I just moved here . I love the nice, clean atmosphere. The amenities are awesome. Different lightening to feel your glare . The open concept is everything. The leasing agent Blake is awesome. He gave me a nice showing of the place along with a great video. Blake has hung in there with me to make it happen. WGPM you rock….

My first actual place I call home. I have a beautiful place and have the best location. I mean Krogers right across the street. The staff are very nice especially Amanda and Serenity are on top of things when needed. Maintenance Team are kind and take care of things as fast as they can and go above and beyond. I needed a door bell, and they went right out and got me one. Im thankful and blessed..

I have been working with the Waller group team for the past several weeks trying to find the perfect place to accommodate me and my 2 kids. From the very beginning Ms. Amanda has been such a blessing and such a sweet lady to rent from. She has been so helpful and understanding. I absolutely love my new place. It is completely renovated with washer and dryer included which is ++ when you have kids. the complex is securely gated, cute and very quite, and I absolutely love it. I hope to be a resident for a long time! Thanks Amanda.

Moving here to the Chloe Apartments has been a blessing. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Maintence is on top of their job. The apartment complex is so peaceful. Grounds are kept clean and all new stainless appliances.Loving my new home.Highly recommend

Ive had such an amazing experience since I moved in roughly ten months ago. The property has such professional managers that obviously know there job because you never see them. The lack of seeing off-property managers means that theyre on top of work orders , repairs and any tenant problem that might arise. We also have all the necessary amenities that go along with upscale living, such as; Tenant controlled access, security cameras, walking security, valet trash pickup, along with ways to repair your credit, through services apps like Credit Builder and payment apps such as Flex. Lastly, and most importantly, accessibility to food and needed services , are all within walking distance. Those individuals, needing a community, a true community can find that here at HYA Oaklawn. A community that bands together to make your pet 🐶, Mr Patch, feel as through he is a part of the family with cleaners and grocery stores , and libraries and gas stations all within a three block radius. I have lived in Dallas and rented in several cities in Texas, and the Waller Group has been the best management group I have dealt with (even beyond the high-rise company I rented from in Downtown Dallas). I have had different experiences with groups in East Dallas, my previous being that of near slum lord management where maintenance and basic upkeep was totally neglected. I moved from that place and loving the neighborhood, was so glad to find a 1 bedroom apartment with this group. They are very professional, easy to contact and have responded to all maintenance requests almost right away. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent. The property managers are very friendly. I especially appreciate the care and attention to detail in the renovation of my complex. So many developers do the bare min. because they can get away with it, but the clean ceiling, lighting fixtures, marble counter and upgraded appliances really make this smaller place very comfortable and cute.

I booked my apartment in Summit even we where still overseas. So by the time we come to America, our room was already prepared. I just used the chat option in the google map for the apartment. The representative from Summit apartments was so kind enough to assist us all the way. Our burden of relocating to a foreign country was relieved because of Summit. Thank you so much.

I genuinely have had such a great experience with Waller Group. The application process went smoothly & they allowed me to split my deposit into payments which helped so much ! I love the app it makes it so easy to get rent paid & their office is close to my apartment if I need to speak to someone face to face . They respond quickly when I text with questions . I love the apartment itself it’s location is perfect it’s cozy & there is a resident who is 24 on call for maintenance. I’m extremely satisfied & forsee myself being here for years to come !

Working with the Waller-Group was a blessing in disguise! After leasing for 4 years, property owner decided to sale! It was a quick sale to say the least! I was devastated! After searching around many properties and lots of fake ads, I found the Waller Group! From the moment I spoke with them my anxiety was gone. They walked me through the entire process. It wasnt the typical routine with covid-19 in the mist. Needless to say they was very responsive, informative and more then I could have imagined a property management team should be. Updated 8/28/2020 I had a recent maintenance issue. Not only did they come to fix that maintenance request they did extra stuff that they saw needed to be replaced and fixed.I looked many of places for an apartment and they gave me a chance. I didnt have to wait long for an approval. They were a blessing for me in a time of need. They responded to each concern I have made about my apartment.

Terrific apartments in a cozy area of town. The grounds are well-maintained and maintenance typically responds the same day. Also, though the building is an older one, its very well insulated. Its got to get REALLY cold outside for me to turn on the heater at all. Even the neighbors are friendly. Im presently in the middle of my third lease term at the Swiss Ave property and everythings been good.

My family just moved here and I’m grateful for them. I was able to rent a 2/1 in a nice enough community. Now can the maintenance staff be a little more responsive of course. But all in all it’s been a fine place. We rented this place because I only need a place for us to lay our heads for the time we are spending in GA. Neighbors are respectful, property manager is great with communication.

Waller took over my complex after a horrible experience with the previous. The transition was smooth and they are always professional and timely with my work orders. My only issue would be I have a hard time actually getting ahold of an actual person...none of the numbers or emails I reply to seem to go anywhere? Nonetheless, great management company.

When I was apartment hunting for my family, a property owned by this company was one of the first ones I saw and I KNEW it was the one for us! 3 months down the road I still hadnt found anything better, so I contacted them and within a week and a half we were happy in our new home :) I love how responsive the team is, weve never been left in the dark about what is going on with maintenance (which has been seldom needed), overall I love everything about this experience and couldnt be happier!

Staff has been friendly and maintenance fast. Bonus the ability to schedule w your schedule. Quiet neighborhood and quiet area. Would recommend.

Everytime I made a ticket the maintenance were there immediately. Arnold Guinn was super helpful, friendly and fast to get my fixes moving. Adam Soto and Brandon also provided me with great service. And Matt was super helpful when I made requests I always got a Yes and a smile from these guys.

The leasing office and maintenance are always super nice, responsive, and professional. I’m so glad I chose to stay here! My building(Gaston Yard) is literally in the heart of Dallas! 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from 45/75, 5 minutes from 30. It is also on the bus line. Very professional and understanding staff and with quick responses on work orders. I have referred people to the property because of the great value.

The complex in which I reside has recently undergone a change in management. From our last management company to Waller Group Properties, was like going from a dark storm to sunshine with an optimistic rainbow overhead. Seriously, WGP is on the ball with any problems that may arise.
