    I have been a commercial real estate broker for 36 years residing in the Austin area. I hired Adam Schiller with Valcor to lease a space for a retail l center my family owns in Boerne. Adam is amazing. I have told him on several occasions that he a better broker than myself. Honest, Hard working, and responsive. I say responsive because I find a lot of brokers dont get back to you in timely manner. He would call me or e-mail on weekends/evenings. For this virgin restaurant owner I couldn’t have been more fortunate to have been in the patient hands of Priscilla Aguilar and Yvonne Jenson at Valcor.Both of these CRE professionals (see? Yet another acronym) are laser focused, concord-speed responsive to me and my fellow tenants at any hour, on any day for all issues regardless of perceived urgency. I was exceedingly impressed on how Valcor repeatedly partnered with my own Trades with the same level of warmth and professionalism as if they were dealing with me directly.It was a sad day recently when our property was decoupled from Valcor to another firm representing the owners. It was not lost on me that, during the understandable transitional bumps, that Valcor was equally as supportive when the new firm initially couldn’t find their way. One could say they did this post-transition because I’m a potential future client, which is true. However, their altruism to me was palpable while remaining supportive of the new firm when they could’ve easily written me off or disparaged the new organization. #impressive.It will be a distinct pleasure for me to partner with Valcor again on my future projects.
