    I can not say enough good things about this company. We went from a stressful, nightmare situation with RentWerx Property management, to a completely different situation with Wakefield Property Management where they are 100% responsive and caring to our situation, while saving us money and hiring quality contractors to take care of our home maintenance. I am posting before and after pictures, 1, of our nightmare where our previous property management company failed to notify us of a leak, causing our beautiful renovated kitchen ceiling to collapse to another picture showing it completely repaired with zero hassle or worry, at a better price than we imagined. Thank you Alan, Lindsey and Beverly, you are the best!

    It was difficult for me to finally put my home up for sale and I have to commend Cody for making it as easy as possible. Cody is a very polite, respectful person who eased me through the process. He was quick and efficient with details and any paperwork that had to be completed by me or him. It was stressful for me and even though he couldn’t relieve the stress he was always available for questions and/or concerns. I definitely would recommend Cody for selling your home.

    I have been renting from Wakefield since 2022, and can say for certain that they are the best property management company that Ive ever worked with! Any maintenance issues or concerns are addressed very quickly, and communication with the office (particularly Bev and Harley) is prompt, friendly, and thorough. I am currently in my second rental unit through Wakefield, and have experienced very few hiccups upon moving in with both units. The maintenance team does a great job with the make-ready, and are nice people as well. I hope to continue to rent with them for as long as possible!

    Wakefield Properties has been the absolute best! I have been renting one of the properties they manage for the past three years and the entire experience has been 100% flawless with their great communications, quick response in maintenance requests and turnaround time for fixtures. Cody Wakefield then helped us tremendously with making the decision to fully update and sell the home based on market insight.     Ive been client w/ Wakefield for 22 years. Im passionate about my property and expect my property managers to be as well. I would just like to highlight that Ive dealt with Bev entire 22 yrs with Wakefield. Shes one of the most honest, professional people (who I consider a subject matter expert in this career field too.). Shes very educated and understands both sides of the fence (Owner/Tenant) on rules/laws. Over years, shell take the time to be patient and educate me on so many areas with rentals. Such a blessing. Her integrity has been impeccable in the 22 years. And as owner, theres unfortunately expenses but Bev knows the laws/rules on whose responsibilities to pay what and being a subject matter expert, always provides me options to make an informed decision. Shes always been patient with my concerns/questions with answering them as well. Honestly, I dont say this lightly, but shes the reason I continue to use Wakefield. I want someone whose subject matter expert on the laws/rules with rental management. I want someone honest with integrity. And if the bad news with reporting expenses, I want someone like Bev briefing me who is going to be honest and truthful with no sugar coating. I want someone who knows how to evaluate potential renters. Truly top notch in this field. Im writing because I understand in life, its the 1% we hear 99% of the time complaining vs the 1% happy folks who stay quiet 99% of the time. Thank you Bev, appreciate everything you do.     My family and I had a great overall experience in our 3 year stay at a Wakefield rental property. The office staff was attentive to our needs and I would always get a quick response if I called or emailed the office. We once had an issue with the central AC and they were very quick to handle our maintenance request. There was a quote for a simple cleaning, which would have solved the problem temporarily but they ended up replacing the whole system instead, which proves their excellence in property management. They were very fair in their calculation for our deposit refund. I would definitely recommend Wakefield Realtors to others looking to rent a great, well kept, well managed home. As a long time renter, I can say that this was the best company Ive worked with.

    My fiancé and I moved in to a Wakefield home a month ago. The experience so far has exceeded our expectations. Like a lot of renters, we have been trained to expect the worst from property management companies (landlords) who did not want to spend any money on necessary repairs and did not communicate well. Wakefield is restoring our faith that there are some decent, reasonable, and professional landlords still out there.When we first started the application process, we were skeptical as I mentioned, but some of our fears were calmed once we started to work with Bev, the property manager, and Haley, the leasing agent. They were both very nice and great at returning phone calls and emails, and answered all the questions we had.Once moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they were actually timely with the repairs! They have an online system for repair requests and will call to schedule a time with you within 5 business days. After being satisfied already, I got a phone call two weeks after moving in from Bev to ask how everything was going, if the repairs went well, and to update me on communication with the home owner on a large repair that needed approval. I was blown away! Only one other landlord in my 11 years of renting has called to see how things were going (others seem to call only when they are forced to or if something is wrong).We have only worked with this company for a little while now, but I feel comfortable recommending them to other renters and look forward to our next few years with them.

    I moved into one of the homes they managed last year. They do not own the properties but represent and manage for homeowner who is leasing it out. During the initial process they encouraged me to drive by the property and to check out the neighborhood to make sure they were to my standards. They were always friendly and professional. Most items on the move-in check off list were addressed in the first month. The only issue I had with maintenance was the contractor not calling after a week of waiting. Informed Wakefield and the contractor called same day. The homeowner decided to sell the property instead of renting for another year and Mr. Cooper has been bending over backwards to help keep me in the house.

I have been in the hospital more days than not since February 13th. It is an amazing thing to know that one of our most prized possessions is being cared for.
