intelligently designed the perfect merge of a family home, a friendly community, and beautiful nature in the middle of the suburban city, and the design works! I am grateful to be a member of the Oaks community.

    The Gallery At Cedar Springs - hands down the best apartment management Ive ever encountered. And Ive lived in a BUNCH of apts since college. Most of which have the attitude of not my job or I could care less. Not this place...Debi and Darren are two of the most congenial and caring property managers and I was truly sad when I had to leave due to job relocation.They do a great deal to foster community such as cookouts, pool parties and town hall meetings.If I ever had a problem, they were there on the spot.     Seven months ago, I moved out of my old apartment and into Ridgemont Park Apartment Homes. During my last couple of months in my old apartment, I was looking for an affordable home without having to sacrifice quality for price. Most places were either too expensive, especially for a one bedroom apartment, or left a lot to be desired. Thankfully, Ridgemont Park was able to strike that balance by offering an affordable price, while still offering great amenities and a solid, nice living experience.The community is tucked away, allowing for privacy and space you wouldn’t find in a lot of other communities, yet is close enough to the city that it allows for easy access. My commute is much shorter now in the mornings, as well, which helps a lot. It is also a very peaceful community. I haven’t had a single issue with any of my fellow residents or any of their guests. I live on the first floor and noisy neighbors, especially upstairs neighbors, are always a concern. However, I’ve been able to live here without a complaint about anyone in the community the entire time.Speaking of the people here at Ridgemont Park, I have to make special mention of the staff, who have been nothing but kind and courteous since I first inquired about living here. The staff is really helpful and wants you to enjoy your stay. I once had a small problem with my garbage disposal and I let the staff in the office know about it. I came back home after work the next day and the maintenance staff left me a note saying they had fixed my problem. I checked and, sure enough, the disposal was completely fixed. They even check in after the fact to make sure any issue you previously had have been fixed!All of this also comes at a very reasonable price. I’ve visited other communities that boast about being affordable, but don’t tell you that they lack the things most people take for granted, like connections for a washer and dryer in the apartment. They may also be in very busy parts of town, on a road filled with constant traffic, noise, and potentially hazardous spots in the road. However, Ridgemont Park gives you an affordable price without having to settle for less than preferable living conditions. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone currently looking for a new home.

    I moved to Denver on Monday August 1 at 7am with no idea where to live. I drove around and eventually saw and explored the verve. The staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient that by Tuesday night I had signed my lease and was ready to move in.It got better: on the Thursday of that week I had orientation at work and the staff were amazing. They received my furniture for me and had it placed in my apt at my request - that was a huge stress relief.

    I live at the Viera Cool Springs property in Franklin TN, and I can say without a doubt that this is my favorite apartment complex that I have lived in yet. I just resigned my lease not too long ago. The community over here is great, and I always feel safe.There was one time that I came outside to a flat on my car, and I couldnt get my tire off. Without even needing to call 2 of the maintenance men pulled up and asked if I needed help. They even went above getting my tire off and put my donut on for me too. They even suggested a great place to take my car to have my tire fixed. I dont know what I would have done without them. I can definitely say that no other place Ive rented would have helped me the way they did at Viera Cool Springs.

    I dont usually write apartment reviews, but my experience at 4Marq Minneapolis has been so great that I had to. After a new position caused the need for me to relocate to Minneapolis I had new clue where I was going to live. I had a friend look at a few places for me and even put a deposit down at another property. When I arrived in town and went to my assumed home, I wasnt overly impressed. I decided to call 4Marq to check out their property.Not only was I impressed with the quality of the building, the business manager Jane completely made my decision! She took time to ensure I found the right layout and did so while displaying her bubbly attitude (this same positivity continues daily). My mood was instantly elevated! Even though I knew I was going to lose out on the money I had put down at the other property, I just knew 4Marq was the right decision.After I moved in, there was one minor problem in my apartment. After contacting the office, this was addressed IMMEDIATELY. There was absolutely no waiting and they made it feel like I was a priority. The staff is very friendly and understanding; including Collin at the concierge desk who is always happy to say hello and puts a smile on my face! The building is well kept and the environment is very peaceful and safe. The apartment itself is brand new and has top notch fixtures. I continue to be highly impressed by 4Marq and recommend it to everyone!

    I dont know if Im just lucky, but my experience has been astounding here. Melia Medical Center is a safe vacation-home-like community thats great for both med center students and families alike. Its also affordable if you get a roommate and quite a steal considering what it offers. Im actually scared I might not want to move out...Ive been here a year and a half now feeling like royalty. The front office is gorgeous (grab some free coffee while youre there!) and the apartments themselves have great modern interiors with awesome granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Nice carpet, too. The staff from both old and new management are really good at making you feel like youre the only tenant they tend to. One of the office ladies worked magic and got me a parking spot RIGHT in front of my apartment stairs! The maintenance guy, no matter how minor the request, comes to fix my stuff almost immediately like within the next day or 2 days tops (if even)! Thats The Flash status considering 1 week waits at other places, and he even loves explaining how and why something is the way it is as hes fixing things. I always see people using our tropical palm tree lined pool area, yet it manages to stay immaculate at all times even though I never see anyone cleaning it (they hire secret ninja dwarfs to sterilize every nook and cranny and return chairs to original positions in the cloak of night... I just know it. The chairs like never move...). The complex grounds are pristine without a single piece of trash in sight and very pet friendly (doggie poop bag stations!). I feel like theyre always upkeeping this place somehow whether its repainting, modernizing, trimming trees, mowing lawns, etc. Oh and I actually dont have any bad neighbor stories to share if thats what youre waiting for. No joke.TLDR - Melia is by far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Great staff, great maintenance, great amenities, great living, great location, great everything. Medical center students/employees, families, and working people live here. Im superrrr attached to this place. I hope you give it a chance to see why too.

    I moved to the Preserve at Greenway Park in Casper in December of 2015. Toni was my first contract over the phone. She was so kind and helpful through out the process. I made an appointment to come in on a Sunday (her day off) but she came in to sign me up. I looked at several apartments and this was the best fit for me. I moved in that same day. The property is always clean. The office staff is always helpful and they dont make you feel like you are a problem to ask them questions or assist is some way. Vickie Sine

    We moved to Austin over a year and half ago and our first real Austin experience was at The Park At Monterey Oaks. Monika was super helpful and quick in ensuring our lease gets signed off without any issues. The apartment itself was really well maintained with lots of amenities, especially for young families. We have 2 kids and they both loved the playground and swimming pool. Many sweet memories were made at the pool while we cooled off from the Texas heat. There is a well maintained gym right next to the pool for fitness enthusiasts.I would highly recommend this apartment to recent transplants in Austin. Its conveniently located near major shopping areas and great schools, and to top it all, downtown is just 15 mins away (just dont take Mopac ;)).Oh and one more thing, they also have a nice website to pay your rent, raise maintenance issues and exchange emails with the office staff. Makes everything super easy.Unfortunately we outgrew the apartment and wanted a bigger place for the kids, so we moved to our own house and now miss all the amenities and the ease of just picking up the phone and getting all repairs/maintenance done :)If I ever have to rent again, I wont go anywhere else.

    I just moved from Austin into the ParkSide@ Legacy V apartment complex. Due to some snags with my employer lets just say I was forced to make a decision on a place to live over the phone. The entire staff was very helpful, but in particular Angela went above and beyond anything I have experienced or even heard of as a good story about ANY apartment complex. She was very patient with me over numerous phone calls and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and correctly. If she did not know the answer - rather than just give a quick reply to move on - she said she would look into that, and get back to me; and she always did. At the very end there was a last minute cancellation that enabled me to move up my move in date - all due to Angela being pro-active and calling me as soon as the slot became available. I got exactly the apartment layout I wanted with exactly the right options. All due to Angela and the entire Parkside staff. I recommend the complex and staff to anyone looking to live in the area. In terms of friendliness and response time there really is no parallel.As far as the apartment itself - even though it says they were build a year or two ago - its as if they were just completed; they even have that brand new carpet smell still. Upon moving in though - Angela still took the time to do a walk through to make sure everything was working as it was suppose to. One of the light bulbs was out the in the bathroom and she called maintenance; ten minutes later it was replaced.

    Overall good experience as a tenant in Arboretum at Southpoint property of Lincoln Property Company. The staff is courteous and all maintenance requests are done on time without repeated follow-ups. Small requests put in by the residents such as building lighting, new sand for volleyball court etc. are all considered and implemented without much ruckus. The property is also well maintained and the rents are reasonable for the area. The property including the apartment indoors are beautiful.

    Recommend Greystone Flats in Austin, TX. The complex is older, but with lots of remodeled features. I moved in almost 2 years ago when they were having a special and the rent is hard to beat for Austin and the location. Ive had no issues with the management and maintenance is always quick to respond to my requests. Complex is clean, small and quiet as well. Only negative is the older layout/apartment design.

    I usually dont write reviews. But these guys do an exceptional job when it comes to property management. So I thought I should leave a review...I moved from Utah to Dallas about 5 months ago and I did not even personally visit the property. They made my job really really easy. They were very professional. I live in 5225 Maple and every one working there are very quick in responding to any problems. They get back to my emails in less than an hour and so far every problem has been fixed within few hours.I strongly believe everyone including the Manager and Asst.manager are very professional and provide exceptional service is because of people at the top level in hierarchy who manage everyone! I would strongly recommend 5225 maple apts.

    I have loved living at Lincoln Propertys Westside in the Village. Not only are the apartments in a great location (in The Village community and in the Dallas area) and are well maintained, but the service and attention to detail that the staff have displayed have been great! Maintenance is quick to fix issues, and the leasing agents will go out of their way to make sure you have the smoothest move as possible. I dont plan on moving any time soon, but if I ever have to, I will certainly look at LPC apartments before anywhere else.

    I have lived at Park Central Apts. in Flower Mound for five years now andhope to stay as long as I can. The management here, especially Stacey has been very acommodating by bringing a light from my previous apt. here to the smaller apt . here, since I dont like ceiling fans, andis always there when we need her. She as assisted me with two apt. changes due to new circumstances in my life. Richard and the maintenance crew are great and always helping with things big or small. Everyone on staff is friendly, courteous and professional. The floorplans are also very well thought out. I abosolutely love living here!Janice Gregory

    Ive lived in a few apartments throughout my life. And so far, Cherry Creek Apartments has been above and beyond the best in the lot. though I could hardly be considered an expert when it comes to judging the quality of amenities such as tennis courts. Multiple pools, an amazing gym, and various other aforementioned extras add up to make this place what it is. I like bright open spaces so the the ample lights and vaulted ceilings are great as well.

    I signed my lease at K2 when they were still apart of Greystar properties. My move-in date happened to be the same day K2 officially transitioned to Lincoln Property Company. As everyone is aware, moving is never stress-free and something is bound to go wrong. Well, the previous company failed to lock down my elevator reservation, have my keys ready (2 sets of mail keys, fobs, card keys and garage keys) and had my rental rate incorrect. Despite this being Lincoln Property Companys first day at K2, they efficiently moved several vehicles to get my moving truck in, immediately changed the sensor locks on my unit, and promptly provided all duplicate sets of keys needed. This was my third move to a high rise in the city, and they were by far the best staff to work with under a stressful situation.

    Mount Vernon Flats at perimeter Atlanta GA 303381. Commute is great to all directions from this location.2. Marta Train and Bus availability with in 2 min of walking distance.3. Clean community with regular trash pickup.4. Apartments are cleaned with water jet every year. Dust is cleaned on a regular basis5. Security is good. All entrances are gated with access pass. Back gate also needs pass to exit. This keeps trespassers from entering.6. Management: Always great with respect, helpful and cheerful.7. Regular events by apartment management from Famous chef cooking breakfasts, lunches, bingo, pool parties and movie time. and many more.8. Maintenance is on site and responds immediately if urgent. If things can wait they take priority of the emergencies and address accordingly.9. The rent was competitive. Last year my rent rose by $87. I started shopping around and found that this apartment is better for the price i pay, the amenities and commute. After all time is money. So i decided to renew my lease.10 This year they even painted the whole complex. Upgrading all utilities.when i got my apt. they had all brand new kitchen. Lucky me.11. Very important: The mail is all organized. If you get a package you will receive an email to pickup. No need to track your package any more. You will even get reminders to pick it if you forget. They check your ID before you take the package. Unless you are very familiar.12. Tina Burch, Jill and other cute girls in the management are all very good in responding to your problems or questions.13. The maintenance person was good. They usually wear fresh socks on top of their foot ware before entering my apartment. What else you need if they think about keeping your home clean. I stayed 10 years at other apartments but never came across this kind of discipline.14. FINALLY I AM NOT A MANAGEMENT PERSON. i AM A RESIDENT HERE AND YOU CAN REACH ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.15. The concierge are all attentive and helpful, there are countless amenities, and the staff makes a special effort to ensure that everyones house feels like a home. I have lived at The Strand for three years now, and am about to sign another lease. As a young, working professional, I couldnt ask for a better place to call home.

    My husband and I have been living at the Oaks of Vernon Hills for almost 2 months now. We have a one year-old puppy who we rescued when he was 8 weeks old. Since we rescued him, he has been very scared of people and loud noises- which made it hard when we lived in the city. Since we moved to The Oaks, he is much calmer thanks to the peaceful atmosphere LPC has set up. He has also become much more comfortable with people since playing at the dog park with other dogs and meeting their owners. We love having that dog park there! It makes life so much easier. This is a beautiful property with exquisite apartments! It seems like they considered all the details to make life simpler.

    The staff at The Reserve at Quail North Oklahoma City, has made my new home a wonderful experience.     I moved into Riverview Landing (Norristown, PA) in the middle of June. Move in day we realized the AC was not working and maintenance came out immediately. Unfortunately, we found out that the AC unit was burnt out and needed to be replaced. Management ordered the part right away and installed 2 window AC units. The part took almost 5 weeks to arrive and 3 days to install. I have been very pleased with managements response to the problem and Connies (manager) constant contact to keep me updated.The complex is very nice and we really love the pool and river location. Our unit is very large with tons of natural sunlight. The hallways could use some TLC and updates but overall the building is in great shape.Very glad I decided to make Riverview my new home. Looking forward to a long residence here.

    I have been living in the Mount Vernon Flats operating under the Lincoln Property Company for about four good years and my experience was great I have no complaints since day one I moved in. Is a beautiful place to live if you are starting a family, for students, and single people as well because is quiet and peacefully. The management is gentle and the don’t delay when you have any problem they are always ready to serve the residents. Living there I feel safe because there gates are accessible for only residents and a couple of Police officers live with us and patrol the apartment complex all night. There are many activities that keep the residents together creating regardless of the variety of nationalities.I will really recommend any body that is interested to move that is the best choice if he want to be safe, live in a peaceful and family environment.

    Ive really enjoyed living in the Rivers Edge property since February (about 8 months now). I came in right as the property was transitioning from one management group to LPC so I was concerned that the move wouldnt go as smoothly as I wanted it to. It ended up being a great move, the staff is great, and they always try to handle any issues we come with in a sensitive way. When I was frustrated that I work during business hours (and couldnt retrieve packages from the office), they set up a system for packages to be retrieved at any time of the day. When I wanted to meet my neighbors, there were suddenly a bunch of opportunities posted everywhere, including the elevator where I saw them the most. Whenever there was a problem inside of the unit or with other residents, they always handled it diplomatically and cheerfully. Definitely enjoying my time with them.
