The maintenance staff is AMAZING. They are punctual, knowledgeable, multi-talented, and always attend to my requests. In addition, when I give a specific time for them to come into my apartment, they always arrive at the exact time and eager to help. I have lived in my property since August 2022 and I am an extremely happy tenant. It’s a lovely place to live and the location is fantastic!

Immanuel and Sylvia were super helpful and kind when I visited the office for a tenant account issue! The maintenance team is also pretty quick with response. I am giving 4 stars for now since my lease is not over yet, but so far into the year the realty has resourceful staffs and good communication!

I have been here for two years and have just signed another lease for a third! I’m from Austin born and raised, but I have lived in many apartments all over the country! I have interacted with quite a range of property managers, but I must say that the management team at University Realty has been my favorite by far.Jana and her team have always been incredibly kind, supportive, and generous with their time and availability for my questions and needs. They are quick, efficient, and thoughtful! I have found that a little kindness goes a long way (property management often being a thankless job) and I have felt truly taken care of both as a tenant and as a person, which is incredibly rare when it comes to this type of work. The “Fix It” team has also been REALLY great - JR has been especially helpful and generous both with his effort and time along with his sweet demeanor!Overall, I have had an excellent experience with everyone at UR. I know how difficult this type of work is and I know how easy it is to forget to say thank you when things go right. So…from this little tenant, thank you 😇 Thank you for your patience, your endurance, and all of the hard work you put in to make sure we are all taken care of. Your attentiveness and care have made a big difference in my life after a really difficult year, and for that I am truly grateful.I look forward to sharing another year with y’all and this wonderful apartment! Im so grateful for the team at University Realty for helping me with the leasing process, and getting me moved in quickly and easily! Everyone was very communicative and responsive to my questions, and more than helpful with assisting me through this process! With a move in date that changed to be sooner than expected, they really helped me out with getting me housed and safe, and I am so grateful to Barbara, Jana, and Thomas!

Management is much better than people are giving them credit for. Michel Issa is incredibly understanding, in fact, the whole office is empathetic if you genuinely ask for help and explain a situation. Ive never had maintenance be unable to quickly fix an issue, and theyre also incredibly friendly and polite. they respond to emails quickly and thoroughly explained answers to any questions. Will be sad to leave the management company when my lease is up in a few months!

I live in one of University Realtys properties now, and the staff at the leasing company has been super helpful!! Our washer broke over the weekend and they had somebody there in two days. Super quick and they had it fixed the same say they got there. :)

This is my 2nd year with University Realty and I actually think they do a really great job considering how many properties they manage, the quick turnover rate of leases in the area & the amount of college students they deal with who are renting for the first time. As soon as I step into the office Im seen or spoken to immediately. The people working there are very nice & professional, especially Nicole. Every time I submit a maintenance request, they send someone the next business day almost every time. And the maintenance guy is extremely nice (even though his English isnt perfect he tries very hard) and he works very quickly! Im happy with them considering other property managers Ive dealt with around campus. As long as you keep records of your payment everything goes smoothly.

I was very afraid when I read the reviews here. We signed the lease and then later on saw the reviews. I was awaiting my impending doom and to having a really bad first year at west campus.I was pleasantly surprised. The first day we moved in, I wrote four maintenance requests. I have seen ever single request fulfilled and I am happy with the result of each. The place was very clean when we moved in. Granted the walls were a different color than they should have been, but thankfully I liked it.Perhaps the company has had a bad run in the past and they are working to make improvements. Im not sure. But all I can say is that I am very happy so far, and if things keep going this way I feel that this year will be a good one :)

I lived at Delphi from 2016 to 2019 and loved it. The management was great, always very friendly and informative. I remember that when we initially got the apartment I asked for a floorplan and they didnt have one, which was weird and annoying. But other than that I only had positive experiences. And the maintenance was really great at Delphi, everything was fixed very promptly as far as I can remember! Way better than other places I have rented from. Would definitely recommend! Even though it wasnt great that were required to have professional cleaning and show the receipt but got charged for cleaning afterwards anyhow (and the apartment was super clean). but it wasnt a huge charge.

University realty has honestly been one of the most professional and understanding property management companies ive been with. Ive lived in their property for about 3 years and have never had issues. The financial strain of covid affected my business and it was a relief to know they were there to help, work with me and give me options. Jana is who i work with directly and she was extremely helpful, patient and professional! Highly recommended 👌

I have been living at one of their properties for over an year now and it has been a good experience so far.1. Monthly Rent is less as compared to other Realty companies,specially when comparing prices in & around downtown,University area.2. No hidden charges or fees.3. Good Maintenance support.4. Properties are located in some of the most convenient location in Austin.I would say visit some of their properties,if you are going to UT or working in downtown and want to stay close to downtown

We worked with Bryan to lease our home in Brentwood, and have had a wonderful experience with him and University Realty as a whole! Our rental is very ‘vintage’ (built in the 1940’s) so it’s had a couple of small quirks. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive and thorough! We hope to stay in this house and with University Realty for many years to come!

This management company took over our property just over a year ago. They have been very understanding and replaced my 40 year old AC unit when I first complained about it. Quick responses and very professional. Hopefully theyll take rent payments online sometime soon!

I would just like to say university realty as been excellent and provides good customer service especially Jana. I recommend staying at any of the properties that this company manages. The pandemic had put a strain on me financially and they were willing to help a great deal.
