Veracity managed a community where I served on the HOA Board and lived for about 6 years. Their consistent professionalism, reliability, and steady adherence to the community’s Governing Docs was highly effective and reassuring to me as a homeowner / board member. By the time I sold my property, the community’s appearance – and my property’s value – had improved significantly. Another key benefit of working with Veracity was their knowledge of evolving HOA regulations and community issues; they provide valuable guidance to their HOA Boards when modifications / enhancements to Governing Docs are needed. I cannot recommend Veracity highly enough!

We hired Veracity 7 years ago, and they saved our complex. They are expertly knowledgeable and competent in every aspect of property management, and are loyal to sensible fairness and truth. They are especially adept with legal and financial issues.Admirably, they have zero tolerance for nonsense, and will stop abusive vitriol in its tracks (Thank you Nicole). Their response to harassment or unreasonable demands is met with a professional Talk to the Hand, (or in their case the Lawyer) as they waste no time putting legal boundaries on verbal idiocy.If you want an intelligent, responsible management company that will fiercely protect the soundness of your property with unmatched mastery, then hire Veracity. If you want pushovers with no backbone then look elsewhere, because you cant scare Veracity with bully tactics or fool them with blame for your mistakes. They dont set the dues, they collect them.Personally, Vic and Lori are brilliant, kind, and humorous. They serve their industry and clients in a selfless capacity as if they answered a calling. We will keep them employed forever, as we have never had a company serve us so well. Veracity did a Great job managing the property I live at. I have lived here 16 years and have seen many management companies come and go. Lori and Julie did an Awesome job dealing with the different personalities here. It is A thankless job, but I want to give them a big ole THANK YOU

Veracity Inc. became the management company of Cambridge Park Condominiums approximately 8 months ago. When they came they really made a difference in my community .In two months I start noticing a difference. First far most unpaid HOA fees that total of $150,000.00 + was brought down to less than 10%. After doing that I begin seeing things that was way overdue for repairs such as pot holes fixed , surveillance cameras installed, new temporary roof on one of the bldgs. I can continue going on to say the other things thats been accomplished but its just to many to mention. Thank you Nicole Foley and her support staff @ Veracity Inc. for your hard work.

Veracity contracted with me a few years ago to waterproof 20 second floor patios at one of the properties they manage. I truly appreciated the way they do business. The expectations and job parameters were laid out prior to any work being done. I was also surprised that they even provided the materials. Payment was received swiftly after invoicing.

They are a pleasure to work with. Always on top of things. Putting in the extra time when needed like with the recent tornados here in North Texas. They were in contact with the board immediately to see what we needed. Had the landscapers and others to check for damage and clean up. Just hands down a great company as a whole. Are community has grown a lot since we took Veracity on miny years back. Looking forward to the years with Veracity to come.
