    I have lived here for 3 years now and it is by far the best apartment complex I have ever stayed at, the staff at the front office are super sweet and very helpful. When ever we have had any problems the front office and maintenance staff will have the issue resolved and fixed in a timely manner! 10/10 will definitely recommend to my friends!

    I have had the best experience staying here. Not only is maintenance really good with work orders , the office staff Temera, Angel and Brooke are so sweet and helpful !! I am definitely renewing my lease ! :)

    I’ve been living in a 1bed,1bath unit since Aug 21. The only train thing I was disappointed with about this complex was that you only have washer and dryer hookups in units bigger than 1x1! I absolutely hated having to wash my clothes in the community laundry that you have to pay for with a specific card they give you. The laundry facility right next to my unit has been closed the entirety of my stay so I had to walk to a farther one to use. Now for the good things, the RENOVATED unit was beautiful. Even had brand new floors installed right before I moved in which was awesome. For the roach concerns everyone else has reported, I saw just one within my 9 months of living here. This complex was perfect for me as a student! With that being said, if you can afford it & there availability absolutely choose a RENOVATED unit. 2 closets, a nice new carpet, & a decent size living & dining room space. Staff was always helpful & nice to me though I didn’t visit the office that often. If you are a student looking to stay for just a short period this complex works just fine for the time you’re here! Not a whole lot to complain about!

    Been living here for 7 months and it’s been great. When I’ve had a problem Brooke, Temera, and Angel have always helped me. The price is good and utilities are consistent.

    My son recently moved into University Club apartments and we couldn’t be happier so far. The unit was very clean, friendly neighbors introduced themselves the first day, and the maintenance person immediately replaced the lock in the door when the key didn’t work. After a previous experience with a large apartment complex in town I honestly wasn’t expecting much. This is an older complex but it’s been incredibly well maintained. The location is great.

    I am currently a resident here. I moved from a different state . I heard about the history of this place after I moved in. I honestly have not had any issues with living here. Tamera and Alyssa in the office O My GOD are amazing. They have gone and above for my family. Any question or concerns i have had they have fixed or taken care of on the spot. Its quite. On the weekends it can be a little loud but it is a college town and these apartments are mostly college students. It is NOT at ALL as bad as it could be. The rent isnt bad at all for what you get. I have a townhouse. The only on going issue that has been is with the hot water. Everytime tho they have got it working pretty fast. There is 4 laundry rooms on property but only one washer works in the big one. So I gave it 4 stars only cause of the above mention issues and there are some personal issues i have but all and all I will be signing a second lease.

    My name is Michael. Ive been living here for four years, and this place is Amazing!!! The management is awesome! The rates are wonderful! DONT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! They usually come from tennants who dont pay their rent. Those of us who have been here a long time have caught on to this. If you dont consider living here, and you need a place to live.... youre an idiot.

    I am currently renting from them and my AC went out one day and by the time I had gotten home the office was closed so I called the emergency maintenance number and he came and gave me a window unit and the very next day my AC was fixed. Amber and Taylor are two of my favorites in the office. They are absolutely outstanding and always friendly. Love any interaction I have with them. Outstanding.

    LOVE the girls in the office!! Always nice, super sweet and always ask me about how my life is. Since the day I moved in (2 months ago) they have been on top of every issue, let me know right away when I have packages, I was out of town for a few days longer than expected. I called the office to see if they could feed my cat. Not only did they feed my cat, they ran my dishwasher, took my trash out, and changed my cats litter box lol. I thanked them not expecting that kind of service and they stated its ok weve done this thing before for tenants. They were just wanting me to know that everything would be ok in my apartment while I was gone and take as long as I needed. THAT WAS AMAZING TO ME!!

    I love it here! Im in the middle of town, walking distance to every thing!! New management has done allot of changes for the better! Its very peaceful! I have no problems once Ive lived here!

    Great place to live! The location is close to SFA & a ton of restaurants. Their rates are affordable, & the management/maintenance staff have always been friendly & on top of everything!

    Absolutely loved the staff and atmosphere here!!! Any questions I had were promptly answered and very helpful....I would strongly suggest giving them a visit if you’re looking for a place in Nacogdoches!
