I have lived at Lake Villas for almost a year and a half now and love it here! Office and Maintenance staff are wonderful!! They will help make the movin process as easy as they can. I recommend do a tour of the grounds if you are thinking about moving here if you can. The Maintenace guys are very prompt and get the job done right. Normally it is very quiet here but just like anywhere there are a few bad seeds.

I live at Firewheel Town Village. I love my home and I have no desire to move.Everyone always writes about the property and the staff. I am writing my review about our Maintentance department. It consist of 3 very talented, friendly, caring and funny people. Jimmy, Billy, and Nickley.We depend on these people. You may see them in the halls or checking the outside. If you need something they are on it. I am onethat is always asking for help. If they are busy they tell you! If they have a min they will pop in.I know I am babbling and I apologize. Bottomline is we have the best team we could ask for theyre , friendly, kind, fun. Thank you for allowing them to remain part of our community.

Happily revising my review! Although it’s taken a while to get my deposit back, once I got hold of someone at the corporate office, the issue was resolved very quickly. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful and Mr Galloway overnighted the cheque to me and apologized for the delay.

I have never felt more at home anywhere than I do at Northpoint villas! Staff is great! Maintenance is absolutely amazing and gets to you the same day… where else can you say that? This property is always so clean and well kept. The ladies in the office are very kind when you go in to ask questions. It’s the kind of community people search for, I’ve just been lucky enough to find it.

I love living here and have never had 1 problem with any neighbor, office staff, mail delivery, etc. The apartments are pretty spacious. The pool is nice and never too crowded and overall clean.We will be renewing our lease for another year.

Searching for my new place to call home, and I think Ive found it.Marcy, at the Stone Canyon location was so informative. Every question and concern I had about the property was answered. I left feeling great about my visit/ decision. She left no stone unturned.The property is stunning and looks to be well-maintained. The residents I saw visiting the office seemed happy here. Appears to be a quiet, peaceful place.

Ive been living at Encore at Hometown for approximately one year. Eira and her team are professional and kind. They go out of their way to address any concerns or needs that are requested. They handle everything in an efficient and effective manner. I love the sense of community and the events they have scheduled to get to meet all of the neighbors. They are diligent at keeping the property clean and beautiful. I didnt think I will ever call any place else a home as wonderful at this.

I recently started touring apartments in the Arlington area. South Point Villas was by far the best property I visited. It is a gated community and I was impressed with the garage option. The property was clean and staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

They took their time to answer all of my questions and provided a tour of the beautiful property. I have worked in the property management industry for many years and have never experienced such a pleasant experience. I cant wait to call this property my home!

I have lived at Heritage Village in hurst for 3 years, some of my favorite things about living here I the emotional support from the residents and management. I love the planned activities and parties, the indoor swimming pool. Another great benefit is having the senior center and braums with great food and groceries. We are also conveniently located to all the shopping destinations u can think of. I pray I never have to move out of here

I visited NorthPoint Villas recently and was pretty impressed with the office and maintenance staff. The property was very clean and well taken care of. I’m highly considering moving there! Ask for Maria, Evelyn, or Jazmin! They’re all very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions efficiently, they really know their property.

I visit friends on a regular basis at Heritage Village and have noticed nothing but positivity in the staff and residents. I am always greeted warmly by Lesa, Nancy and Ariana in the office then again by Abook, Jorge and Franklin in the halls. You can tell they really care for the people who live there and it shows!

The Arden Terrace is my second Valiant property and Ive been here 4 years. Im currently moving to the other side of town and I will be resigning with valiant due to the service and attention to detail. Ive had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond. The property itself is gorgeous. If I wasnt moving I would be here for another 4 years. I absolutely love this company and this property. The ArdenTerrace.

I have lived at heritage village in Hurst tx for almost 3 years now, I love the management here. I have made a lot of friends throughout the years. I enjoy walking at the park that is conveniently close. One thing I like about it here is it is always very clean and organized. Everyone in the office is always so helpful.

I want to give thanks to the office team at Arden Greenwood which includes Patrick, Tanya, Amanda, Daniel(maintenance supervisor) and maintenance crew for providing excellent customer service and professionalism during the recent fire that involved one of the buildings I had resided in. They all were very kind and supportive.I also want to give praise to Patrick on how calm he was and how he kept a smile and positive attitude during this tragic event. He worked hard and stayed late on the property to offer any assistance and support to the residents who were affected by the fire.This is what I call an A-team and they all deserve all the recognition!!!

Update March 2024. My review at this time is that HERITAGE VILLAGE HAS RETURNED TO A GREAT PLACE.Many amenities are important to us; but at the top is our on-site personnel. Our new year has a full complement of friendly, helpful team members. Because of all , we have the amenities, social activities, and the maintenance to make us comfortable.Because I am confident with our team, I renewed my lease.Please come and meet Lesa, Nancy, Arianna, Jorge, Franklin, Abuk, and our residents.

I recently moved into the Artisan. You can tell that they really care about their residents. I was told by the doctors that my mom didn’t have long and as you can imagine I was an emotional wreck. Venus in the front office prayed with me, cried with me, and offered a payment plan so that I could pay for my mom’s health care and pay my rent. Without them I don’t know what I would do. I love the artisan and consider them all family. I’m thankful for them.

I moved to silver springs Apts in July of 2023...I was told that certain things would be done to the apt before move in ...and they were never done...now were into feb.2024 and they still havent replaced my dishwaser....orwalls damaged by flood....the parking lot drains into my apt. A 90 degree piece of pipefixs the whothing....and they wont fix it...shame shame shame.....I would like to say that all of the issues were rectified..Thanks to Miss Diana and Melissa...ty so much

UPDATE: I just want to update that i was finally contacted by Manager Celest. She was super sweet and professional. Was able to get my mail and maintenance gave me my mailbox key and fixed my leak. Celest even followed up with me today to ensure i received my key. Said they will be back next week to complete the other repairs. Took the anxiety out of me as i was worried about important mail en route and i had no key. I really appreciate resolving my main issues quickly. Once the rest of the repairs are done, Ill update to 5 stars. Thank you for responding and resolving the big issues.Ive been here for almost 2 weeks and have paid over 3k for rent and deposit and I have a list of repairs along with roach infestations and hole under my leaking sink where most of the pests are coming from.... also i dont know if they have termites as the bottom of the sink cabinets look like saw dust...no lightbulbs in ceiling fans....no working smoke detector and i have mail in the mailbox per USPS notification and Im still waiting on mailbox key! The washer connections leaks so i cant wash and there is still a hole in one of the bedrooms. They were listed under another management company when i saw the posting for vacancies, it wasnt until i applied that i noticed that management company name. Boy do I i researched Valiant before applying. Havent heard back from management in over a week and Ive reached out numerous times. Totally unprofessional. I see i will have to submit a complainant with the city.
