    Hatti is the best property manager at this company. She always goes above & beyond and is very informative. Shes always willing to answer questions even for people outside of her communities who just need help understanding HOA in general.     I am from out of town actually moving from Alaska to San Antonio. Looking around for places to live came across this management company. Called it and reception was very helpful. Explained everything on how to find a place. I would like to thank the receptionist for all what she did, and for those that are new in town like myself, I would highly recommend them thank you very much for all your help !!!

    In our experience with Wildwood over the last six years as a renter and condo owner, we have found Wildwood to be great. Luana always responds to our requests and phone calls promptly and efficiently. She represents Wildwood in a courteous, responsible, and professional manner.

    As a board member I have had many postive inter reactions with our area manager(Jennifer Chappell). Recently I submitted documentation for funds, so HOA could receive discounts on materials and services for the community. Two days later Jennifer called, checks were ready so we could move forward on our projects saving time and money 💰THANKS Jennifer.

    It has been a good experience. Sometimes, calling back takes some time, but they do take care of problems. Our manager Hatti Weatherhood , is always very profesional and attentive to our needs.
