    It has been an absolute pleasure working with the VCM team on multiple events in Dallas and Houston! Danielle and her team were excellent communicators about each event and worked with us to ensure the day was seamless. They have been great ambassadors of the Perception program and I look forward to more opportunities to work with them.

    We have been using VCM for over a year now and I am extremely pleased with them. Our property manager is Jessica Lamport and she is always very responsive and on the ball! Sharon Davis is our director and she definitely keeps us in line. Her knowledge and advice is always welcomed and on point.

    I have worked with VCM Texas for several years. My experience depends on who is our account manager. Casey Herndon has been our manager for the past three years. She does a very good job of managing our community. I have been pleased with her. She has been promoted so now we have a new manager. I will review him later but initially Max seems to be thorough and competent. The internal operation of VCM can be frustrating at times. They really need to have folks dial in, email and the like from outside their company to review how their website, contact information and payment systems work. That is always a challenge, to see how the public interacts. Casey was/is very good at understanding those items. I hope they learn from her. Overall I would recommend VCM to another HOA is they are looking to change management companies.

    I am wanting to share my heartfelt thanks to Dominique Miller for great customer service. I will not go into details about my situation. I will say I had a request in to my HOA to have some work done. I waited 30 days for a response and was denied because all but one were not concerned about doing their job. I called in very upset because I was just waiting to know the status of my request.. I was transferred to Dominique. She was a little busy at that moment but she assured me she would call right back. Amazingly she called and we talked about my situation. She was so personable and had such a caring spirit. She went to work on my behalf. She talked to her supervisor and they were able to get things going again. Thank you again. You are # 1 in my book. Thank you and your supervisor for going the extra mile.

    My wife and I moved to this wonderful community to retire near our children~2yrs ago from Colleyville. Today, I want to give a shout out to our HOA who took the lead in green land management around our property. In particular Angela Sitter, administrative branch, remained proactive in updates the board made with respect to the over grown, dried, dead, broken trees which were a hazard for all good reasons.     We have booked events with Danielle Shepherd and was VERY impressed with her professionalism, responsive emails and attention to detail and prompt payment. We recommend working with the community and would be very happy to work with them again. 5 stars and would 100% work with VCM again and hope we can serve their communities in the future.

    I did not have good experience with VCM for several years. However, things started to move in a positive direction with Adria Coats. She is awesome! Adria is the Community Association Manager. She is very sincere, approachable, and follows through on all the reported issues.

    I work with a lot of HOA companies daily and Vision Communities Management has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Eddie, specifically, helped me tremendously. I was in a huge bind, and I let Eddie know about my problems and he stopped everything he was doing to solve my issue/help me immediately. Most HOA companies I work with are very rude and not willing to help. This was not the case with VCM and Mr. Eddie. I wish all HOA management companies were as willing to help as VCM and Mr. Eddie are! Thank you again!

    We are a vendor annually for several VCM properties. We work with a LOT of different management companies for different property events. VCM, and Danielle Shepherd in particular, is by far the best and easiest to work with on events. The residents are always enthusiastic about their events and their Perception Managers. The facilities are always top notch, clean and well taken care of across the board. We have literally rearranged our schedules to make sure that we can fit in any event that Danielle and VCM brings us into... LOVE LOVE LOVE.

    This review is regarding an event this company held at Trails of Elizabeth Creek community. Oh my goodness, my 6 year old hasn’t stopped talking about it! The giant inflatable snow globe that kids had a “snowball fight” INSIDE of, Santa pics, kiddos included in singing, alllll the sweets, it was seriously a highlight of her month to the point I had to come write this. Thank you for providing such a cool core Christmas memory for my girl. I hope this is annual because she doesn’t forget anything!

    Claudia started working with our community recently and she has been wonderful. She is easy to talk to, good at explaining things and helpful at answering questions. I look forward to a long term relationship between our community and her.I removed a star bc as with any company, VCM has room for improvement. One thing I would like to see is consistency with the manager for the community. We have had at least 4 this year and it is tough to keep building rapport and explaining our community to new managers. Hopefully we have seen the end of that with Claudia.

    Anytime Ive had questions or concerns about notices from the HOA, they have been prompt in responding and answering my questions. Most recently I had a violation on my account for lawn maintenance, and I requested an extension beyond the due date as I was about to be fined, and Bryanna was able to hold the violation fine and give me a few extra days to remediate the violation. I really appreciate the quick response and help!

    I thought VCM did a great job managing our property. They were thorough in helping us making sure our financials were buttoned up, helped address landscaper issues and held everyone accountable to the CC&R the best that they could. They did a lot of heavy lifting in finding new landscapers and insurance companies and worked well with the original builder in trying to fix HOA issues/repairs.

    Being a vendor of for VCM, BlanketTop Theater has proudly our movie night services to many of the VCM communities for possibly more than 6-7 years with all the thanks going to the VCMs Perception Program. Specifically speaking, our PM Dannielle has provided amazing contributions to many of her properties of which many of her residents sincerely THANK US for coming out and doing our movie nights as well. :D It is very gratifying within itself. :D Her genuine concern, care, and attention to the detail that we require prior to providing our services is impetrative in having a successful and smooth event for an enjoyable and relaxing event for all the parties involved. Thank you for always being that girl and an additional thank you to all the other VCM PMs that have utilized our services. BlanketTop Theaters overall function is to get people out as an effort to create a connectivity amongst the residents and eventually creating the true definition of the word neighborhood. With the VCM Perception Program managers leading the way, in my opinion, the personal touch of the PMs and the program itself are an excellent contribution in making the world, if not specific communities at hand, a better place. :D :D Without your prior preparations and genuine concern, our event may not come out at flawless as we always anticipate.     Destiny Davis was absolutely rockstar. She is amazing, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.     I had an initial hiccup with VCM after a miscommunication caused me to miss notices and billing, BUT...I was able to coordinate with the team to get everything worked out. They allowed me to explain my situation and acknowledged the miscommunication between us. They were helpful in working through the special circumstance to help me get everything straightened out. Thanks to Maria and Dale for all their help. They were cordial, responsive and helpful.

    I live in the same community as another reviewer, Samuel Madden. He had a personal problem with VCM, and went out of his way to accuse them of theft and worse. They did Nothing Wrong!In fact, they resigned their contract with us because of his never-ending harassment.We found absolutely NO basis for his accusations, not truth to them either. Yes he did bring in a 3rd party to run a meeting. He sprung this on the Board and VCM at the meeting itself! So of course, he was turned down. Please note, Mr. Madden was NOT part of the board, and had no authority to bring anyone in or harass the management company.

    Mynette Deskin gets 5 stars! Almost an overachiever Mynette is thorough, efficient, dedicated, and caring. In my time on the board, this HOA has not had the comprehensive communications since last July when Mynette became our advocate.
