If you plan to rent in College Station or Bryan, go through this company. I’ve had many bad experiences through other leasing companies but United has been nothing but pleasant and helpful. Jennifer is very responsive and was so nice in helping me get whatever I need figured out! Can’t recommend them enough.

This is a very nice, no frills apartment complex. Beautiful apartment with nice high end counter tops and appliances. Really appreciate the gas stove. Easy to sign lease documents, pay rent and put in maintenance request. They didn’t try to shaft you for your deposit upon move out. They could improve by letting new residents, who might be first time renters, know to submit a maintenance request at move in to fix anything not up to par. We only had a loose toilet paper holder and towel rack that we actually could have fixed on our own.

I really love my new apartment. Joanne was the one who showed us this Rental property. She was very patient with us and waited until we choose our property with full satisfaction. The apartment was just like what I wanted and that too for a best price ever in College Station. Bigger kitchen, more storage, private patio and many more for just my previous apartment price. I dont know why they have very less review. Honestly they deserve 5 stars. Initially I had few small issues which they fixed very promptly the same week and emergency issue on the same day. Move in was very easy and smooth and all the staffs were very friendly. Mr. Jacob was so friendly and understood all our requirements and helped us fix it immediately. They have a dedicated team, so please have some patience and approach them if you have any issues. They are definitely taking so much effort to resolve the problems. Altogether, Im so excited for my new Home and hopefully a future resident with United Realty. I would definitely suggest them to my friends.

We’ve been renting our house through United Realty for about year and a half now. I can tell that they’re really trying their best to make things better primarily leasing and maintenance requests. Their property managers, especially Macy, are the best in communication and addressing our problems and concerns. Joanna n Josh are a nice sweet couple who helped us through the leasing process.We had a problem with our dishwasher that took weeks to solve without securing a temporary solution. We had a water leak in the city line that sky rocketed our bills, they only compensated less than 30% of what they’re supposed to pay. I believe these problems are due to the upper management who sets the policies which seems stingy.Except these two problems, they were very good. I won’t forgot how they took our problem seriously when our AC failed during the winter storm of 2020.Overall, I recommend them to others. Hopefully the management improves too. I’m seeing continuous improvement in their business with time.

United Realty has been great to work! We needed to find a great home and at a great price price. First off, I spoke with Swany but she runs the selling/buying but she directly connected us with Joanne who is in charge of renting. She has been NOTHING SHORT OF WONDERFUL!Throughout our whole search process she showed us multiple homes without hesitation (and it is only so much harder during a pandemic but she tried to show us what she could) she would then follow up directly and even answered some of my questions later that night even if it was late.Her prompt response and help allowed us to find a perfect small family home in a wonderful neighborhood!I just hope the maintenance team is just as wonderful as she is. We have been in our new place just about a month but we have been in and out of town so much we haven’t been able to submit our work requests yet. We will do so by the end of this week and see how things go!Our one major issue that we wanted addressed right away upon move in was that one small area of the fence was worn down and it looked like it could have fallen over. We have a dog and we wanted to make sure she had space and freedom to roam in the backyard so we wanted this fixed ASAP for her safety. We went in to the office to get this done. No more than a day or so later we came back and noticed that it was fixed! If the rest of our stay with our lease is as smooth as it has been so far, I can honestly say use United and trust them to find you a great place! You won’t be disappointed!

I have lived in 2 apartments under this leasing company. Its been pretty fine so far, Theyre a little slow when it comes to non emergency work orders, since I put in a work order to fix the dishwasher but no one has gotten back to me on it. The previous places fence was not latching and they took a few weeks to come fix it. Other than that though its been a good company to lease from. They didnt try to gouge out my security deposit like other companies have. Id recommend leasing from here.

I’m currently renting through United and the staff is always friendly and professional. If you ever have issues with the property or have to put in work orders their response time is always prompt. Between my realtor, and United Realty, I find it hard to find searching for a new place to live, easier anywhere else. Every step of the way, United was responsive, understanding, and more than willing to work with me. Even after move in, I have been contacted about things on my move in sheet, so that they can make sure I am 100% happy with my place. It wasnt even things I felt needed to be correct, just that I wanted to make sure was noted, so that I wouldnt be liable for when moving out. Because we know there are plenty of companies out there, capitalizing on just that. Literally the morning after I had dropped off the form(on a holiday), they had contacted me to fix these things. Again, noting, that none of these things were issues at all. It made me feel that much more confident, renting from United.

It had been over 15 years since I had leased a property and was very nervous about leasing from a company other than my own but I needed something quick when our house sold faster than we anticipated. We signed a lease with United Realty and they exceeded my expectations with their online systems, prompt responses on every maintenance request, and the property manager, Macy, responded quickly every time I contacted her. United Realty was professional from start to end and I felt that they handled not only all of my needs but the needs of the owners of the property very well. Property Management is a thankless job. You typically only hear from the people that are dissatisfied with something so I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you United Realty for a great tenancy in a great house while we were building our new one. It was a great experience and I will be sure to recommend you to others looking for management services or looking to lease.

I just starting leasing through United, and so far it has been a great experience. My kids and I found a place that is in a great location at a price point that is just what I was looking for. When I was looking, Joanne was very helpful and responsive and she was super patient with me as I was trying to narrow down my choices and hit a few unexpected roadblocks along the way. When we moved in, the house was exceptionally clean and there were a couple of minor things that still needed to be taken care of but overall, we are happy with our experience!

I have nothing but excellent and straightforward dealing with United. Ive worked with them about 18 years... I rented from them as a graduate student at A&M... I rented when I came back and I am now a homeowner of a rental property they have managed for seven years. I came by to inspect the house after about five years and they had done an amazing job of upkeep and maintenance. The house looked basically as I had left it. And during that time they have been very good in communicating with us, weve had to negotiate and go back and forth on an issue of two but thats reality! But we always came to an amiable resolution. Nothing is perfect, but if you are able to work and set expectations and communicate... then United is a wonderful company to do business.

We are very happy for our new home. I think we found a right place within our budget. It is not only cheap, but also comfortable with well organized rooms, a big back yard, good position and quiet environment. Although the installed furniture in the kitchen and bathrooms are old, they still works great, inside and outside of the unit are clean. It is also really helpful for us that water and lawn mowing are included in the leasing. Office staffs are very responsive and caring. Joanne helped us to find this home after she showed us a couple of others. She worked hard and very responsive and caring throughout of the processing.

Truthfully I do not share the same opinion if the soured reviews. Since signing my contract almost 7 months ago with United reality, it has been such a breeze. Connie was our agent and she helped me complete a full application and needed documents within a full day. From viewing the house to having it as officially ours it took maybe two full days. In addition, lawn care was provided in our rent and they have been out like clockwork and help to maintain the curb appeal of our property. The house also, had fresh carpet the day of move in and was such a great experience all the way around. My husband and I are very happy tenants with them and recommend any that come our way to look into their properties.

The application process was simple, and they sent complete information about the move-in process making everything go very smoothly.When we moved in there were a few minor issues with the residence (as can be expected in a 30 year old dwelling that had last been rented to male college students). Within a couple of hours of turning in our Move-In Inventory form (before I could even submit a work order), Jacob reached out to us about the issues that needed fixing. Within a week almost every one had been taken care of. I highly recommend United Realty.

When reading reviews, keep in mind that most people only create a review when they had a bad experience, and want others to know about the experience. What these negative reviews dont illustrate is the numerous positive experiences and interactions with the United Realty staff. Yes, no one is perfect, and they did lose one of my rent checks one month. But when we contacted them to correct the issue, they were polite, courteous and corrected the mistake promptly. More importantly, the rent is VERY reasonable (a huge plus for a college student), and the staff is (for the most part) well trained and easy to get along with.

I always had friendly interactions with both my account representative and maintenance; they responded quickly when things needed to be fixed; I felt like they viewed and cared about me as an actual person and not just as a dollar sign to them. My move-in experience was smooth and successful. The maintenance staff reached out a week after I turned in my inspection to come and make changes accordingly. The only complaint that I have is that I called about the mail key, and no one has answered or reached back out to me. I received only one key, and the lease states that there are two. Other than that, I have not had any complications with this company so far.

Rented with them for two years straight and I have not had any major issues. In terms of maintenance response time, they are quite good. I have never waited more than 2 days to get something fixed, or to have the house sprayed for bugs. My biggest complaint is the structure of their accounting system. Who ever set it up, made some... artistic decisions and continuously causes confusion for both the tenants and their accounting team. We ended up owing roughly $60 extra over the past 4 months because their system didnt charge us correctly. This wasnt a super big deal, since we were paying less than the contractual amount up until the over sight was discovered.Finally, if you rent with these guys, expect to get about 30% of your deposit back. This is common between all real-estate companies in college station, but it is still important to consider.

After multiple emails, inquiries, and phone calls that I made over a weeks time, this was the only property management company that actually responded - and quickly at that. I was just happy that anyone was willing to answer the phone and show us a property at that point. I was pleasantly surprised with how responsive the leasing agent was. Joanne was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The unit is an excellent value for the large size, nice condition, and quiet area. Extremely pleased with the move in process - couldnt have gone more smoothly. I was also impressed with the videos going over the move in information, turning something that can be tedious at the best of times into something much more relaxed. Great job on that!

Even during the Blizzard of 2021, they sent someone out for an issue I had with my heater. The area is quiet and clean and plan to be here another 3-4 years.

The team at United Realty here in College Station made our rental home search experience turn from horrible to amazing! In the beginning of searching for a new rental home, we were just searching randomly with multiple realtors and locators in town as well as some private home owners. Our experience was horrific in the beginning, so bad to the point that we almost said forget it and stay where we were currently. But then we spoke with Spencer at United Realty, and he turned all of that around! He did an amazing job making sure all of our needs AND wants were met and ensured our voices were heard! While looking for a more affordable living space, we decided to see what United had to offer. We set up an appointment with Chris Newsome and he showed us several different properties within the price range we had discussed. Most of them were well within our expectations and some even surpassed what we thought we could get for our money. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the properties, the locations, and even who was involved in the properties. We found a place within our budget and it exceeded our expectations. The application process was quick and effortless and we received a reply within 24 hours that we were accepted. I recommend United Realty and Chris Newsome to anyone looking for a place in the B/CS area!

I worked with Swany Parulian, who represented me on the sale of our home in College Station. Now she is representing us as we go through the process of buying a home from a builder. Swany is extremely thorough with paperwork, due diligence, and inspections, and she is clearly quite experienced working with other realtors in the area. Despite how nice she is, she can also be quite shrewd in negotiations, which I appreciate. Shes communicative, and I always get the impression that she is honest and forthright with us, even if its not something we want to hear. I not only *would* work with Swany again, I *am* working with her again.

Great place to stay in a great location. Very good response to pest control and maintainence. Only downside was that the washer and dryer were left in the duplex when we informed them we were bringing our own.
