From the time I made the initial call to inquire about availability, the leasing specialist was extremely professional, polite, patient, informative, and accommodating. Juliet guided me through the processes smoothly and communicated extensively to make sure every detail was handled prior to move-in. When I came by to tour the apartment and property, Juliet went the extra mile to show me the perfect floorplan and orient me to the beautiful grounds. Moving day arrived and Juliet was, once again, outstanding. She provided guidance about all of the amenities and explanations about how the gates, mailboxes, thermostats, garbage pick-up, and pool hours worked. Her ability to set my mind at ease on a stressful day was terrific. She is an exemplary member of the Venterra team. The other team members I interacted with were fantastic, too; always pleasant and ready to answer questions for me. Im very glad I chose Tuscany Lindbergh as my new home.

Friendly, helpful office staff. Work order turnaround decent, could show some improvement in that area. Maintenance workers however, are always friendly and courteous.. Overall, a good place to stay.. Apartments themselves are nice on the inside, desperately needs a paint job on the outside.

12 years ago me and my wife decided to make Timber Mill Apartments our lifelong residence. I recommend Timber Mill Apartments and Ventura Realty a place for a family to call home. The manager Brenda is the most friendliest person and caring. Brenda and her staff always go above and beyond the call of duty to help a resident. Maintenance is five star they fix things in a timely manner and make sure it’s done right the first time. The amenities are also five star. So we are looking for a place to call home for you and your family please choose Timber Mill Apartments. It’s the best choice me and my wife have made. I am pretty sure you and your family will be happy here.

The moving process is super stressful but Lisa made it so much easier here at Westover Oaks in San Antonio, TX. Completely planned our move in and worked with us when it came to flexing the date back a couple of days. She helped me surprise my wife and went above and beyond in making sure we loved our new home. She was like a friend I had known for years and made me feel welcome into the community. Thank you so much Lisa you’re an absolute blessing!

My husband and I live in the Riverbend Apartment complex. We have never been happier than we are to be at this “home” of ours. The management team are more like rock stars…they always help when needed. The Office team is always smiling and you can feel they genuinely care about their residents.

Love it here at Riverbend. The amenities, staff and the community events make living here feel just like home. I lost my wallet walking to my car one rough morning. By the time I noticed and was about to start canceling my cards, I was notified by management that they found it. This experience makes me feel overjoyed that there are still good people.

I would like too say Blanca and Kim they are wonderful I don’t know the new young lady name but she’s very sweet and also very helpful. I can truly say they work hard to make sure our property is nice and safe. And once again The maintenance guys they are so amazing. I would most definitely recommend this place. And it’s peaceful here I can sit on my balcony in peace.

Villas Continental in Orange ParkFlorida is an wonderful place to live! The apartments are spacious with covered porches and plenty of storage space. The neighborhood is safe. Theres easy access to tennis, boating, swimming, biking, running and walking. However, its more of an active adult environment than an environment for children because there is no playground and you have to join the next-door country club to access the swimming and tennis.

This is my 4th year living at a Venterra property, and I’m currently at Riverbend in League City. When I had to move from my first Venterra property, I only looked at other Venterra places because they do take care of their tenants, and I liked how easy it was to look for an apartment online. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and the management staff at Riverbend - Darlene, Keisha and Christian are friendly and professional and always very responsive when I have a question or concern. The maintenance team is awesome, and they are usually able to resolve my issue the same day. It’s a great place to live!

I have to give praises to San Palmilla apartments and huge praises to Kassandra! The moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile and warm welcome! Kassandra is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was great to explain my options and followed up with me.They apartments are well kept and Kassandra continues to greet people with a big smile and always on top of any needs or questions I might have.I made a great choice moving into San Palmilla.Thanks for Kassandra for such a great experience!

Well, Im coming up on my 1 year anniversary living @ San Palmilla/ Webster, and Im still just excited, as I was when I first came..This a Great place to live....My leasing agent is Kassandra, and she has been AWESOME !!!, since day 1 !!! Every question has been answered, any maintenance requests has always been completed, in a timely manner...Overall, the entire staff have been Great...I would rate San Palmilla a 10, and would, and have recommended this place to friends and family....Keep up the good work...Love too all the staff....Dale

We had a great time at Tuscany . The apartments are well maintained, pretty with lot of greenery around and the management is excellent. They are warm , helpful and kind. Juliet specifically , is so helpful and nice. I would recommend anyone to live at Tuscany if they want the best experience of living in the area.

Stumbled upon Venterras Westover Oaks location and was excited about the options presented and the luxurious amenities. The team there was a blast to talk with, especially Lisa, and did an excellent job to work with my timeline for moving. If every one of Venterras properties are managed like this one I will always go to their locations first when moving.

What can I say…Kassandra has literally saved my rental life. I had a unique situation in which I’m entering litigation with another property I previously was a tenant at. I cold called the property and set an appointment to view the property when the best experience of my life happened. Kassandra is so well versed in the culture of San Palmilla and the Venterra management company in general. She literally sold me on tenant living on the 4th floor and that says a lot. Venterra management should be so very proud and esteemed to have her as an employee. The warm and caring approach to treating me as if I’m apart of an ecosystem of respect and phenomenal tenant living. I’m very thankful and owe a debt of gratitude to the San Palmilla staff especially Kassandra. I’m looking forward to I and my Dog son Kilian on having a great living culture and I owe it all to you Kassandra Thankyou and God Bless you and your family!!!!

Great property and equally the costumer service by lisa at the rental offoice is cery warm and friendly from the beginning made me feel like apart of a family bu the way i was greates and made to feel welcome got me a cold glass of water and explained the amenities and layout of the property and had answers to all my questions.Really cant waitcto move in next week .. awesome

Live here since 2007 it was owned by an individual owner,since then at least we have the Property change hands and managers and is at present not near what it was.Ammenities are in poor condition so is quiet and clean surroundings.Special attention is given to probe residents are always wrong.
