John Garcia is hands down the best realtor a person could ask for. He is a go-getter! John is very professional and looked out for our best interest. He is phenomenal at communicating and is always responsive in a timely manner. He does extensive research and isn’t afraid to fight for his clients best interest. He breaks down the process and handles things in such a way that makes the whole process feel like a breeze. I recommend John Garcia to my family and friends. I have used him multiple times in the past, for home buying, land buying, property management and now a construction loan. He is trustworthy and has integrity in everything he does. You won’t be disappointed working with him. My family is very grateful for his services. 10/10

The moment our family knew we were looking for a house, Vista Management was highly recommended. We met John and since day one we knew we were with the right people. Extremely helpful and patience with us, we had a lot of questions because it was our first home and he answer everything the best possible way. He listened to what we were looking for and he found the perfect house for us, he was with us during the whole process explaining every single step and every single detail. He was on top of the lenders, project managers and sellers trying to get us the house ASAP and he made it possible. I would hire them to be my forever realtor and I would highly recommend them.
