    Such a lifting of burden! Tom has been on top of every detail seen and unseen regarding our latest property purchases as well as getting our existing properties ready and marketed to attract the best quality tenants. This is of utmost importance to us as we reside out of state. We are actually in a similar business of owning and managing properties along side the business of construction and remodeling in Northern CA, and found Tom to be the perfect fit to manage our homes in the Fort Worth area. We know ALL aspects of the business of owning rental homes and are active in all. That said, we quickly found Tom to be on the same page with the same pulse for this business. Hes a rare and valuable find.

    I love this management company! First off they made the process of getting into this house streamlined and easy. Answered all of my questions quickly and appropriately! Now that I’ve been here for a while they are STILL quick to respond to any questions. Maintenance request are easy to make online and they repair stuff right away!     I had an issue with previous property management and when True Guard took over management (about 3 years ago now) everything seemed to get a lot easier. Tom has always been responsive and honest about situations and DeSean stays on top of any maintenance issues and tenant communication. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

    I am military and transferred to another state leaving my home back in Texas rented out. I found Tom’s company while searching online and after speaking with him and several other companies, I decided to sign up with him to take care of my property. It was the best decision and eases the anxiety of leaving my house behind knowing that he is there to take care of it. Always responsive to any questions I have, fast rent payments and fast response to trouble ticket placed by the tenant.He is by far the cheapest company I found, but you get a great quality of service which is both personal and professional. I highly recommend Tom’s company

    I love Toms Property Management. Working with Tom has been one of the best decisions of our lives. We didnt have enough equity on our house, but we were moving out of state, and its nice knowing that we dont have to worry about anything. Tom takes care of everything for us. Hes professional and a great guy. Because of him we actually have been thinking about getting more properties to turn into rental properties. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Tom has taken care of our rental properties for the last four or five years. He is smart and applies common sense to any situation which leads to a positive outcome always; he is a great communicator, responsive to our needs as well as the needs of the rental and the tenants. He is knowledgeable with what is happening in the rental market and has guided me more than once in not making mistakes that could have cost me thousand of dollars. He has an unbelievable list of repair vendors that he works with.I would very much recommend Tom to anyone as their property manager.

    I started working with Toms Property Management last summer. I needed to find a new tenant, paint, and replace the carpet all within 2 weeks of contacting him. He was able to find a tenant the first weekend the listing was live and make the repairs before they moved in. Working with Tom has been great. Hes very responsive and dependable. I would highly recommend him to any others looking for a property management company in the DFW area.

    Last year, my wife was accepted into a med school in Alabama and I needed to remain in the area for my job. My daily drive to work was 110 miles round trip! We had to cut expenses and quick so we figured what better way than to downsize and move me closer to work. I had never rented out property before and I was extremely nervous and hesitant about doing so. I found Tom and his team online so I called them up. They answered all of my questions and helped put me at ease. Extremely professional and thorough throughout the entirely new and worrisome process and have been extremely attentive ever since. They found me GREAT tenants that respected and treated my home as it was their own and have just recently signed a new lease with what I can only assume is another great tenant. The whole process is so painless and they are always there to answer any questions I have ever had.P.S.Wife is doing great in med school and i LOVE not having to drive so far to work!!

    My wife and I am in California and we were looking for Property Management for our multi single family homes in Arlington in 2015. We met personally Mr. Tom Lail at his previous employers place and signed up with that other property management company. For few months we had prompt, courteous and professional service while he was with that company. After his departure from that company, we had several problems with that management company. We were ready to find a new Property Management company. By luck, we got Toms Property Management link via LinkedIn, due to our previous connection with him. We contacted him and we moved all our investment homes property management with Tom Lails new start-up company in September 2016. We are very happy with his timely communication skills, prompt attention of the issues and solutions, smooth transition from previous company, reasonable property management fees and best professional mannerism and services. We wish him a success in his new venture and we highly recommend Toms Property Management.

    As a rental property owner, I have been through 3 other rental management companies over the past 17 years. Once I found Tom, at Toms Property Management, I found the right company. The thing I like about Tom is his honesty. Case-in-point: on several occasions, my property has required maintenance issues resolved. Thinking I could find a cheaper provider than Tom, I made many calls to many service companies, never to find anyone as efficient, and as less-cost than Tom. Toms the REAL DEAL!     We have rented for several years and True Guard is by far the best rental management company we have encountered. They were always very quick and diligent to work out any maintenance issues and went above and beyond what we expected several times. We rented for two years from them and they replaced an entire a/c unit for us and when a few of the boards were starting to come loose from the privacy fence (that was our neighbors responsibility) they replaced the entire fence. We received our deposit back in full. And every person that we spoke with on their staff was very friendly. Thank you Tom and True Guard team! If we ever find ourselves needing to rent again we will definitely call on you!

    I lived in a rental home managed by True Guard for three years. I have to say the experience was exceptional! Any time something was needed, whether maintenance or renewal information, they were right on top of it. All of the employees were friendly, professional, and diligent.     Excellent and efficient services! A big plus to be able to contact Tom any time of the day and get a promptly response from him (not like other property managements that only work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday). Timely and detailed monthly statements and great idea on providing owner with photos for 6 months inspection of the property. I would highly recommend Toms Property Management.

    Tom, you came in like a hero and took over our Ft. Worth rental property like a pro! Fort 16 years, my wife Stella and I were shuffled around by another major real estate property management company like dominos.     Toms Property Management is a great team. Both Tom and his associate, DeSean, are very professional and extremely responsive. I live out of state and they manage our property. We had some maintenance issues that arose with the house and frustrated tenants. DeSean was awesome in managing the maintenance, settling the tenants, and communicating with me. I am confident that any issues that arises will be addressed by Tom and DeSean in the best manner possible. Hire them!

    When you are an out of state investor like me with multiple properties, you should be able to trust your house keys with an honest property management company so you can sleep at peace knowing that your monthly rent from the Tennants will be deposited a timely fashion and your Tennants can take care of your property. Toms PM has done this for me and handled all my properties in a stress free way. If there is ever a need to evict your Tennants for non payment, Toms Prop Mgmt can handle it very smoothly and effectively as he did for one of my past Tennants. There hasnt been a day where I had to wait for more than 12 hours ( let alone 24 hours) waiting for a response for my texts or email questions. Plus he has a great network of professionals and contractors that he works with at a very reasonable price for home repairs. I wouldnt trust my properties with anyone else. Thanks Toms PM!Arun
