We chose this complex specifically for their dog park. We love it here. Very quiet community and fairly clean property. Maintenance is great here. Anytime we have had to put in a work order it was taken care of that day or in the morning the following day. Their largest units available have 1,070 square feet which is very spacious. Minutes from 281 or 1604. Walmart and HEB are just minutes away. Great location.

1st-Location was perfect for us.The staff was extremely helpful with showing apt, application process and assisting us w our needs.Big THANK YOU to Natalie A. & staff for all she did to help find our new home.!!!!Price was right for us as we are on a tight budget.The next 15 months we can relax 😁

If I wasnt moving out of town for work, Id renew my lease. This is a place with several dogs and there are rarely dog eggs laying around or late night baying. I never had to deal with pest issues, I can count on half a hand the number of noise issues Ive had with neighbors while living in the middle section of the building, on the second of three floors, and I get up between 3-5AM for work; when I did report a late night noise issue, it was treated promptly and seriously. I never had to worry about packages being taken, I never had to worry about car break-ins, the location is very good with plenty of stuff close by. Could use a walking distance pub to drop in for dinner and a pint, but not too big a deal.My only issues were that the AC is kind of noisy and the showerhead was super low for me and I am a fairly short guy (I just installed an adjustable arm, super easy).If I move back to SA, I will most definitely consider living here again.

I’ve lived here for 6 years and the property manager absolutely the best and literally gets on any issues and make sure they get done.Any work orders that gets turned in the maintenance staff will be knocking on your door same day to fix it.Danielle the manager have made my living time here very comfortable. It’s why I keep renewing my lease. 6 years strong!Also Natalie at the office is very helpful and kind and makes sure your requests gets submitted and takes care any concerns.Vista crossing you are amazing!

From the moment we walked into the office, to the moment we walked into our apartment… it’s been a very positive environment! Kierra & Heather were very understanding of our previous experiences with other complexes & instantly made sure we were comfortable & taken care of. 2 days after move in, we had an issue that was addressed the same day we submitted the request 👏🏻 Jena made sure things were taken care of & had no other concerns needed to be addressed quickly. Even the maintenance crew is very professional & kind!Definitely recommend this complex 🏡

Im not really sure what people are complaining about, I just turned in my keys after being 6 months at this apartment complex. Anytime we had issue we submitted a request for maintenance, they fixed it same day. Anytime something needed to be changed or a mistake was made, they contact us promptly and we got it corrected. I had a nice neighbors more or less, really nice downstairs neighbor, cant choose who smokes though but thats life. We didnt have a renovated apartment, but I knew that going into it, it served me and my roommate for what we needed. It was a good apartment and was my first apartment in San Antonio. I never really had an insect problem, except for we left food out and left the windows open we had a little gnat issue but some sugar water with soap in it takes care of that real quick. In the six months we were there there wasnt any speak of or hear of anything related to crime. More or less a quiet complex, Im glad I chose that one. The staff were friendly even when saying goodbye.

Complex might be a little bit older than what I am use too. But the price was absolutely right. Location is great. Natalie and Danielle made move in an easy and welcoming process, even despite a lot of unprofessionalism from my old apartment complex. I been here a month so far. Found a few flaws in the unit but office staff and maintenance team are very responsive and keep you updated and fixed everything in a very timely manner most of which was done the same day I put a work order in. It’s nice to be somewhere where the staff is very responsive and welcoming to their tenants.

Older complex but very quiet with new sound proof windows.....hardly hear people in parking lot or airplanes overhead....excellent ofc staff....been here almost 10 years. ☺ UPDATE.......I have now been here about over 12 years and still feel very comfortable in my apt and living at Vista Crossing. The grounds are well kept other than the restriction on water usage by the City, it is very green and lots of trees. Great for walking dogs. Ofc Staff has been very helpful and my apartment has recently been upgraded, looking great. Maintenance staff are wonderful. Submit a request and it is taken care of almost immediately, sometimes next day, but that is certainly reasonable. It is an older complex but upgrades are always coming.....check out the new pool furniture, white and blue, looks pretty classy. I do recommend Vista Crossing to all. Come check it out. Close to restaurants, HEB, Wal*Mart, Valero gas, 281, Wurzbach parkway, etc. Another update.....1/2024.....still here at Vista Crossing and love my apartment location. My neighbors are great, helpful, and very quiet. Location is perfect for me.....being near to two HEB stores, Valero, LasPalapas, Eye Doctor, Dollar store, Dollar General, a couple of my friends in nearby neighborhoods......Staff, both office and maintenance, are excellent. They take good care of me as a long-term resident.

Leasing process was smooth and the office was always available to respond to questions. Apartments are dated but well taken care of, especially for the price. Maintenance is responsive and personable, happy to help anyway they can. So far I’m extremely pleased with this apartment as a whole.

I moved in last week, mid June. The grounds are clean. People actually use the dog bags to pick up dog waste. This is exciting, since all the other apts Ive been in had a huge dog poop problem. Anyway, the day I moved in I found 3 things wrong...the bathroom door didnt close properly, the kitchen light blinked, and the tub dripped. I called the office about it. Within 2 hours Santiago came and fixed everything right then and there. He even helped me with my dryer. Its only been 7 days and so far Im very impressed. Great A/C, good ceiling fans, very clean, friendly staff, and NO ROACHES (knock on wood). Im happy so far. I havent used the pool but looks clean, and I havent seen the fitness room yet.

Ive been living here since November 2017 and I love it. This is simply the best place to live in San Antonio. Management & Front Office is friendly, welcoming, professional and always takes care of whatever issues I might have. Maintenance Crew are awesome, they usually take care of issues on the same day you call, usually within the first hour. If I call during the night, theyll come the next day. The appartments are very nice, the walls and windows are soundproofed, so Im almost never disturbed by noise (unless the upstairs neighbor is stomping around, or something really crazy is going on outside). The amenneties are awesome and convenient. The pool is awesome. The Neighbors ive talked to are peaceful and generally friendly, never had any drama or anything like that with anyone. The trees and nature around the complex are beautiful. And the area surrounding Vista Crossing is also great. I absolutely love living here.

I love living here, a big thanks to Natalie for always being my go to. She’s always been so helpful, great attitude and has always got everything done in a giffy. She’s great at her job and has always made me feel at home, I just recently upgraded and renewed my lease I’m happy to say I’ll be here another year!!

I’ve lived here at this community since last October. I’ve only had one issue, (which could have happened at any complex) Hanna and Nikki have been extremely AMAZING and they’re always friendly and I know I can go to them if I need anything here. The only downside here is they don’t have a hot tub. What’s up with that?! Looking forward to renewing my lease.

I’ve lived in this complex for the last 9 years. They are always quick to answer a maintenance call or help when you need it. Just had some struggles with my bank and the rent app but Nikki helped me every way she could and I’m indebted to her!

The best apartments in this area. The service is A+, whatever maintenance I have needed has been fast and excellent. The employee Niki does everything possible to provide the best service. New windows and doors. The only thing was the refrigerator and stove, I wasnt lucky because it was new, but the ones I have work well. My family and I previously lived in 3 other apartment complexes in this area and Vista Crossing is the best.
