    We called for no heat during TX coldest week and within 24 hours a contractor was contacted and dispatched to our home. The contractor was pleasant and dilligent and helped answer our questions to try to prevent our issue from occurring in the future. Feels great to be warm again! Westrom maintenance team is always very good about checking Melds and reaching out for additional clarity and troubleshooting. I really enjoy living at one of their managed homes.

    WOW. I cant say enough good things about this group. We have just moved into our new rental house. The entire process was fairly easy and straightforward. The biggest thing I really appreciate about Westrom is the communication. Its reliable. We are coming from an apartment complex that would take months to respond to maintenance or any other type of attempted communication. Within 24 hours of applying to our new home, we were contacted by Jon, had all our information processed and we were approved. They pretty much held our hands through the entire leasing process and even worked with us on getting into our new home a few weeks early. I HIGHLY recommend working with this group. Special shootout to Jon & Terri for everything they have done for us. 😁

    Great service, very fast . Faucet was replaced with different style rather than the same one I had which is kind of a bummer but looks great and was done fast none the less .

    We have used Tina at Westrom group twice now. We used her when we bought our first house and she made the process of being a first time home owner seamless and easy. We appreciated her so much we are using her again to sell our current home and buy the next home. Her and her team was able to quickly schedule contractors to fix items on the house we are selling in a quick manor allowing us to meet our closing deadlines. The contractors schedule were excellent and fair priced. Thank you Tina for all your hard work!

    I was a self managing property owner for over 10 years, but we recently moved out of the area where my property is located. With all of the obstacles created by being out of town, I decided to hire Westrom Group to help me out! What a relief!This turnaround would have been very challenging if I had not hired Westrom Group. They have many resources at their disposal for make ready and leasing, minimizing down time.I had a few “panic attacks” on the run up to the end of lease. (Utilities, and other). I reached out to Jon and he assured me they handle everything except paying mortgage and HOA dues…………. He was 100% correct!Definitely worth the investment!Mark D

    This review is long overdue, but no less filled with praise. Ive been fortunate to have Westrom Group as the property management for my rental property. As someone whos pretty green to the world of real estate, Westrom Group has been a vital lifeline in my journey. Jon, Tina, and the rest of their team are professional, prompt, responsive, and transparent. Theyre quick to let me know if there are any issues and always offer resolutions. For example, I recently had issues with the HVAC system of my rental property and not only did Jon promptly inform me of the problem, he was able to provide a solution and get me a fair price. Im so grateful for their honesty and work ethic. They care not only for their owners, but also the renters of the properties they manage. With them as my property management, I feel encouraged to grow and expand my business.

    This has been the best, most professional and most responsive Property Management Company we have ever dealt with.     Very friendly and accommodating! They have great communication and are incredibly nice and supportive of families. We were worried about renting a house due to all of the horror stories we hear and how large our family is but the owner called me directly to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I can’t recommend this company enough!! The move in process was seamless and they made everything so easy and straightforward!

    Westrom provides amazing service in terms of resolving any issues with the house right away. For example I had a door that needed to be insulated as winter is coming, they fixed it right away, I had other things done within hours depending on severity. They always respond to things and resolve things. I give them 5 stars for that.

    My first review was harsh and uncalled for. I was not taking into account all that Westrom Group has actually done for us while we are in our rental home.Westrom Group does an amazing job with their ticketing system. They combined all of our move in issues and had them rectified. For follow on maintenance issues, they use the same speed and dedication to get the other issues looked at and fixed in a timely manner. We had a hiccup with my microwave and it did take longer than I would have liked but no one is perfect. They are professionals and explained why there was a shortcoming with one out of the many maintenance requests I submitted. They are in work on it and the owner called to apologize. He showed his character and took full responsibility for the one appliance issue.They are a great property management company for the past 6 months we have lived in this rental. Very professional and quick to work your issues, Westrom is a superb choice for your property management needs.

    I’m so Grateful that I happened to come across Westrom Management Company and have had the pleasure of working with Tina! My husband & I’ve only been married 2.5 years & he’s been in and out of the hospital almost the entire 2.5 years from Heart Transplant, Appendix Cancer, Covid & was recently on Hospice after being diagnosed Terminally ill & although after 3 months of being in a Hospital & Nursing Facility 1 day he woke up & knew who I was and so I brought him home immediately as I would hope someone loved me enough to let me live my life out the way it should be. Doctors are baffled by his recovery But it doesn’t sadly take away that he’s still Terminally ill. We have a rental property & we’ve been waiting for a home to be available in a particular neighborhood & we Finally found one & Tina worked hard to make sure to make my husband’s dream come true! Thank You So Much! When people are terminal and have a “Wish List” you try to make sure you make everyone come true & although it’s been an extremely difficult couple years we Finally can Thank Tina & Westrom Property Management for helping me check that off my husband Kevin’s Wish List!     We used Westrom Group to help find our first home. Tina was absolutely amazing! During these crazy times buying a home has become increasingly harder especially for first time buyers. Tina was able to help us into a new build, after looking at many homes. We were skeptical with a new build at first but all of our questions were answered right away and she made the process very easy for us. Tina was very knowledgeable with the process and handled any problem we faced with the builder. Overall, we love our new home and was very happy with the experience that Westrom Group offered.

    Great company. Highly recommend them. My wife and I rented from them for almost 5 years and were always treated excellent. They quickly fixed anything with the house when there was an issue. The only reason we moved out was because we bought a house otherwise wed still be there!! Its so easy to get a slumlord nowadays and we had our fair share before we found Westrom Group.     When I tell you it was a breeze ... it REALLY was! Westrom Group Company had so much patients and was beyond helpful with helping me in find a house to call a home !     Jon and his Staff have been excellent to work with. I have been with him for over a year and have had zero issues. Before coming to Westrom group i used another home management company that was terrible. they took multiple months to get a house ready for tenants and then multiple more months to rent it. in the past year we have had one tenant move out unexpectedly. Jon and his staff got the house cleaned and re-rented in less than 30 days. fantastic and i highly recommend them.

    **EDIT**After conversation with a couple employees at Westrom Group, they were more than generous to refund us the cleaning fee, even though we were the ones at fault for not submitting carpet cleaning invoice as per the move out form. This again just goes to show, that this company is willing to go above and beyond to take care of those who are willing to take care of their properties. I understand a lot of people complain about the charges, but having owned rental properties in the past, it is very frustrating when one tenants don’t take care of the property and 2 when they complain about charges after. Thank you again to the Westrom Group team, it is definitely the best management company that I’ve had the pleasure of working with!This company was amazing in every shape and form until it came to move out, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Any maintenance issues we had, they were quick to get someone out to repair them, any questions, comments, concerns or complaints we had, they were quick to respond and handle them professionally. Only negative again, was when it came to the move out, we forgot to submit our invoice for the carpet cleaning (big move from Texas to North Carolina), so we got charged for another carpet cleaning to be completed. I just wish they would have reached out, and been like “hey, I noticed the carpets have been cleaned, do you have an invoice?” Vice, “well here’s what you got charged for, the checks in the mail and it’s too late to dispute anything.” All in all, if I were to move back to that area, I would seek out a Westrom Group property, but I would make sure during the move out to focus on taking care of all that so I don’t pay double for something I already did and then not have a chance to rebut it, then focus on the 1500 mile move.

    Westrom Group is the management company that many of the rentals in my neighborhood use, and I can see why. They have been friendly, consistently easy to work with, and they maintain the properties well both inside and out.When I first moved in, they were quite helpful in assisting me with my tenant login information, which made it easy for me to set up my account. The portal works well and makes payments and other things quite easy. Any time I have had to call the office, they are always professional and show an overall willingness to help. Unlike where I rented previously where the management office would ask if they could call me back, then never would. The Westrom team is responsive and consistent.Whenever these is a maintenance situation--emergency or otherwise--they show a level of urgency in fixing the issue. I submit a maintenance ticket on the portal, and they are great about getting back to me pretty quickly.Glad that this company manages my rental! I hope that they continue their role as long as I live here.

    I recently put my house of the market using Westrom Group Real estate services. The property was a complete mess and I needed help and someone with expertise in the local market. After talking with Jon I quickly realized he not only knows the market but also has honest contractors that do quality work with awesome results. I took several days to think about what exactly the property needed to get top dollar on the market and what I thought was not even the tip of the ice berg. Jon advised me on things that mattered and what should be fixed up for maximum value. Jon was not in it for the money he honestly cares for his clients and building lasting relationships. Ive dealt with a lot of different property managers over the years and these guys have impressed me by far, the most! They were helpful, friendly, efficient, and fair. They always did everything they could in a quick and timely manner. I loved their online owner/tenant portal. I could pay my rent and make repair requests all online. I also loved how they sent out emails periodically to remind tenants about how to care for the homes with the seasonal climate changes.The icing on the cake for me came when I moved out. For the first time ever, I felt like I was treated fairly and not made responsible for things in the house that were not our fault.     Jon and his staff at Westrom Group have done a great job helping us acquire and then manage our rentals for 3 years now. They have been a one stop shop for all our rental management needs. Rent deposits and owner statements are always on time. The maintenance issues are taken care of very efficiently, sometimes before I even learn about them. They do not like getting 3 bids for every repair but if you are ever unhappy it will get corrected. Their standards are high, and if mistakes happen they make it right.     I lived in a rental home in Fort Worth that is managed by Westrom Group for two years. I have heard so many horror stories about renting single-family homes, but I actually had a GREAT experience. The house was in great shape when we moved in. The office was super helpful from the moment, we first toured the home and throughout the application process. I was also impressed that management actually went over the lease with us at the initial signing. A lot apartments dont even do that. They were always helpful and prompt to return phone calls and e-mails. They handled maintenance requests very professionally and as promptly as they were able. Sometimes it would take a few days for someone to come out, but they manage several properties all over the metroplex, so I understand that it wont be a same-day response. When I rent my next home, I hope I can find one with Westrom Group!

    I moved 3 of my 4 Texas rentals over to Westrom. Before hiring them, I researched several other PM companies and spoke with several of Westroms current owners, before choosing them. Its easy for PM company to just sit back and collect rents and charge the owners a PM fee, but the real test of a good PM, is when it comes to dealing with a turn.A tenant of mine for over 14 years, recently purchased his own house. I kept the rent low and had done only minimal improvements to the house during this time. The crew at Westrom managed the departure, got the deposit refunded very timely and most importantly, were at the house the day after move-out to access the necessary repairs needed prior to re-letting.The entire process went extremely smoothly (I own several rentals in several states and some out of the country. Over the past 20 years, I have seen everything from A-Z from PMs...mostly not good).With Westrom Group in charge, this property was re-habbed extremely fast because Westrom has a list of qualified vendors that they can easily pull into a job i.e. theyre not pulling in a bunch of new or unqualified people to maybe do the job or not....My house was on the market quickly and I got top dollar - almost $300 more per month than what I was previously receiving! Most importantly, Westrom was able to guide me and tactfully tell me to shut up about wanting to make more improvements than were absolutely necessary to get top dollar rents, in my market area - YEA!Finally, the entire crew at Westrom consistently keeps me informed about everything going on at my property, at all times during the year, not just at turns. Because of that, I dont need to babysit and question every decision that they make, like I do for so many of my other PMs.All in all, I have zero regrets for picking this PM company over the over 5 that I interviewed and if you decide to give them a try, I dont think you will be disappointed in the slightest!

    I am on my second rental with Westrom and they have always been professional. they have a web portal so no need to call with maintenance issues or to make payments. I have had to put in a service request twice once for a garbage disposal and another for a malfunctioning water heater and both times the issue was fixed the same day, both times before i was back home from work.moving out of the first home was simple and easy thanks to Ms.Rebecca.     I hired Westrom Group to manage my rent house in Trophy Club, Tx. I originally reached out to Jon Westrom, who came out to my property along with Renee Foreman. My wife and I had debated hiring a property manager versus managing it on our own, so I figured Id listen to what they had to offer, but wasnt sure what direction we were going to take. As soon as the meeting was over though, I called my wife to tell her that we had ourselves a property manager.Renee immediately took charge. She coordinated getting amazing photos of the house (at their own expense,) putting the house on MLS and then setting up showings. Within the first week, we had about 10 showings on the house.They ran all the background checks and screened the tenants. Once we had a renter secured, they brought in their people to get the house up to code. They installed deadbolts for us, added GFCIs where they were needed, handled the cleaning of the house and steaming of the carpets.Overall, I have been completely satisfied with our decision to hire them and have recommended them to our realtor incase he has any other clients in need of a management company. If I purchase another rental in the DFW area, I wouldnt even think twice about hiring them to manage that one.

    I have lived at one the proprties now for 2yrs and will be renewing my lease for another. I have never had any issues with them, if I need anything they are always quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
