I cannot recommend Claudia Gilbert highly enough. I had a very challenging experience with my previous realtor referred to me by my property management. Eight long months in and out of contract with my investment property idle, vacant, and bleeding cash.After firing my old realtor, I hired Claudia on the same week after seeing the amazing reviews on Google of this realty and interviewing her. She stepped in last December and changed my life. Due to a termination clause with my previous realtor, we couldn’t list until January. That month did not go to waste. Claudia did anything and everything to make sure my house was show-ready and marketable working with both my contractor and her connections so we’d have a strong launch January 1st.In just seven weeks, she expertly coordinated everything—from foundation & small home repairs to multiple open houses, marketing & showings—and provided insightful recommendations that accelerated the sale. I had showing appointments nearly every day. She did in seven weeks what my previous realtor couldn’t do in eight months. I am here to provide an honest review.Veronica has been very helpful every step of the way to buying my first home. She does not get tired or irritated with showing you homes. If you find more information or she does, she gets with you to figure out how to implement or how to fix things. Even in vacation, she was attentive. She was calling the loan officer, or the home counselor, while I was at work. She worked with my schedule to try and fit the closing date or the inspections with the builder. Now, it seems like I’m sucking up and getting paid for this, but that’s far from the truth. I think we need more honest people like her.
