The vacation rentals are super accommodating, clean, and beautiful! I absolutely loved renting them, they had everything we needed! The managers are very attentive and friendly, definitely an all around great experience! 😊

I cant say enough good things about these folks. I live in DFW and own two properties in Rockport. They take care of everything for me. They take care of all the bookings and communication with all of our guests and keep me up to date on anything that may need to be replaced and help facilitate any work that I may need done. They have their own cleaning crew and theyre very particular as to who they hire to clean. They have our properties listed on several platforms and have earned us Superhost status on Airbnb multiple quarters in a row. While a lot of property owners have a hard time with vacation rentals during the winter months, they keep mine booked even during those months.My guests consistently leave 5 star reviews, not only for the properties but for the 5 star service this company provides.If youre a vacation property owner looking for someone that will maximize your rental potential or someone looking for a vacation rental for your next family vacation, I highly recommend them!

My experience with VacayStay and Play was awesome. Great location , and not to far from the beach and foods . Super clean and all organized. Love it . Will for sure stay with them again .
