Ive rented for two years and now on my third lease and could not be more satisfied. I work in multifamily which is a similar field and I have to say I feel like I chose wisely when finding our home. I just placed a ticket for my water heater making a noise and within a couple days they accessed this issue while going above and beyond to resolve it. Thank you for being so helpful and attentive to your residents.

So this is my first time renting through a property management company that is not for an apartment and being in the industry myself I felt important to leave a review of my opinion. We moved into a rental home in February of this year and it has been the most seamless transition me and my family have made. My home is older but renovated and with that you still get some of the old charm. I have only had two tickets placed and they have been on top of it. Their resident portal is simple and understood but has all the tools needed. Jeremiah has been wonderful and the technicians are knowledgeable and punctual. We love our home and are grateful we found WPM!

I cant speak highly enough about the service I receive from West Property Management. I no longer live in the area and am completely hands off of my rental house. Jeremiah handles everything quickly and professionally. More than that he genuinely cares. About me, about the tenants and about making sure they have a nice place to live and the home stays in good repair. He keeps me up to date with whats going on and I always know he has it well in hand. Tenant or Owner, West Property Management Services will do right by you!

The whole experience of buying my first home was made extremely easy by Jeremiah. He was real quick to find homes we would be interested in and arrange the times to view. Once we found the one we wanted he put our offer in and walked us through the process. From start to finish he was more than accommodating and very helpful in answer any questions, or relieving us of any worries. He did such a great job that I will be recommending him to my friends and family if they are looking for a new home!
