The first couple years I lived here were hard because of bad management, but the new management has been so much better. I especially appreciate Rick, the maintenance guy. He is a consummate professional and a hard worker who does whatever it takes to get the job done.

Rented this location for about 6 months and it was a great experience. Was able to move in on short notice and even still the house was nice and modern. The staff was able to assist me in breaking a lease for relocation. They were all courteous, professional and acted in a timely manner for all requests. I would recommend this company for experienced and new renters as you will not be disappointed. Those who claim to have a bad experience must have been disorganized or distrustful.Would definitely recommend for anyone who could rent in the area!

As an Investor with multiple properties under True Assets management, I have been very pleased with their management process. They are my primary PM in the Lubbock market and this is due to their knowledge of the market, handling of issues for tenants, and assistance to myself as the owner.

Look at a property from True Assets & we have a lady by the name of Sherry & she had the most professional attitude & treated us like with the most respect ever. Gave encouragement to one of children and it made a big difference. Gave my child a different way to see life. Had questions about the application & reached out to me immediately so she could give me the right directions. Mrs. Sherry really is a genuine person that will help you if you need to. I just thought I’d share my experience with True Assets & their employees because they really are helpful & understanding.

The office staff is always helpful and friendly. My maintenance issues have been addressed and repaired within 24 hours or less of reporting, Maintenance personnel respectful and knowledgeable. I am a big fan of the tenant portal system! Keep up the good work!

Rent is decent. The apartment needs some work but I like it here. Some of my neighbors are super friendly some are super entertaining. The neighborhood isnt the best but definitely not the worst! I have recommended these apartments to others more than once.

True Asset takes all the worry out of owning rental properties. I do not have time to manage our rentals properly, as I have a full-time job. Its so nice not to have to deal with the lease paperwork and vetting. I like leaving the rental details to the experts so I have a life!
