Thanks for Mr.(josh Gault) , he was a very nice and helpful manager and thanks to Mrs (Grace Feldt) , she was very nice and smart lady and so helpful, Thanks alots too for the professional and high experience at apartments living Mrs (Yadira Mejia ), she was a very helpful and supported lady ,she gave me a positive power in first time I met her , her smile and nice dealing and her nice and grateful help to make me feeling happy to come to living in westdale pointe also feeling comfortable too to talk and seen her . We moved on 28th of September 2024 and we so happy to live here , our apartment is very nice . Thank you so much westdale pointe team you are the best .

Its a nice apartments and quite community and i like th location too thanks for the manager josh for his help , he was been so helpful and nice dealing with us and thanks to grace which always has a nice smile and nice cloths, she was so helpful and nice with us . Thanks to yadira too she has been so nice and smart with us and so helpful and has a great experience dealing with residents whose coming to live in westdale pointe and shes a wesome lady and making the processing for living in community more easier for us and faster. We moved before 2 days ago, and we were excited to live in these apartments. Good management team and a wesome staff, thanks again.

Moved in last month and the complex is very responsive to repairs and quiet and safe. Hidden gem in the Far West area. Grace in the front office was super helpful in my lease and is truly an asset to the experience. Super A+++, would recommend to live here.

The experience with Westdale was excellent, Grace Feldt help me so much organizing the paperwork and show me the requirements to lease the apartment. Grace had great personality and kindness. The facility may old but it has been this clean, plus the area is surrounded by many convenient stores and restaurants. UT bus stop right at the front.

It has been a pleasant experience. The estate is calm and serene neighborhood. It is very safe. I have never heard any cases of vehicle vandalism or burglary into residents homes. Though the apartments may be old buildings, but they promptly maintain them by responding to any complaints. The workers are committed and passionate but thorough in their renting process to ensure the right peoples applications get approved.

Staff are always so kind and helpful. The prices of the apartments are pretty fair for what you get, especially compared to other apartments in Austin. There are quite a few times when water is shut off, BUT they always always let you know before hand and give you a time range when available, which is important to me, personally. They consistently renovate and try to make the community better, not too long ago they redid the paint for the parking lots. I find myself recommending this apartment to friends and family frequently. Overall, this is a really nice apartment!

The management team of this apartment complex is highly competent and efficient, particularly the office and maintenance staff, who are always available to help and respond promptly to any concerns residents may have. If you are looking for a first-time apartment or a place to live during your college years or any other time, this complex is definitely worth considering. The location offers several amenities, including a pool, access to HEB and 7/11 stores, and a gym nearby.Although there have been some minor issues, overall, the apartment complex is great. Occasionally, there may be water supply shutdowns, but the management team always sends an email in advance to inform residents. However, some residents may miss these messages. The parking situation is not too bad, but the laundry facility needs better maintenance. Moreover, having more security around the area would be a welcome improvement.One positive aspect worth mentioning is that the apartment complex provides a charging station for electric vehicles, which is a useful feature for anyone who owns an electric car.

We recently just renewed on lease at Westdale Pointe. From the moment we stepped foot into the leasing office, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure all residents feel welcomed and valued.The apartment itself is beautiful - spacious and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, from the laundry facilities to the pool area. It truly feels like a resort-style living experience.One thing that really stands out about Westdale Pointe is the sense of community.Overall, I highly recommend Westdale Pointe to anyone looking for a fantastic apartment in a great location with exceptional management. Its been a pleasure calling this place home.

Its a calm environment. I have been living here from last 8 months. Loved it.Property management does a good job resolving our issues and promptly notifying the tenants about the ongoing events.Few weeks back, I had an issue with my parking, I talked to Yadira and conveyed my concerns. She was happy to help, took extra steps and promptly resolved my concerns working together with her manager Mr. Joshua. Thanks and kudos to you both.I definitely recommend this place to someone who looking for a calm place near to Austin’s heart.

Would definitely recommend as a first time apartment renter. The leasing office team are amazing people to work with and very understanding. Yadira was very hands on and efficient with how she handled every concern I had. She made my transition smooth being on my own. Grace is also very amazing and does not let your questions go unanswered. Josh is the leasing manager and I strongly believe he has such an amazing team because he sets the bar high. Maintence is just as phenomenal and quick with a smile if you ever see them. Turnaround times on any maintence work is within 24hrs in my personal experience. All around phenomenal team and will always recommend. Thank you Westdale team for being top tier. Will miss everyone greatly.

My daughter lives in this community and it is a good place. It is a great location near the HEB and Mopac. The manager is a great person as well his assistant. Maintenance solve the issues very quick. I recommend you this place to live.

The experience wasnt too bad. The place was semi clean, not a lot of issues at home. Maintenance wasnt too bad. They did delay on a few requests I had, but nothing too concerning. There were some roaches in the cabinets, but thats with every apartment complex and how other tenants treat their homes.

I leased this apt in Jan, 2015 and Im planning to be here at least two more years. As a disabled person on occasion I need help with things in the apt I can not longer do for myself. The mgmt and maintenence team here have been generous and willing to assist me on the few occasions I have needed them.Leases can be extended as long as 15 months at renewal which I find very helpful.Work orders are usually handled within 48 hours if they are normal or low priority. High priority work orders usually take less than 24 hours. They do take care of the place. Pot holes and landscaping and regular weekly maintence on the grounds keep this place looking great.This has been the same for the last 9+ years even though the General Mgr here has changed four times in that period.Bottom line is Im happy here.

I live here just under four years now, and have recently renewed my lease again.In particular I want to commend the Westdale Pointe staff, especially Grace and Josh.You cant beat this location. But most important --After a period without chocolate, there are now again some choice morsels in the bowl in the corridor that leads into the rental office.(So far as I am concerned, that is one of the make-or-break factors for deciding where to rent an apartment.)

If your looking for an honest, unsolicited, or angry review (because we all know, how folks like to review when theyre angry)please continue.location:This property sits in NW Austin right off of Mopac. Right in between Round Rock and Downtown Austin. I work south of downtown. I have to be a work at 8am. as long as I leave my place by 7:30am I rarely hit traffic and I make it with mins to spare.Neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet not a lot of big families. I mostly see single folks and couples. Its rare that I see kids playing around, which is something I was concerned about, since I live by the pool. The property is usually claen and folks seem to mind there own business around here. Youll get a hi there how are you, but I was here for 8 months before I had a full on conversation with my next door neighbor and Im sure we still dont know each others name lol. I see people of all ages walking around confidently at all hours, which tells me its safe enough, and theres a security guard that walks around at night.The Unit: This is an older property with minimal upgrades, which is reflective of the price. If youre looking for luxury newly refurbished units at these prices, I want your faith, because something is bound to shake! Here youll find the standard laminate granite and white appliances. Does not come with a microwave or WD Connectiouns. Actually I think the larger units do have WD Connections. I have only had to put in a couple work orders since I lived here and the issues were resolved fairly quickly. The water does get turned off a lot, but we always get notified beforehand.Office Staff: I adore the ladies in the office! They make up for anything the place is lacking. The Manager Keisha is always available to chat. I always see Ellyn the AM walking the property making sure things are in order. And Grace the leasing agent is so Graceful lol she really is super sweet.All in all its not a bad place to live and ay a reasonable price with a central location.

I had an awesome stay here. As a former UT student, I was a 30 second walk from the bus station, had quiet neighbors, the overall area was super safe, and not to mention endless coffee at the nearby 7-11. Victoria Williams, one of the leasing consultants, was always very sweet, cordial, and professional. Any questions I had she would answer diligently. The work orders came fast, tho I will say some were ignored at times. I definitely was very sad to leave and will always remember how awesome and easy my stay was here. A safe 1-bedroom for an inexpensive price near downtown and the domain in Austin? Perfect!

I have lived at Westdale Pointe for 14 years and would not consider moving. It is on a tree-shaded lot overlooking downtown Austin on one side. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and other businesses, a post office, a library, an HEB, a CVS Pharmacy, a large Austin Regional Clinic location, and UT Shuttle and #19 buses. The residents are friendly, quiet, and cooperative. The management goes above and beyond, and the maintenance staff are expert, responsive, and helpful.
