I lived in a home managed by Wedgewood Properties for several years. The house was very nice and the location was great. There were a couple times that I needed for the air conditioner to be serviced and their was a worker there in under an hour to work on the unit. Typically, property management companies are difficult to deal with when something needs repaired or when moving out of the property. Wedgewood made both of those situations so easy. They fixed things quickly when needed (which wasnt often at all) and when I moved out, I received most of my deposit back. They didnt come up with any fake reasons for keeping my money. Theyre a great company to rent from and I loved my time with them.

I never leave reviews, let alone for a property management company, but the experience renting an Austin home from wedgewood was wonderful. They were so helpful with any repairs while living in house, understanding when lease needed extended during the home buying process and didn’t gouge us by keeping our security deposit. Hard to come by these days! Thanks Julie and Annie specifically.

Ive been using property management for my rental properties for close to 20 years and have used several management companies. Unequivocally, Lisa Scott at Wedgewood is the best Ive ever had by far and I feel fortunate to have found her and her company.

Lisa and Carrie were absolutely wonderful! From the leasing process, and throughout our stay at the rental home, we had zero issues. Phone calls and emails are always answered promptly. Highly recommended.

Lisa who is the property manager is very supportive and helpful when I had any issue at my townhome. Issue is usually solving in 30 minute to an hour. Very organized and well managed. very safe and nice Neighborhood
