I rented a house from them for 2 years. Did not have many issues with the house and when there was an issue the process was easy for repair and they responded in a timely manner. The office staff is so nice and friendly.! The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. I highly recommend renting from them.

I haven rented a home for two years from this company and want to share I have had a wonderful experience leasing from urban asset management. When I’ve had a maintenance issue always quick to respond and if I ever move back to Dallas I’ll be looking them up for rental availability. Thank you Urban Asset Management!! Will miss my little house!

I have been in my leased home since May 2016. Since the time upon signing my lease to any concerns on my home, their customer service have exceeded my expectations. Any problems are quickly resolved, from my AC being replaced to my light switches being tested. Lauren is literally a text away for me for any issues. When my ac went out in the middle of the summer she went above and beyond to get me a temporary ac window unit. She made sure the technician arrived and replace my unit without a long delay! I will continue to rent this home as long as they will have me!

I’ve been a tenant in a property managed by Urban Assets Management for 3 years now. The employees in the last 3 years have been awesome! Any maintenance issue have been addressed promptly, if I have any kind of issue with logging into the tenant portal they’re very helpful in resolving it. Even if I forget my password , someone is always willing to assist me. The portal is great too . It’s convenient and easy to navigate. Christian is awesome, she’s super friendly and professional. You’ll never get attitude , or feel as though you’re inconveniencing her. If she tells you something , you can bet on it .

So I have been in the same property now since 2013. The majority of the time has been spend with urban asset management. I can say it’s been a constant up bill battle with the property owner. He resides out of the country and is often difficult to get in touch with. That being said the staff has always been professional and helpful. Their response time to get the problem addressed is always quick it’s the owner that takes their time. All things considered they’ve been great to work with. When my oven went out a few years ago the owner of urban asset management actually came out and she delivered and set up the new oven. My only complaints are with the property owner not the management company.

We have multiple rental properties in Dallas and they have been effectively managed by Urban Asset Management for several years. We do not live in the Dallas area and they make being a long distance landlord a breeze. They are always responsive and have done an amazing job getting long term tenants in our houses.

I recently had my carpet replaced and it was much better than I expected. The color and quality are what I would put in my own home if I owned it. In addition, the carpet guys. they were very professional, courteous, and quick. I would recommend them.

The Urban Asset Management team has been stellar in providing services. I really cannot say enough about what they have done for me in managing my properties and the genuine care they have provided me as a customer. First, I had an irrigation drain that needed to be repaired they came out assessed the problem, found a solution and then made the repair. Second, I had an indoor air conditioning unit problem under warranty from the company I purchased it from, they managed and arranged to meet the repair guy, set the repair expectations with him and assured it was completed to my expectations, and didnt charge me anything for that call. Finally, and this was amazing, I had 1.5 days notice to be at a customers site in SF, so, I packed as much as I could in the house I was living in, called UAM - the team at UAM, arranged movers to move my belongings to storage, prepare this house for rental, and had it on the market and showing within a week. Fantastic team approach to property managing.Since hiring UAM, and because of the amount of travel I do for my job, I have not had one worry about my properties. Also, access and response from UAM is fantastic. I can access the portal anywhere I have an internet connection, Instant Message the UAM team, checked deposits, repair and maintenance reports and get updates.The UAM team has exceeded my expectations and just a great group of people that have earned my trust and respect.
