I had the pleasure of living at Villas at the Parks, and I can’t say enough good things about both the community and their exceptional team, especially Amanda Serrano. The apartments themselves are quiet, clean, and extremely safe. They are beautifully decorated and surprisingly affordable given the high level of care and maintenance that goes into the property.However, the real star of the community is Amanda. She is the heart and soul of Villas at the Parks. Amanda is genuinely one of the most kind, helpful, and considerate individuals I’ve ever encountered. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, valued, and supported. Whether it was handling maintenance requests quickly or providing thoughtful assistance with any concerns, Amanda always responded with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.Even after I moved out, Amanda continued to be incredibly supportive, demonstrating a level of care that is truly rare. Villas at the Parks is lucky to have someone so dedicated and compassionate on their team. Whatever you do, don’t ever lose her—Amanda is an invaluable asset and a true gem. Thank you for making my time there such a positive and peaceful experience!

Amanda is an AMAZING property manager. When I was moving in, she had everything ready for me in a timely manner, super clean and ready. Omar, who is maintenance, has been very attentive and ready to assist me in whatever I need in my apartment right away. I only planned to live here for a year but now I am considering to possibly stay longer as long as Amanda and Omar are still here.

Have lived here for 2 years. Pretty quiet, peaceful community and friendly neighbors. Haven’t had many issues especially with this being my first apartment complex. I’d recommend living here if you’re looking for affordable living and quiet.

I love these apartments! So clean, quiet, and calm, and its near to so many stores and restaurants! Very convenient.Ive also got nothing but positive things to say about the office personnel - they are very responsive and attentive! They get things done as quickly as possible and are just extremely professional.Overall, Ive had a great experience all around!

Ive been living here for going on 3 years, its a very nice property we have a little over 100 residents. Never had any issues with loud nose complaints or any type of bugs. The community is always clean they have a schedule day and time where they come and do yard work. They have recently made new upgrades to the property with is nice. Maintenance is quick they either come they same say or in the next day. This is a great property to live at.

I lived there from July 2021 - July 2022 and it honestly wasnt bad for the price and it was my first time leasing. Amanda was super helpful when it came to any issues, questions, or concerns I was having and maintenance always fulfilled request within 1-2 days. Parking was good if you dont reserve spot even late at night. Neighbors mostly kept to themselves and no one was really ever disturbing the community as far as I can remember.There were bugs but nothing extreme like an infestation or anything. The main entry gate was broken probably 50% of the time but the surrounding neighborhood didnt seem unsafe to me so it wasnt a huge concern. I will say that the washers and dryers sucked so if youre able to go somewhere else to wash your clothes its probably best to just avoid it. I never used the gym or pool so I cant really say anything about them.Overall I definitely wouldve renewed my lease if I wasnt moving out of state, this place is decent especially for the price!

The complex is guarded with great security and can certainly tell they care about the complex and it’s up keep. Our apartment was very clean and just as we expected. Amanda is always really helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. Moved in a few months ago and Amanda made everything easy with being knowledgeable and looking out for the residents. The apartment are clean, gated and the surrounding neighborhood is for the most part quiet. Overall has been a positive experience!

I’ve been living here since August and I am very pleased with my experience so far. It is very clean, the leasing office is very attentive of their residents experience, the community is very clean and you don even hear your neighbors. I feel completely safe and relax when I get home. I can walk freely through the community at night and feel safe of where I am at. Their is rarely ever any noise of any type, and I have never seen trash anywhere. Would recommend 120% to live here.

I’ve been living here since March of this year and so far it has been a great experience. There are so many good things to say about this place. For one the apartment itself is very nice and clean. They’re renovating the entire complex and the added features are great. Priced decently, monthly cost is one of the lowest I’ve seen in Arlington, with updates! Just can’t beat that. Neighbors are great, the front office staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. You can tell they truly care about the people living here and making sure everyone is safe. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues but they came by the very same day to fix the problem. With the virus epidemic going on things have been different from the norm but they have shown that they care by offering help to those in need.

It has been a pleasure living here!! Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful! Maintenance usually resolved work orders within 24 hours and my emails and calls to the office are tended to in a timely manner. Villas at the Parks is a nice, quiet, and small apartment complex. Perfect for first time renters or families. Going to miss living here!

I have been here for 10 years, I know everyone here and it just kills me anybody can put a review a review without living here, that Susan, Juanita and Ashley dont even live here, or that Susan says her daughter, people so mean.. this place is quiet, peaceful and the manager is a nice lady. This manager is better than all the ones we had before!! God is watching all of us and God do not like ugly tell the truth, this apartments are very nice and affordable

I love this quiet and small apartments. Its really nice being in a smaller apartment place - its easy to get to my apartment and I can park right in front. No stairs to climb and no upstairs people walking around like in my last apartment. My apartment is absolutely beautiful and I never thought I could afford to live in a place with granite or Quartz countertops. I really like the dark gray moulding and the beautiful tile in the shower. The flooring is all vinyl - beautiful and so easy to keep clean - no yucky carpet. The manager is really nice and she gave me a nice move in gift waiting on my counter when I moved in. I really feel like this is my forever home - so cozy and close to everything - lots of restaurants on Cooper St, at the Mall and at the Arlington Highlands right down the street. With everything being new I dont think Ill have maintenance issues anytime soon - I even have new air conditioning. Its like being in brand new apartments without the high price! I will definitely be telling my friends about this place.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and I have to say I really am loving it. Maria was who helped me with my application and walked me thru all the process and answered all my questions. She has amazing customer service. I saw a lot of good reviews about her when I was looking into the apartments she was a reason why I decided to go thru. I actually called the emergency maintenance line and Maria answered @ 10pm on a Sunday- two weeks after moving in (who told me she no longer works here, and yet she did her best to help and assist me, with the maintenance issue I was having) again she has AMAZING customer service. She didn’t have to stay on the line after I told her where I was calling from she could have hung up but she didn’t she stayed and helped me.Maintenance responds and handles request quickly, even after hours, or weekends. I had a small leak on the Sunday that I moved in and he came in the same day.Parking is more than enough, always some available. The gate is closed and working well so far. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I have not seen any bugs of any sort so far, and that’s a big plus for me since I hate roaches. The walls are thin. I can hear my neighbor connected to my apartment talking, and it’s not that they talk loud or yelling, i can also hear them going up and down the stairs. So far I’m loving it even with the two little maintenance issues, it’s a great place to start off for your first time. Super comfortable here.

I’m a new resident and I just wanted to say I love my apartment it’s super cute! I had a few MINOR issues and Maria (I’m not sure if she is the manager but wouldn’t be surprised if she is) has been AMAZING at getting someone the same day if not the exact moment we have the conversation to fix whatever it may be. I have seen Many families, singles, and couples that live here. It’s clean, quiet, and my neighbors are friendly. The maintenance guy that i have encountered has been so kind and alway gets the job done RIGHT AWAY which we all know with most apartment complexes is RARE! I’m very happy and i think if you are looking for a cute place that’s near EVERYTHING and AFFORDABLE this is the place for you. (:

Pros: Maria is great and always on top of things. Maintenance responds quickly and handles requests in a timely matter. Parking is sufficient, even late at night. The gate is usually closed and working. The complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I also like that it’s close to a lot of great restaurants, a mall, and you can find anything you need close by.Now for the reason why I can’t give 5 stars.Cons: The walls are soo thin. I can hear my neighbor connected to my bedroom coughing, sneezing, clearing their throat, and snoring! I can hear the neighbor connected to the kitchen singing, talking. It’s not that my neighbors are loud, it’s just the way the apartments were built.Also, I had a roach issue when I first moved in, but after a couple months that was cleared up and I haven’t seen a roach since. Pest control is on top of things and the apartment complex requires them to come in every couple of months it seems, even if you do not request. I guess these are things you have to deal with when renting from an older complex.Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, and this is one of the best apartment complexes that I’ve ever lived.

Amanda is such a sweet heart and very professional. yes the apartment is not perfect but knowing the management care that is enough for me. they have surveillance cameras everywhere and it makes me feel at ease most especially having kids. recently my car got towed wrongfully and first thing in the morning amanda called me and made sure to correct the mistake and even got me an Uber to get my car and refund the money I paid for the tow. I highly recommend try villas at the park . its quite place and near everything.

I love this place! Newly renovated apartments has all the nice touches with very helpful and kind staff! The apartment manager Maria is absolutely delightful and they have very capable maintenance! Also the apartments are conveniently located for the mall and everything else you could possibly need to get to!

Love Villas at the Parks, the new managers are extremely nice , cooperative and it doesnt take 10 phone calls/reminders that something needs fixing. One call and they respond and correct the problem. Since we have new management I see a better class of neighbors. It is a safer environment overall .
