Wheeler Commercial has been patiently working with me over a two year period to find the right office property in Beaumont. Even though we had some close calls that fell through, they continued to stay positive and work with me until I found the right property for me. I very much appreciate not being pressured as can sometimes happen in the sales industry. Besides the excellent customer service, Lees knowledge of what to watch out for gave me great peace of mind in what we were doing. He has tons of resources to rely upon to make the process reliable and smooth. He was always willing to meet with me at times convenient for me, and his staff was always competent and quick to respond. I highly recommend them if you are looking for commercial real estate.
