Kinda is amazing, understanding and very considerate of time. Anytime I need maintenance work she’s on top of it ensuring the job gets done. I’ve had issues in the past with maintenance work not getting done in a timely manner. She has truly been a blessing to us this far. -

We were particularly impressed at her knowledge of potential concerns with structural damage/electricity/plumbing/etc. We were also impressed with how much care she has taken even post-closing to resolve any lingering problems.
