    Grand Fathered tenant, I have lived here since 2012. From the main office staff to maintenance, only nice & good people. This community is both affordable & safe & when a request for maintenance is placed, it takes a max of 48hrs for them to show up & fix things; in reality, they show up within 24hrs. I am about to move again for the 3rd time.... not moving out but just transferring. This is how reliable I find this place.

    I am so glad I found this place, they made the process of moving so stress free! I called Friday morning to apply, and by the afternoon I was already approved and ready to put the deposit down. The staff is so helpful, and friendly. The area/neighborhood is so nice. Thank you Westdale Hills :)

    I have lived in Westdale Hills for 10 years! Comfortable, quiet, affordable place in a great neighborhood with amazing staff! The maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING, and I have great neighbors too! Could not ask for a better apartment living community!

    I miss my apt in Sawgrass. I never had any issues with mgmt. And anytime I needed something repaired, I put in a work order; maintenance was right on it. Even on moving out, I had no ill will. I clean the apt like I was asked according to my lease. And I paid for damages I caused. I just recently moved out to help a friend. But oh how I miss my privacy.

    I have been seeing changes with the new property management. Landscaping has been better than it was before as well it looks much cleaner . The laundromat looks way better as well as everything.

    Large living space. Lots of pools. There are gorgeous trees all around the property. Our home has a view of a body of water surrounded by a golf course.

    Really appreciate the community here. I know my neighbors and that makes it feel even more like home. The fun community events that are hosted help ensure that I have opportunities to meet even more neighbors. The front office staff is so kind as well. They are invested, I am so thankful for all they do.

    They used to be the best place to live if you have a vehicle you need to keep in order to get to work and back,but recently started to do non-consenting tows in the middle of the night, literally robbed me of all opportunities to better mysellf.

    I have lived in West Dale hills 3 separate times over the years. They keep improving which is rare for apartments. Maintenance is on point and helpful and the staff up front always friendly. My leasing agent Arlene has been awesome since my first day. Always above and beyond and, I literally ask for her when I need anything! She really does her job well. I recommend Westdale hills if you are in search of a new home!

    I have lived in Westdale Hills for about 2 years now and its been great! As all apartments have issues from time to time, whenever I have had something come up, the maintenance team at Westdale Hills has responded very quickly! The pool in Doral is great and right by their pond and par 3 golf course. The golf course is what sold me on this place. Between the great rent price and having a par 3 course in my back yard, I was sold and have enjoyed every bit of living there!

    Been at this complex for almost a year and its been great. Relatively quiet. Incredibly fast maintenance request response time (literally next day if not same day). Landscapes are frequently maintained and cleaned. Pests and bugs are handled before I even have to make a request. The parking is ample. Been a relief to come home to a nice quiet place to unwind with everything functioning.

    Westdale Hills is a good community to live in. I have lived here about 14 years. First in Muirfield Village, and then in Pine Hurst. There are about 11 apartment complexes associated with Westdale Hills. Each one of them has a swimming pool. All residents of each apartment complex are allowed to swim in any of the swimming pools. Maintenance is very good. You can call in your maintenance request or send a request online. You can check the status of your request online and if you have a question, just give them a call. They will tell you what is going on with the request. We have community events as well : barbecues, ice cream truck, community yard sales. We have been visited by Batman, the Grinch, and even Santa Clause. I would recommend this apartment complex.

    I wouldnt give it a 5 star rating as this is not a luxury complex. If you are looking for a complex that is affordable and in a decent area you are at the right place. Maintenance has always been good to me, no real problems with them.If youre looking for crazy amenities, a spotless property, and high end expectations this is not it. Its full of families. Which doesnt bother me.Most issues I have are resolved fairly quickly. I have not had any major complaints with them myself and Ive lived here about 5 years.

    Im happy to say Ive lived here for over 20 years, then recently moved to another section of Westdale Hills to downsize. Still no major problems. I checked out other complexes, but stayed here because over the years the maintenance guys here have always been excellent and the pest control is also very good. Im comfortable here, and I love not having problems.

    I just moved to Westdale Hills about three months ago and Im loving it so far. The staffs are nice and the maintenance department is well organized and quick to respond to any maintenance request. I think its a great place to called a home. Its a peaceful and clean environment, lots of shopping centers and restaurants, and the North East Mall is right around the corner. Its a great place to recommend anyone to live.

    Moved into this apartment complex February of 2023, very happy with the apartment and the 2 work orders I’ve placed were both fixed very quickly. The pool is kept clean and open unlike apartments I’ve had in the past. Will definitely be looking to renew when my lease is up.

    Just wanted to leave a positive review because no one seems to do that these days - people are quick to post something negative, but not positive.I’ve been here about 2 weeks now in Augusta and so far things are good. The application and move in process was easy, and everyone I encountered in the office was very nice, especially Kimberly. It’s quiet, and I feel safe with it being just my little one & I. As for roaches I’ve just seen one small one but that was move in day, so my door was open, lots of boxes… & then I saw a tiny baby one like 2 weeks later in my room, but my kiddo does eat in there. So it’s not like an infestation or anything like that. I hate bugs and that was my biggest worry moving into a different apartment complex. There are a lot of Cicadas here too, but idk if that’s for all the complexes!I am near the pond ? area, but I don’t think most ponds are going to be a beautiful sight anyway. There is a nice trail around it though.For a lower cost apartment it really isn’t bad at all, better than what I’ve toured before here that was more expensive too!

    I reside in the Firestone Property. This place is great. The area is relaxing, peaceful and tranquil. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Lots to do in this area. Right in the middle point of Dallas and Fort Worth. Theres a hiking trail here. There are many pools and they are really close by.The staff is so helpful. Gricelda has been so helpful since day one. When ever I have questions shes always willing to answer them, help me out, and or provide solutions. The rest of the staff is so friendly. You really can go to any one and theyll assist you in your needs.The maintenance team is the greatest! Soon as I place a request, they have been quick to respond. Every one of them that has came by has been polite and helpful. All of them are very knowledgeable in what they are doing.Im glad I found this place. Its been a big blessing to me. I come from another state. This place has made me feel welcomed and feels a lot like home.I really recommend this place if youre looking for an apartment or town home. The process is fairly easy. You wont regret it.

    The Westdale Hills has been my home since 2018. I never imagined that I would consider an apartment complex home for so long, but this community is like an extended Family. Forget the fact that the maintenance is extremely fast to react to problems, this place go way out of their way to make it feel like home. From the events they have every month to offering you discounts on rent. This place is THE go to for a full family apartment environment and I highly recommend considering this community as your next home. A+++

    We have been at Westdale Hills for about 10 months and love it. I am a single mom of 2 my neighbors are friendly. Plenty of parking access. If I have a maintenance issue they come thr very next day which I have only had one. Very family oriented neighborhood and everyone quiet to themselves. Would recommend to others.

    I cannot begin to speak so highly of this property and then being able to work with you asking as you COMMUNICATE PROPERLY! I have had no problems with anything since I moved in January this year phenomenal apartments! A huge shout-out to Felicia the account manager for my property! And Arlene the apartment guide that help me get signed up! Once again it continues to blow away my expectations of a property with how nice everyone in the whole office is and understanding! Not to mention there are some lunkers, real big bass inside the ponds you can fish

    I would like to say that I am very pleased with the staff at Westdale Hills Community. I’ve had the pleasure of being a 3 year resident here at the La Costa property and from the very start of me completing an application to begin my journey at WDH to now has been seamless due to the willingness of the leasing staff (Abigail (she transferred to another property), Stephanie, Tara, and Korina.I have so many more people to thank for my happiness at WDH. The property Manager (Malia Mims), Leasing Renewal Coordinator (Dona Middlebrook), Sr Service Supervisor (David White) and Mario, La Costa Maintenance Team and the AMAZING always friendly La Costa Maintenance Team! Anytime I need anything, I know that I can contact Malia and she is always more than happy to point me in the right direction on whatever it is I’m needing. David is always very helpful with all of the questions or concerns I have with work orders or landscaping. I love living at WDH bc I feel cared for and I feel safe bc no concerns are taken lightly which I totally appreciate.Please make sure the staff is made aware of this compliment and I want to say THANK YOU to all at WDH for all that you do daily to ensure your residents are happy!We’re so spoiled here with the monthly calendar of events where they provide breakfast at times, lunch sometimes, dinner, activities for families, free snow cones, etc. and WDH gives back to the community which is commendable!     We’ve lived here for 3ish years and despite some small issues with building maintenance in Oakmont due to plumbing (and neighbors flushing bacon grease) it was nice and quiet, now living in sawgrass and still very quiet and comfortable. Miranda and Arleen are very sweet and Maria in maintenance is a LIFE SAVER. She always gets back to me promptly on serious maintenance matters and sends Enrique to see the issue. Hopefully rent isn’t too high when it’s time to renew because we like it here, we started a family here and it’s nice being close to many parks and entertainment for little one ❤️

    I love Westdale Hills,Everyone in the office are so nice and helpful Gricelda is the woman that assisted me she is so sweet and got me in my apartment just in time. They take care of the property very well outside.. The maintenance are quick to fix what you call in. Its very quiet at night, the pools are beautiful always clean.. I have been here almost 3 months and I have know complaints.. I love it! I would recommend WestDale Hills to anyone.. I would give more stars but it only goes to 5...I love living here

    Westdale has been a great place to live. The amenities are really nice considering most apartments/townhomes does not have many options. The amenities consist of gulf course, swimming pools and work out gym. The staff is great and maintanence very quick with getting work orders fulfilled when something needs fixed in/around the apartment. Westdale is the first apartment that I have rented whereas they have a third-party option for child-care. Which is really helpful if you have school/work during the week/weekend.Throughout the year, Westdale have event days that you can participate to receive food, winning raffles/prizes, dress up for holidays throughout the year. Overall, great place to stay if your in-need of an apartment or a place to call home.

    I’ve been a resident at Westdale Hills going on ten years. I’m very satisfied with the Westdale community. Neighbors are easy to get to know. Supermarkets , night clubs, big box stores are all within a ten mile radius.I’m very impressed with the maintenance department here. Over the past nine years, maintenance has been very attentive to requests. Repairs are always thorough and satisfactory.My wife and I expect to continue on as residents, for this is the best apartment community that we have ever lived in.

    My husband and I have enjoyed living here. It is very quiet. The staff is friendly. We like the events that the community plans, that is pretty cool. Management always responds promptly.     Update**Don’t let anything major happen in your apartment though, like a flood. I had a flood happen multiple times. The manager didn’t really have much empathy, no sympathy. Didn’t seem to care, seemed more frustrated versus trying to help. Like I shouldn’t be calling and talking to her about this issue. I came to her with a solution. She only talked about my idea and told me why that can’t happen. No where did she try to give me another solution. I had to give another one. As a tenant who pays rent on time, cause no issues. I really am disappointed in how she handled this situation. It’s not even what was said/done, I can take a no. It ’s how she said it/went about it. Horrible customer service. ***I just wanted to say…I first got my apartment with Arlene. She’s been good, she’s knowledgeable, she’s helpful, very friendly! I had no issues.When I did come across a billing issue that wasn’t my fault, Ms. Kimberly handled it amazingly!I want to give her a shoutout. She joked with me, she related to me, she understood. I was having to speak with so many different people it’s was a little hectic. However, once I told her about the situation she took care of it ! Easy! I was done, I was satisfied. Outstanding customer service! Also, Maintenance.. I’ve never had an issues with them. They are amazing as well! They are prompt, they get the job done !I’ve never had and real issues with my neighbors, or the complex.

    Have lived in Westdale for more than 15 years in 3 different locations throughout the massive complex. Office staff and management have been easy to work with answering questions and assisting as needed when I call. Maintenance has always been available when needed with just a phone call.

    UPDATE 12/06/2023Still satisfied with Westdale Hills. Has a few annoyances this year in regards to laundry rooms being out of service and a larger than anticipated rent increase but still think it is a good value for the money and very convenient for those who work at DFW.UPDATE 01/13/2023. It has now been over two years that I have been here and II am very pleased. Maintenance request have always been handled very promptly with no hassle and upon my lease renewal. Myvery reasonable rent was only increased 10%.I have lived here for 18 months and have been very pleased. Apartment was provided to me in good condition and the few minor maintenance items I have needed have been repaired promptly. Parking is easy and the grounds are well kept. Apartment fittings/finishes are a bit dated but well-maintained.

    So, I understand there is mixed amount of reviews here, however I can only speak of my experience thus far. Moved here in May from CA, and from the get go, the staff at Westdale Hills has been very helpful. From the leasing consultants & aides, all the way to the maintenance staff. Honestly, customs & courtesy goes a long way here with them. Theyve been prompt and professional with my and my family when it came to maintenance issues. Huge shout out to all the maintenance staff, some of the best service Ive ever seen and great individuals all around. Yes, apartments have pros and cons, but so far...theyve been very responsive!

    I’m living here for a year now and I like my apartment since the day I moved it’s clean and the area is quiet and safe. Maintenance is very responsive and address your issue efficiently the only thing I don’t like about them when they come they knock the door in a very terrifying way ALWAYS my baby get scared of that although it’s one bedroom apartment I can hear anything outside my door even if they don’t knock I hope they start to knock GENTLY. Otherwise no complaints

    Geneva & Abigail were so helpful throughout my application process. They were patient and willing to work with me after an issue getting my current rental property to cooperate with the rental verification. I got it sorted out & they were able to approve me the same day and I filled all my paperwork out. I am so excited to move in!!!

    The apartments are well maintained, clean and the maintenance team is really quick with their response time for most issues. My AC went out and needed a part but they still had it done within 2-3 hours, I did not have to wait for days just to have cold air again.The golf course looks amazing, there is always big community events happening that are well planned and organized. The living space for the cost was wonderful and I wouldve gotten an even bigger unit for the price if I had the income!Westdale hills is a wonderful community to be a part of.

    I have lived in Westdale Hills off and on for the last 11 years and I have been extremely happy with the community and the staff. My apts I have had, have always been great, causing family and friends to be slightly jealous. They may not be the newest but you get more bang for your buck here in a fairly quiet neighborhood with a lot of different amenities. The staff has always been considerate to me, while maintenance is quick to assist with concerns.

    I loved living here. The staff was always responsive and helpful. My neighbors were awesome. Usually pretty quite. I moved from here to some luxury apartments that are horrible. Westdale may be a little dated as far as appearance, but they are luxury in what they offer in customer care. Ill be moving back.

    My family found the best apartment complex at Westdale Hills. We have lived here for eight years.The office staff is excellent and will work out any problems or concerns that you may be experiencing. When you need a repair, the maintenance staff responds in a timely manner.The atmosphere here is very neighborly;, dog friendly too. We have no future plans of ever leaving Westdale Hills.     Ive lived here for over 3 years now and love it. Ive lived in a lot of different apartments but never renewed until I moved here. I love the layout of my apartment and the staff here is really great! They always stay late for you on days rent is due and they are doing a lot of upgrades to things like the washer and dryers and flooring. My neighbors have all lived here for 6+ years. I had an issue with my fan and they replaced the whole thing to a much nicer fan! Thank you staff!

    I cannot add another star, but I can add to my review.My electricity went out with the snow in February. It isnt their fault, and there is nothing they can do, but three members of the staff have checked on me. I never would have expected an apartment management team to be so considerate.PRIOR REVIEW: Just signed my renewal! Ive had a lovely stay here for going on six years. I highly recommend these properties. Malia Mims is over the whole complex as manager is always pleasant, personable, and professional. Kim Hales is a fantastic and informative agent, and Gabby (I wish I knew her last name), is always pleasant to talk to at the office.

    Kim is an amazing leasing agent!!!! She made the moving process exceptionally great despite her personal matters that she had going on and the immediate move-in for me. I couldnt have done this without her especially with me being pregnant. Definitely stress free!!The manager Malia has always been understanding and help if there is an issue. Her turn around response to emails are exceptionally great as well. As a resident of 5 years, I have experienced great services and great communication with all staff!!! 😁 I have also referred others to move to this property as well.

    I have lived in Sawgrass for over two years and have had a wonderful experience. The maintenance staff has always been quick to respond to any concerns and Maria has gone above and beyond to help me on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease in March only because I need to be closer to work but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this community to friends or family in the area. I think a lot of these negative reviews don’t understand what it takes to manage such a large community and are expecting a little too much, the office has to do what’s best for the entire community, not what pleases one resident. They have always been accommodating when I have needed something and I’ve never experienced rudeness from any of the staff. Thank you Westdale Hills for a great experience thee last two years!

    I like living in Muirfield Village.I moved in at the end of September.The only thing I didnt like was I didnt have any electronic outlet in the restroom that was really weird. But after contacting the office they had someone come out and put one in. It in a very weird spot but at least I can go my hair in the restroom and not in my bedroom.

    I’ve lived here for 6 years.. I think it’s a great place to live. There are great schools and my son bus comes in front of out apartment. I like that they always have some type of activity for the kids as well as the adults free of charge. When I call for maintenance they always come and fix whatever I need. I’ve never had a problem with staff. I’ve never had any problems with my car, apartment. I feel safe.. Great price, great location!!

    I have loved living in Westdale Hills for the past year now. It is a wonderful community for families, they are very pet friendly, and management is wonderful to work with. Namely Dona Middlebrook in the leasing office who is delightful and extremely gracious, and Malia who is the apartment complex manager.Also, maintenance has always responded in a very timely manner to any and all of our issues. They also work fast and are very practiced in everything that they do.

    No major complaints except everything is painted over. The drawers have hair, dirt, and liner painted into them. The building are old but we did not have an issue with pests. Its nice having lots of pools available but occasionally one would be closed without notice. Hard to get help at the front office since they are managing such a huge community. Overall, its an okay value for money but major renovations are due if they expect to keep increasing prices.

    I have been a resident for several years. I give it my highest recommendation. The staff are friendly and highly professional. The property is clean and well managed. There are community activities. If you have a maintenance issue, the issue is immediately addressed. I have lived in many different apartments, and none of them comes close to the service and quality you get at Westdale Hills for the price.

    We just moved in and had such a smooth experience! We were helped by Kim throughout the whole process and she was really friendly and personable. We ended up switching apartment floors at the last second and we even got a better rate than before! Kim jumped right on it and got us moved in really quick.We really love our apartment. It was clean and redone, no dents, scratches or any damage anywhere upon move in. You get to see the apartment before you sign the lease so that was nice.If youre considering moving in here and the bad reviews are turning you away, look here again! Yes theyre super busy because they manage 10 communities at one office but they seem to really have a handle on the whole process.

    My husband and I moved into these apartments as newlyweds about a year ago! First complex that I have ever lived in. I can say that there isn’t too much to complain about. I have had friends express their renting hassles to me and I have never had that struggle. Yes, if you do not properly clean or move out they will charge u ridiclous prices, same as every complex, it just comes with renting. I have heard many stories how no one answers the phone in the office, I’ve personally only called in twice and one time they didn’t answer and one time they did. Most of the staff is pretty nice, aside from a couple of ladies. It is the biggest bang for your buck in the area! The square footage you can get here is amazing for the price! I haven’t found anywhere in the area that even compares. It is nice being on a golf course, many units get a beautiful view! Maintenance is always super fast about responding to my requests. One of the few complaints I have is that there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! Usually it’s so old that it doesn’t make a mess on your shoes, but absolutely no one picks up after their pets. Being such a big complex I know it’s hard to enforce. We didn’t have a whole lot of bug issues in the first apartment, but now being on the first floor the likeliness of bugs always goes up. It’s really our own fault, we need to keep the kitchen clear of old food and dirty dishes. Also, the complex covers Hurst and Euless, so there are cops from both cities patrolling pretty often, safety has not been an issue. Plan on staying here until we move into a house!

    I have lived at Westdale-Hills going on 11 years now. Same apartment unit. In that time I can say its been a good place to live. Donna is always GREAT to work with when it comes up to lease renewals and the maintenance team works very hard. This is certainly a place I would suggest if anyone was looking for a place to live.

    I had a great past year. Were moving to be closer to work. The actual apartment is great. The heater sometimes doesnt shut-off. Maintenance is AWESOME! Usually respond on the same day, and always by the next day.This place feels very safe. The worst thing I heard was that someone had towels stolen out of the dryer in the community washroom.MY neighbors are AWESOME! Sometimes they play music really loud, but Im sure we probably do something annoying too and dont even realize it.so many people let their dogs poop everywhere! ug, so gross. Have some self-respect! so, I cant let my kids play outside. The playground is fun except for that and a swing is missing. Still, maintenance cleans up after the bad neighbors and their naughty dogs fairly well!

    I am very satisfied with my experience so far. This was by far the best product for my price range, and I got more than I expected (great view, and larger-than-expected unit).For a property this size (2,400+ units!), I’m very impressed with how organized the front office seems. The agents did a great job with my move in and have been very accommodating thus far. Keep up the great work!

    I lived at Westdale Hills for almost Two years, until loosing my Fience to depression. This community is a great community to live in. Its quiet, we never had any issues with theft, and the residents that we met, would always be there to help each other out. Also, the office staff was nothing less than amazing and I can say without a doubt, I miss this place and am sad that I had to leave. Breathtaking views, family friendly, great neibours, and a determined office staff gives this community a 5 star rating, only because I cant give a 10.     Gricelda in the office is nice, welcoming and helpful. I got the efficiency, but its roomy and the bathroom just got upgraded. Quiet and friendly neighbors. I have a nice view from my patio...Golf course and ducks in the pond.

    I haven’t been here a full week yet and I must say there’s great things to say as well as one not so great things to say!First and foremost.. I have to say Gricelda did a great job assisting me with all of my many questions! She’s very calm and listens very well!! Sounds like a full blown concert happening in my living room and all of the stomping and the stomping on stairs is super annoying!! Hopefully this changes because it’s a beautiful neighborhood and I’d love to enjoy my stay here with no issues!!Overall.. so far so good! (Minus the noise)

    Im updating my review after speaking to the community manager. Previously I gate a 1 star review because I was upset with noise disturbance in my apartment. Today the community manager called me and she was very understanding. She has offered the option to transfer to a different apartment and I really appreciate that.

    Im on my 2nd 15 month lease now. 23 of 30 months I guess. And while the office isnt fawning over us or grabbing us coffee as soon as we enter they are not rude. Maybe Im a bit more realistic but they have a huge amount of buildings and units here so they are busy. Ive had positive conversations with them as needed. Any complaints are handled. I had a drainage issue in my washer hookup in my closet and they ripped the whole wall out to update the plumbing to new code and in doing so replaced the cabinet. It did take a few days longer than Id liked but in the end it was done beyond what I expected and they paid outside contractors to do it. I have had good neighbors and a few minkies for sure but all in all its an ok place to stay. If you want hand maid service than Dallas has places for you, but if you want a place in the middle of DFW and not get raked over for rent because of a zip code then yeah come on out.

    I had some issues with an inexperienced leasing agent. After that my stay at these apartments have been very very good. Ive been a resident for over two years now. Maintenance has been very prompt whenever theres been an issue. They have a variety of community events on a ongoing basis that you can choose to attend if you want. Some are community garage sales. They often do things like free spaghetti night at the community center or free Snowcones at the local stand. I just got an email a little while ago informing me that its grilled hotdogs in the park tonight.

    I have lived here for 12 years and it is a great place to call home. Maintainence responds quickly to your requests and takes care of the problems. The property is clean and the landscaping crew is excellent. The apartments are very spacious, well laid out, lots of windows and genorous grounds around the apartments - a lot of bang for your buck! A quiet place, too; can hear a pin drop at night time. I give it 5 stars!

    Moved in a couple days ago. Room was very clean, maintenance was very fast with repairs, and front staff was extremely friendly. Korina was unbelievably great with making the move in process as smooth as possible, was definitely part of the reason I moved in. Would recommend to someone looking for a great first apartment at an affordable price.

    I viewed a couple apartments with Lesly. She was so friendly and down to earth. I was iffy on an apartment she showed me ONLY because it didn’t have washer and dryer connection but she is so friendly I’m really thinking of making the move. I have two weeks to decide if I am going to stay where I am or move when my lease is up in October.

    Ive read the reviews, and I can honestly say Ive had little issues here. Ive been at LaCosta for about 6 months. The staff has always been courteous to me, but then, my interaction hasnt been more than viewing the unit, signing the lease, and taking the keys. Maintenance wasnt ready on my move date so they credited me $75 for the inconvenience. Every time Ive had a question, I just shot an email and it was responded to within 24 hours. The one maintenance issue Ive had (clogged shower), was resolved in 24 hours. Everything works as advertised.The ONE thing I would change and I didnt realize it until after I read some review that the floors (if you live on the 2nd floor like mine), are a little thin. So, the people downstairs occasionally smoke cigarettes but Ive only noticed that the one time. It really isnt that big of a deal.People that complain about the neighbors...you cant hold the management responsible for that. Some guy pissing in the pool, how is that managements fault? Somebody being murdered? Not managements fault. Somebody with a meth lab? Not managements fault.

    My identity was stolen and the thief has been trying to secure an apartment in my name for months. Gissela noticed the alert on my credit and called to confirm I was the one who applied. Once she realized the issue, she flagged the application as fraud and even called the local police department to start an investigation on my behalf!     I lived in this community for over 10 years, and you really cant beat the price for space. Friends were always surprised at how little rent was with how large the apartment is. I loved the location being between Fort Worth and Dallas, I always had multiple options for places to go on weekends. I have and would again recommend this community.
