I’d like to give a big thanks to White Properties!! My family and I were in desperate need of a rental at the VERY last minute (at no fault of our own) and they came to the rescue the next day!The staff is very nice, caring, and friendly. I am truly grateful for them for seeing our sense of urgency and going above & beyond to accommodate us. If you are in the market, I highly recommend them!!

My family rented with White Properties a little over a year and the service we received was excellent! They always answered any question we had and maintenance issues were addressed quickly! We had a/c issues at our home twice. The 1st time they had an a/c company out to look at it in less than 12 hours and they replaced the entire unit in under 48 hours.The 2nd time was due to the lawn crew nicking the wires to the outside unit, again had someone out in less than 24 hours and repaired completely. Both incidents the maintenance personnel followed up with me after the work was completed! We only decided to rent somewhere else because we needed more space and they didnt have anything available. If they had a larger place available, we absolutely would have continued renting with White Properties! Absolutely 💯 % recommend.

I have had a great experience with White Properties and would highly recommend them to anyone! The are very professional, respond in a timely manner, and have gone above and beyond to fix any maintenance requests I have had. Their maintenance team is always on hand, very friendly, and super knowledgeable! They have encouraged me to make my rental feel like home & I am super happy with the high end living they have brought to Texarkana! You won’t be disappointed if you choose to rent with them!

We absolutely love our townhome. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood in Nash. We also love the Landlords, they have been nothing but helpful!! I would highly recommend renting anything from White Property!

White Properties is the best!! They respond quickly to emergency situations and they check on you to make sure you are ok. My A/C went out Sunday night. On Monday morning, a technician came out and promptly fixed the unit. Mason sent me a message to make sure the A/C unit was fixed and I was ok. I’m so thankful that God led me to this Real Estate Agency. They have a great staff and their service is wonderful!!! I highly recommend this Agency!!!

Had to share this ,...I live in a duplex owned by White properties. No complaints for over a year, today was no exception. Woke up to no AC this morning, ...on a Sunday of all days! Was sure my pets and I were gonna roast till late Monday. Couldn’t believe Mr White had his repair man come out and fix it. Can’t express my appreciation and gratitude enough. Thoroughly impressed with Mr Mike White, Mason White, and the office manager Kasey ( hope that spelling is correct). Professional,friendly , and helpful always. Doubt that can be said by most people about their property managers.

Thanks for everything you guys do @ White Properties!! They get right on it, if something needs to be taken care of. The new duplexes that have been built & that are currently being built, in the Nash, Texas area are unbelievably beautiful, quite, & ideal neighborhood for a family. I’m so glad we found you guys. Mason & his father are very thoughtful & considerate. They call & text to check on their tenants, unlike other properties here in the Metro Texarkana area. Also, another big plus @ the new Nash duplexes is the fiber optic WI-FI that was newly installed as we were moving in. Each duplex should already have it available when you move in. All in all, we are very pleased with our move.

Omg!! White Properties thank you so much for your promptness in resolving my plumbing issue! I reached out late Sunday afternoon returning from a business trip and by Monday morning at 9am the plumber arrived and had all issues resolved!! You are the best!
