    Staff are super friendly and helpful! Anything that I might need whether is getting something fixed at our rental home or just any general question they respond very quickly!     Michelle & Stephanie have been absolutely fabulous this far! Moving is stressful- especially as a single mother who is also caring for her own mother on top of her own child. These two have made this super easy and been really great at communicating and making sure I have all I needed to deal the deal on a new lease. Glad to have found them!!!!

    We have rented our home (not just a any property) with Wick Mullins, while living overseas for the past 5 years. They helped us get the house ready and found good tenants that stayed in the house until they moved out of town. Shortly after, got the house on the market again and rented it fast. Lisa and Michelle respond promptly to all the complaints/requests our tenants have and give us good advise regarding any works/repairs needed.They are trustworthy and reliable.When we decided to make an investment while still away, we knew that we could trust them to be our eyes and do the house hunting for us. We are happy we did.They go beyond what is their contract obligation to take good care of the property and to keep the tenants and us happy. Also, and probably just as important, the warmth and friendliness that come with the great service make you feel as if a close friend or family member is looking after your property.

    Far and away the most attentive and courteous property management company Ive dealt with in my life. Ive lived in Houston since 1981 and experienced an array of residences. I used to avoid dealing with property management companies, preferring to deal with a landlord directly (a dicey gambit). Wick Mullins has turned me around totally on the matter. Im very grateful for their responsiveness and patience in 2020 specifically.

    We have a beautiful home in a prestigious neighborhood so it was hard to leave it when we moved out of state. Wick Mullins Realty and Property Management has been a Godsend for our family! We very strongly and highly recommend them! Though we still live out of state, we are very happy with them managing our property. Prior to WM, we had 2 other property management companies over the years. However, after being a “fleeced” by the last “reputable” property management company, which lacked integrity and honesty, we contacted Wick Mullins in a panic mode over 3 years ago, after the last property management company took advantage of us being out of state during a tenant transfer situation. The other company basically dropped the ball completely, lied about making our home ready and had sent a maintenance worker over to “ welcome in our new tenants from out of state...horrifyingly by just opening up our home which was absolutely filthy and trashed and then leaving! Despite having paid over $1,800 worth of cleaning and repairs to the previous management company, our home was not made ready though they insisted work had been completed! Hearing this from the tenants, we called and interviewed several other property management companies, from over 1,600 miles away and Sue, at Wick Mullins was quick to offer their services and put Michelle on board to smooth out the problems! They took a huge risk but Michelle immediately went over to talk with the new tenants, reassure them and remediate the problems in a highly professional and caring manner. Those tenants were absolutely understanding and appreciative of our dilemma once Michelle got on board and met with them. Michelle smoothed out the transfer, took care of the tenants and addressed all the problems in a timely and responsible manner making both our tenants and us happy! However, we never recovered the theft of our monies from the last company and had to drop them as well as file complaint with the state of Texas which Texas did absolutely nothing about! Obviously, Texas gives Property Management companies all the rights to fraud homeowners. So you have to be real careful knowing that! We had given Wick Mullins literally no notice and asked them to take over a bad and potentially costly and messy transfer, which they did with utmost respect and professionalism and we could not be happier! They assisted in changing companies, getting all the paperwork and turning a bad situation into a good outcome. Michelle has remained our property manager since and we, as well as our tenants have been very happy, even through another tenant transfer which went very smooth thanks to her professional and kind manners. Since hiring WM blindly, over the phone and in the middle of a crisis, Michelle has gone out her way to communicate with us via text, email and phone as well as taken time to meet with us at our property several times when we have come in from out of town to work on our home. Michelle has been quick to protect both ours and our tenants rights as well as keep everyone in the know and happy! Michelle is very knowledgeable, professional, considerate and a real asset to our investment in our home! Wick Mullins Realty and Property Management stays on top of weather concerns and gives friendly reminders to tenants to maintain the home (air filters, water filters, general maintenance etc) and they will forever remain our property management company as long as we need them! We would give more stars if we could as they have consistently gone above and beyond for us and our tenants! Do your homework but don’t be fooled by the greed of so many who just want your money! WM works for it and they have integrity and honesty that we have not received from our previous “trusted” companies! Thank you Wick Mullins!!
